I love the foundation itself. It is literally the only foundation that sticks to my oil slick face. I can make this look natural, applied either with buffing brush or beauty blender. I have been using this for about 8years and have yet to find something else I prefer. I do dislike that it doesnt come with a pump, but I just decant into another bottle. I will say it is harsh to wear constantly like I have been and trying to reduce the amount of daily wear. If you have oily skin and need a good foundation, I do recommend it. This covers my redness from thread veins. It can plog pores though, so make sure it is removed each night.

Price is comparable to other foundations. I like that they dont create too many shades, I can mix what I need for each client. I love the finish on the skin. Really looks beautiful and long lasting. suits all skin types.

I really love this primer. I use it on all eyes skin types. I did a clients makeup and her eyeshadow was still on the next day and still looking nice. If thats not proof then I dont know what is! I just think the price for the amount of product is a bit steep. I'm not keen on the packaging. It's better than it used to be but why can it not just be in a squeezy tube?? I have yet to find a comparable eyeshadow primer. Mac paint pot is not good for oily lids.

My retailer slipped me the Diorshow instead of the Dior Blackout I have been buying. This is definitely not as effective, but I don't miss the difficult clean up with the Blackout! I will go back to Blackout next time as it gives much better coverage with one application. Many reviewers have mentioned the scent problem. I am extremely sensitive to scent but I haven't had a problem with the Dior brand mascara.

Caviar Sticks are THE standard for cream eyeshadows. As with all of them, they glide on very smoothly and LAST. The latest entry is a line of natural matte colours. I picked up Au Natural (a pink beige) and just recently Cobblestone. It is a taupe but leans grey - a medium grey with a tinge of brown. I have to be careful with greys because they can drag me down if they are the wrong shade. This isn't as "taupey" as I would like but it's a soft, daytime look for crease and lower lid. I am fair/neutral with blue eyes. This would be absolutely stunning on someone with a very cool complexion.

This quad was okay, not great but not bad either. I like the taupey/mauve/gray shade and the eggplant shade. There are also two pink shades, one that is almost a sheer Pepto Bismol pink and the other just a very sheer baby pink both pinks were not very mauve toned. They also look very similar and none existent on the skin. I use this quad in the following manner. First I either apply a primer or more often than not just a light shadow all over the lid and crease, in a hurry, I will sometimes use the very lightest pink from this quad. I apply the taupe-ish shade in the crease and then the darker eggplant shade in the outer corner and blend it out. I also use the darker shade along the lower lashline or I will use it 2/3 of the outer lashline and then the taupe color along the inner third of the lash line. Two to three coats of mascara and I have an inexpensive and super quick look anyone can do. Everyone seems to like it so I guess it works and no one can ever guess it is only two shades from a $1 quad.

This product feels great on my skin and makes my face look luminous all day. It achieves perfectly what I was looking for: tinted sunscreen moisturizer that doesn't look or feel like I'm wearing anything at all. I do use a primer underneath. This is NOT a replacement for foundation, it is the lightest coverage imaginable, and if I have dark circles under my eyes I definitely have to use concealer for that. Will be buying again when I run out!

This is my cold weather counterpart to LRP's Effaclar toner, which I use in the muggiest days of summer. In winter, with bitter Canadian weather and indoor heating, Soothing Toner (mine doesn't have "Physiological" in the name but it is in the small print) is a nice and gentle product to use to complete my cleansing routine, especially if I'm using a creamier cleanser or balm and want to make sure to get any traces of residue left behind. Simple, practical packaging and a nice, non-irritating, non-drying product to use. It's also considerably less costly than the gentle toners from Clarins (which I also like but the price is much steeper).

This is an excellent e/s primer at a great price. Unfortunately it's not the right product for me as it makes my lids look crepey. I prefer the Nyx HD High Definition Eyeshadow Base. Perhaps because it's lighter and less opaque, it doesn't emphasize the crepiness on my lids.

