I would like to say that this concealer is one of the good concealers in the market, I tried it for the first time and I can say that I love this product, it is not a heavy concealer but it works to cover the dark circles under the eye or some red acne marks, it can be even used instead of foundation if you have not much to cover. so I will buy it again but be careful which tone you choose it has to be lighter than your foundation in order to not look awkward.

Other than the fact that the packaging is a little huge, this powder is quite good. I use the shade 120. I see a lot of people comparing it to the L’Oréal true match powder, which the L’Oréal one is actually a little bit better in controlling oils. So if you have normal skin, this one will do. But if you have oily skin, the L’Oréal pen is a better option.

Retail price -$9.99 but it's always on sale somewhere.Description from the website: This concealer for dark circles and fine lines instantly creates a radiant, refreshed looking eye area. Infused with goji berry and How to use/applyStep 1. Twist collar of the Micro-Corrector Applicator in the direction of arrows until the concealer is visible on the sponge (it may take some turns on first use).Step 2. Using the applicator, apply concealer directly to the under-eye area, blending in an outward motion.Step 3. For extreme dark circles, apply the Neutralizer shade under concealer shade.Step 4. To add a luminous touch, apply the Brightener shade to the inner corner of eyes, cheek and brow bones and, bridge of the nose. I picked this up the first time, just out of curiosity and because it was on sale.I got the color Brightener and fair. The fair was a perfect match but it really didn't do much. The coverage is not great so if you have dark circles( I do not) then I doubt you would like this. It's medium coverage at best, if you apply a decent amount. It looks much nicer when I moisturize the under eye area first. Some of the reviews said they found this moisturizing, I don't find it particularly moisturizing but it's not drying like Shape Tape.I love the color Brightener. It reminds me a lot of my beloved YSL Touche Eclat, same effect. Yes, the sponge applicator is unsanitary but it really works well and it's super soft. After used for a while it becomes messy and I feel it is unsanitary. I removed the sponge one one and left the it on the one I use for my lids. Brightener, according to their website is supposed to be for the brow bone, inner corners, etc, but I use it for my under eye area and it really makes a huge difference and is a lot cheaper than YSL Touche Eclat. It doesn't settle into fine lines or crease ever. I set it with powder but it's one of the few that I really don't have to. Even if I don't it never creases. It also plays well with every foundation, BB cream or tinted moisturizer that I use with it. I also use it on my lids sometimes and then set with powder before applying shadow. I've had no irritation whatsoever on lids, under eye or anywhere else I use it.Maybelline needs to listen to complaints and keep the formula and get rid of the sponge applicator and add a doe foot. Also the plastic cap is cheap and thin and breaks easily so that could use some improvement. I am on my 3rd tube of Brightener and unless they discontinue it I will continue to re-purchase. I have all of the other supposed dupes for Touche Eclat and none of them come as close to this. Sure the formula is a little different but I get almost the same end result. The only complaint I have about this product is the packaging, it’s cheap and hard to use the powder and the mirror at the same time, but other than that, it’s a wonderful product.

I read the only two reviews available here and after watching a YouTuber using this as a favourite in her video I gave it a try with high expectations.I am a blush and highlighter junkie so yeah.THE HIGHLIGHTER:like a 6/10,it was more glittery though than a light glowy shimmer so steer clear if you don’t like glitter like me.i prefer glow and this highlighter looked very unnatural and powdery AF.The BLUSHES:extremely pigmented and no matter how many time I dust the excess off and even swirl it on my wrist before applying the colours are TOO loud and look very unnatural.they look very pretty and alluring in the pan but exceedingly unflattering on your face.i am light toned so I tried it on my slightly deeper toned friend and it looked okayish on her too.still too powdery and emphasised texture. The lasting power was also about 1-2 hours.Wouldn’t repurchase.total waste of money-.- the only good thing is that it’s small so good for on the go but iv seen other brands with better kits like rimmel while makeup revolution also has products similar but wayy better than this .

