I'm so happy to have found this foundation! I have "mature" skin (ha ha) so it is dry and has some fine lines. I wanted a foundation that didn't emphasize the lines and this is it! The reason this is different from so many other foundations that it isn't radiant. It doesn't glow. One youtuber pointed out that glowy foundations emphasize wrinkles. It's like paint. Matte finishes on the wall are better at hiding imperfections than semi-matte or oil based. The lovely saleslady at Bloomies gave me three different colored samples. I really appreciated that because I want it to match my skin as closely as possible. I got #215 and it is a perfect match. I met my sister for dinner and the first thing she said was that I looked great, and what foundation was I wearing. Honestly, it is a wonderful foundation. It doesn't feel or look dry - very natural looking with medium coverage and it is buildable to full coverage. I am using Lancome Effacernes concealer in Clair with it. If you can get a sample (Sephora has it) definitely try it. I am enjoying it - hope you will also.

I am torn on this product. The coverage and colour is spot on. The pump is great. It lasts a fairly long time (wouldnt say 24hrs but definitely at least 12). My problem is that is cakes or cracks around my nose. I have this issue with a lot of matte foundations despite my skin being an oil slick. I can usually remedy this by being extra diligent to blend around my nose and avoid excess powder. I have found you need to apply this foundation and blend very quickly. If you let it sit on your skin it'll leave splotches (like a circle where you dotted the foundation, the edges won't blend away). This foundation is great for mixing though which is mainly while I keep it around. Mixed with Covergirl Elixir it is a dream (Covergirl's dewy-ness helps prevent the caking around the nose!).

This is a nice moisturizing gel mask. It has a somewhat thick consistency that is a pleasure to use on my face. I leave it on overnight, I do not rinse off. I usually do a clay mask before (like Lancome's Pure Empriente). This is a great mask I have used again and again over the years.

This is a white clay mineral mask from Lancome. My biggest gripe with this is the scent. It is not pleasant to me. The mask works well to draw out impurities and oil, and make my skin feel visibly softer after using it. I like to follow up with a gel mask afterwards (usually Lancome's Hydra Intense Masque) to rehydrate my skin and plump it up. This is a nice mask overall, minus the strong fragrant smell.

Great soft texture & good brush, good quality AND quantity of product. But WAY too much red tone for me (blue skin tone, hair kind of pewter. Had used Lancome's taupe for a much better color and don't know why I thought this color would work. Difficult to sharpen. Switched to Mac Lingering.

I've been through two tubes of this mascara, and I have loved it. It's just dry enough that it doesn't transfer when I'm putting it on. It gives great volume, it's good and dark, and it lasts all day but it's still easy to wash off. It hasn't flaked, but occasionally when it's hot it seems to wear off at the ends of my lashes at the end of the day. Still, one of my favorites though.

I guess this does a good job, but it makes any mascara I use over top of it turn grey. And it didn't make any more difference to my lashes than if I put on a second coat of whatever mascara I was using. Waste of money.

I noticed an improvement in my skin after the very first day. I definitely plan on repurchasing, just wish it wasn’t so expensive.

I absolutely adore this foundation. It's light feeling, easy to apply and lasts. Feels like I have nothing on my skin but it looks like perfection. Coverage is about medium bordering on light. Finish is natural not quite dewy or matte imo. But I had to return it. Even the lightest shade was far too dark for me. I tried blending it out and topping it with a light powder and still it was too dark. I'm so sad, this is an amazing product if you can get your shade. I hope lancome makes a porcelain shade in the future that is actually light and not closer to medium. Would repurchase if available in my shade. This could have been my hg :(

ok so it´s expesive! But you know it´s Lancome, what els? Pros: - Blending in soooo god!- Looks so smooth on the skin. - The bottle is so beautiful.- Have only tried to applied this with a sponge but that works good. - For those hours i wore it, it lasted verry well. - Smells good, con if you don´t like smells in foundatons. -Comfortable to wear.Cons.-OXIDISING! It´s a big con! But i make it work with a little bronze body lotion or the summer tan. So go lighter or get a tan. -Expensive. haha as i said first. Lancome.

La vie est belle smells fantastic at first. The top notes are sweet and fresh. However, the "dry down" didn't work with my body chemistry. After about a half hour, it settled into a very over the top, powdery smell. Unfortunately, it was far too strong and very dated for my taste. I tried so hard to love this scent, because I read so many fabulous reviews. My husband usually loves all my perfumes. However, this is the first one he didn't care for. The one positive thing I will say...is that the bottle with the little bow, sure is pretty!

This is excellent at removing stubborn eye makeup. The bottle itself lasts me a long time as I only take it out when I need the extra elbow grease. It does not need extra effort to remove, very gentle but very effective. Eye makeup seems to breakdown easily when in contact with this product. This is great with mascaras that have a tendency to smudge (leaves minimal smudging behind) or not budge (waterproof), also good at removing eyelash glue! I’ve had no issues with it irritating my eyes.. the product itself leaves an oil film around the eyes, so definite post cleanse is needed. Is it a necessary purchase... no, because there are some really good EMR out there at less the price... but I am glad to have this bottle, great for backup breakdown.

By far the first skin care product that got me excited enough to review. Extremely smooth and moisturising, and rich without feeling greasy. I can really see a difference in my skin tone and texture after the first use. Have now been using it for about a week and will replace and replace again. Very pricey but worth it in my mind. It's sold as a serum, but as others have pointed out, much more moisturiser-like. I sometimes follow it with tinted moisturiser, sometimes just use it on its own. Fantastic product that I can't rave about enough!!

I have to disagree with the review before me, I have very dry lips, so dry I have been unable to wear liquid lipsticks, even after exfoliating and using lip balm the night before to soak in. These are the absolute most comfortable, 'forget that they are there' lip products. I have used lip balms that dried my lips out more than these. These are incredible, I highly recommend.