I got a small, eye-shadow sized version of this product as a Sephora Points Perk but my rating for price and packaging are based on the full sizes of these products. MUFE considers this colour a sculpting product but no way can it be - it's a deep pink bordering on rose - a great shade for a blush but not something I can see anyone using to sculpt their face. It is a lovely, natural blush shade however, though I don't think I personally would purchase it because I've so many similar colours and have fallen in love with 2 other blushes (Dior Rosy Glow and a Bobbi Brown "bronzer" in Maui). But if you are in the market for a mid-to-deeper toned pink blush with no glitter or sparkle and a nice finish on the face, you can't go wrong with this one.

I wanted to try this, since it was featured in a roundup of mascaras with low or no smudge.First impression: the bush is crazy big and difficult to manage. HOWEVER, it did give my lashes some drama. I'll wear this for a few days and see if it melts into the raccoon smudge my eyes always manage to make.

I'm always on a quest for the perfect concealer, one that lasts all day without drying out my undereyes. I have found MAC Pro Longwear to be the longest lasting but unfortunately it tends to look dry on my 60 year old eyes and emphasize lines. This Sephora one is very good and although it doesn't last for 12 hours even with setting powder it holds up pretty well. It's thick and creamy but not overly matte and I can use it both for dark circles and to conceal facial discolorations. You only have to use a small amount and the narrow squeeze tube allows you to dispense the right amount. I like that Sephora offers a very wide range of shades for this product (16 on its website). I got it in the Shade 03 Poppy and it's a good colour match for my NW20 skin. At $18CDN I feel this product is very good value for money given the quality.

This was one of the rare products that I’m glad I went back to try! However, there are obvious issues with this B.B. cream. I don’t know if it’s a reformulation or I’m better at makeup or my tastes have changed (probably all three, it has been about 6 years since I tried this B.B. cream) but it now really works for me personally.
What I was looking for is a light, dewy, cheap-ish everyday foundation. This fits the bill! Some of the old issues I experienced have gone, but it does remain quite thick when first squeezed out (but not on the face) and can appear streaky if just whacked on and not blended. However, it is quick and easy to apply.
This is one of those products where I completely get why someone may dislike it. It’s extremely dewy at first application, the fragrance is quite strong and I don’t even usually mind fragrance but wooo this hits you and the shade range is abysmal.
But, in many respects, I am thoroughly impressed. It lasts well on me and gives me that light coverage I want while keeping my skin looking like skin. Only my MUFE WaterBlend has done that and in all honesty, I may be reaching for this over the MUFE simply down to the price and it’s longevity.
In short, if you’re oily or anything paler than a NC/NW20, maybe give this a miss. Also, if you’re of a deeper skin-tone, this is certainly a miss - so ridiculous how two shades are meant to cater to all women; people argue ‘oh it’s light coverage so your skin peaks through’ but I mean really?!
But I will say that this B.B. cream has become a staple for me and one I’m very happy with - but there are some obvious issues.

I wasn’t expecting much from this product, but it turned out to be a decent “find.” It’s cruelty-free, dirt cheap, and readily available, in addition to its quite respectable performance. To summarize its other characteristics: Pros: : - tiny narrow brush; if you wiggle it into your lashes’ roots, you can achieve a “tightlined” look - deep black color - good lengthening and defining properties - holds a curl nicely - waterproof, stays on well; I have very oily skin, and this wears for around six hours, with only slight smudging or flaking Cons: - rather thin formula that can smear if you’re not careful - doesn’t really thicken or add volume - can clump if you apply too generously - offered in black only

Purchased this online based on the good reviews. For some reason I thought the colours would be a bit warmer. When I got it, I was surprised to see that it was mostly pinky/plum shades. Surprisingly, many of the colours are dupes for the Laura Mercier Eye Art palette which I also own. This palette has two fewer shades than the LM one but guess what? I can do most of the same looks with it and I found the shadows last all day/evening until I take them off, even without primer. They are not chalky compared to some drug store e/s and blend easily. I like that there is a matte off-white shade to use as a base plus 4 other matte shades and 5 shimmers. All in all, I am quite impressed since I paid only $7.99CDN compared to $70CDN for the LM palette at Sephora. If I had discovered this one first I wouldn't have purchased the more expensive one. The main difference IMO is the packaging--obviously the WnW is the usual cheap plastic packaging but it is easy to open and close securely so I have no issues with it .