This is my go to daily concealer, though I have a few quarrels with it. It oxidizes a bit, and the packaging is convenient but really weird. It's a medium coverage, which I prefer for everyday since I don't wear foundation. It doesn't crease and lasts all day on my dry skin.

the lipcolor lasts forever and “voyager” is an amazing red - i bought 3! it’s impossible to take off and i use clinique “take the day off” or almay makeup wipes. i own 13 colors! comparable to tarte in my opinion. just wish “pioneer” #20 would be more red and less pink.

Ok... this was a f*cking disappointment lmao.I needed a new mascara and decided not to buy the same old Maybelline The Falsies I had been using for years and was getting sick of. The Lash Sensational mascara came to my mind, as it seems to be pretty raved about, and Maybelline is a very easy brand for me to have access to in my country. Even though I was a little iffy about the plastic bristles, I decided to trust the reviews and get it.So here's what I think about it:- The plastic bristles actually look much longer in the advertisement photos, like they're going to get right in between all of your lashes and coat them easily. In person, I found the bristles to be much shorter and stubby, so in reality, it doesn't coat your lashes individualy, it just... paints over them.- The formula is way, WAY too liquidy and runny. That's such a problem because 1) it takes a while to dry down completely, so it feels uncomfortable to wait, since I always feel like if I blink it's just gonna transfer all over my face, and 2) you can't really layer the product otherwise it gets goopy and clumps all your lashes together. As a result, this product doesn't allow you to get ANY volume whatsoever, which, combined with the wand issue, results in a layer of wet black paint on your lashes, instead of that thick look that I aim for.- I already mentioned this doesn't provide and volume and separation. It also doesn't provide any lengthening. I have pretty long lashes to begin with, and I always curl them before hand, but they just look sad when I apply this. If it did provide lenghtening and some separation, I would be happy to use this mascara for more of a natural look, but no.As an observation, I have tried using the wand in all sorts of way: the longer side first, the shorter side first, only one of the sides, alternating between sides... and many other combinations. Nothing seems to be making a significant difference so far.Overall, the effect this mascara provides me is the same as painting my lashes with a crappy black liquid liner, I guess. As a last resource, because I don't like wasting product, I will leave the bottle open for a few days and see if it performs better when it thickens, and I'll be sure to update this post once that happens.

Bare in my mind this is the first brow gel I've ever bought.I decided to buy this product because I tipically fill in my blonde, sparse eyebrows every day, and was tired of seeing them all over the place and messy after 5 minutes. You can imagine how terrible they look at the end of a long day. This seem to be the cheapest and most easily available brow mascara I could get (I live in Brazil. Not only I am a student, but makeup here is so expensive, and we don't have many brand options). At first, I was scared at the oh so famous ball. To me, that just looked like a mistake for someone with thin, sparse brows like myself. It totally looks like it's gonna go everywhere and not coat the brows evenly. Not to mention there are many negative reviews surrounding this product not because of the formula itself, but because of the ball.I eventually found it on sale and took the plunge, but had decided to cut the ball and use the rest of the spoolie (like I had seen some people suggesting). But, when I first tried it, to my delight, I found iit surprisingly easy to use. Even though it's scary at first, the ball never gets coated with a lot of product, just enough to gently breeze through your eyebrows and set them in place. Because there isn't a lot of product at once, and because it isn't overwhelmingly pigmented, you can allow yourself to build your brow hairs the way you want and not smear the product up until your forehead. Of course, I do try to be gentle because it isn't the smallest spoolie ever, but, trust me, it's not difficult. The color I have is Soft Brown, which is a lovely cool toned but not too gray match for me (my brows are light blonde and ashy but I like to make them slightly darker to frame my face better). As for the lasting power, it's good. I'm sure there are plenty of better holding and better performing brow gels out there, but it's decent. At the end of the day my brows look not so neat, but they look aceeptable and I feel put together. Also, bare in mind that this gel doesn't contain any fibers in it (as far as I know), so it won't really make your brows thicker. For that reason, I wouldn't recommend this if you have sparse brows and want a brow gel that you can use on its own, without having to fill them in first, because it's just not going to work that well. Another side note is that it's currently winter here, so I'm not sure how this performs under sweat and hot weather. You're just gonna have to read some other reviews to find out.Overall, I like this and I'm happy with my purchase!

Pros: Looks ok on my lashesCons: Smudges under eyes. Seems to irritate my eyes (I wear contacts so it might have something to do with it though). The brush actually hurts, it scrapes my upper waterline, and it is so thick it's difficult to easily get in the edges.

I think this foundation is a bit under-rated here on Makeup Alley! This is the best drugstore foundation I've tried (at least so far). I actually bought a bottle a year or so ago, but it was the wrong color so I never wore it and it lay forgotten in my makeup cabinet. For reference, I have very high-maintenance, sensitive, acne-prone skin. During the cold months my skin is oily/combo/dehydrated and tends to get dry patches. I'd been using MAC Studio Waterweight foundation over the winter. It's a light/medium coverage, serum foundation that has a beautiful finish, however it doesn't control oil and has a slightly dewey finish. During the warmer months, my skin is more oily than combo so I needed something a bit more mattifying - but not so matte that it gets cakey and highlights any flaky spots. A few weeks ago, I asked a friend for a foundation recommendation for the summer. She suggested a few higher end brands, but said Maybelline's Fit Me Matte & Poreless was a good inexpensive option. I went back to the drugstore to find the right color. For reference, I have fair-light, neutral-cool toned skin: MAC NC15, Estee Lauder DW Ecru, Revlon Colorstay Buff, MUFE 115 Ivory. I found a near perfect match with Matte & Poreless 110 Porcelain. It's a very neutral shade, not too pink or yellow - an issue I've had with some of Maybelline's other foundations. Another plus is that it does not oxidize at all, at least not in my experience.I've been using Real Techniques blender sponge (dry) for application, which works well. The coverage is buildable, one coat provides light coverage, two for medium. I usually go over my whole face with one coat, and then blend some extra on places I need more coverage (nose and chin). It dries to a nice, even finish that I would describe as "natural matte" and does not look cakey in the least. I've had some issues with mattifying products highlighting dry patches and causing the makeup to look cakey, but this isn't a problem with this makeup. For comparison, I found Revlon Colorstay to be cakier. Matte & Poreless does a pretty good job of covering pores, but I would definitely suggest wearing a primer underneath. I then use a very light dusting of setting and/or finishing powder (I use Kat Von D's setting powder; it's amazing) over this to further mattify the oily parts of my face, especially my t-zone and prolong the wear. Depending on heat/humidity, with this makeup I blot a couple times a day, so it does a pretty good job controlling oil. As for the downsides: Wear time for me is about 6-8 hours, probably longer in the winter or if you have normal to dry skin, but in a very hot/humid climate with oily skin you will need to touch up after about 6. I don't mind this as I would rather re-apply than deal with the cakiness that comes with the super long lasting foundations (even EL DW can be a bit too cakey for me). The other downside is the bottle. I like the glass packaging, but why doesn't it have a pump?! It can be difficult to get the right amount out and I feel like I am wasting product. It gets messy and I have to wipe the bottle down afterwards. Overall, I would recommend this foundation to anyone with combo to oily skin looking for a good foundation with oil control, a natural-matte finish and decent wear time.

Love that this is silicone and oil free. Works really good for drug store. People say it’s a dupe for nars. I haven’t tried nars but the nars one has silicone which this one does not. I am not able to use silicones as if suffocated and breaks my skin out.

This is by far the best primer I have found. However, it is VERY difficult to find. Most places I have found (Amazon, Wal-Mart are either out of stock ... AND have it priced @ $20-$40. I have written to Maybelline to find out what is going on and they responded that they would "investigate' this for me. This was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard from them since.

First off, hate the packaging. Not a great lid. Would prefer a pop up lid.Any way, that's the negatives out the way. Now on to the positives. Great coverage. Great staying power. Apart from Revlon Colorstay pressed powder, this is the one that I only need to reapply some to my face maybe once, about 4 hours later. Love it.
