I've had great luck with this product. Recently I'd been experiencing breakouts and noticed some large pores; I've loved everything I've tried from The Ordinary so I decided to try this treatment. Not only have my breakouts almost completely cleared up in the one week I've been using this, but the overall texture of my skin has improved so, so much. My skin looks smoother and clearer and is BABY SOFT. And I've literally only used one single drop of it per day. I mix one drop into my moisturizer, apply and let sink in for 30 minutes before doing my makeup. I haven't noticed a change in the size of my pores but I know how difficult it is to shrink pores and I'm so happy with the performance of this product otherwise that I don't even mind. It helps that the bottle will last me ages and cost $5.90. I'm so happy I tried it!

I'm completely in love with The Ordinary products and this is the only product I've tried so far from this range that I'm not completely mad about. I use it for my hormonal acne breakouts, redness and acne marks (not scars, just colored spots) and it's ok but not amazing. I've had better results with Salicylic Acid, Niaminacide & Zinc and Retinoids. This clears up my skin texture nicely a bit but not as a treatment, more like a maintenance product. Also, I don't really like the silicone- formulation... it tends to bundle and gather if you layer another product on top of it. Would not buy again, really.

This made my hair fall out. I have been using retinol products for many years; before this, I used various prescription gels and creams and The Ordinary's own 2% retinoid. None of them had any negative side effects, so I was shocked when this happened. We're talking MAJOR hair fallout here. I had been using it for quite a while--more than a month--before this started, so I didn't at first connect the two. Then I read online that retinol use can cause hair to fall out, so I stopped using the product, and after a while the fallout stopped. Now it's back to normal. I started using Differin again, this time the non-prescription product, and I haven't had any problems with it at all.

I am on my 3rd bottle, I use this twice a day. My skin likes this watery serum. It absorbs well and quickly, seems to keep my sensitive skin very calm and healthy looking. I cannot tell that it has had a visible impact on wrinkles, but my skin used to flair up often and this seems to have improved. Texture and tightness may be slowly improving as well, I will continue using it.

Absorbs well, with no residue and no piling even under foundation, and no bad skin reaction. Fits well in my routine, seems to brighten my skin - I cannot vouch for long-term effects but I am happy with it.

I have sensitive combination skin, with some cystic acne every now and then. I used to rely on foaming cleansers, clay masks, AHA and BHAs treatments, retinols - all oil-free, staying away from any form of oil. But my skin would only get oilier - at some point I had this feeling that I had an ongoing battle with my skin: every day I would treat it more aggressively only to have it producing more oil.1 year ago I switched back to a simpler routine, starting with a much gentler oil cleanser and using fewer active principles (still sticking to my prescription retinol). I noticed how comfortable my skin felt after oil cleansing, so I added an extra step before I go to bed: I spray with a very fine mineral-water mist and then spread 2-3 drops max of The Ordinary Argan Oil drops all over my face. My face loves it and overall has been much more balanced and calmer!I have re-purchased and will continue to do so.

I hate to be the lone dissenter about this product so far, but I really dislike it. In fact, I have not disliked a product this much in a VERY long time. It's got the consistency of water, which makes it extremely hard to apply with the dropper bottle and it's very difficult to control the amount you're using to get an even application. Is this a toner? A treatment? A serum? It can't seem to make up its mind. Plus, I can't say that it works any better than other HA products out there, which is a shame, because this stuff is fairly expensive for an HA product. I bought the smallest bottle to try and am glad I did, because I won't buy this again. Too bad really, because I've used several other Deciem products and was impressed. The whole appeal of Deciem for me was that it was straight-forward skincare, with less beauty/ more treatment focus, which to me translates into less messing around. Well, with this stuff- the watery texture, the finicky dropper bottle, not to mention the premium price- I'm having to mess around, and the whole product is just awkward.I'd save your money. If you want a Deciem HA product, their The Ordinary HA serum is a more straight forward product for a fraction of the price.

I've tried several HA serums from different brands (K Beauty brands, LRP, Indeed Labs, etc) and am really liking this one from The Ordinary. The other brands I've used have had thicker consistencies and have been more jelly-like, but I have no complaints about this one. I usually mix in one drop of rose hip oil before applying the HA serum, and the oil blends beautifully into The Ordinary's HA serum. The serum also layers nicely with my other serums, lotions and creams, and I've noticed no difference in terms of hydration levels in my skin, which means that The Ordinary serum is working as well as the others I've tried. The real bonus here is the price- for $7 CAD, I get 30 ml of product, which means I can buy 2.5 of these for the same price as the one I was normally using before. I'm not able to buy these at a local store, so have to get them shipped- which would be a real problem in the winter and summer, with temperature extremes- so will have to purchase in the spring and fall, but so be it. Deciem's shipping is fast and problem-free, so a small inconvenience for great product.

I really like this product. I love golden-based luminizers, and I find that good ones are hard to come by. That, and many luminizing products are either white, pink or blue toned, which don't work for me (I'm pale, but olive toned and gold/yellow looks best). I have never used this product on its own, because it would be too shimmery for me, but mixed with foundation- GORGEOUS. It gives a person the skin of an angel, with an amazing glow, but not so obvious or overdone that others can tell you've got some shimmer happening. You just have really gorgeous skin. The shimmer in the fluid is so fine that the fluid itself has amazing slip to it, and is thin enough to mix into liquid foundation beautifully. Regarding the dropper bottle, I'm okay with it, I just have to be careful putting the pipette back into the bottle. This product isn't cheap, but considering how concentrated it is, balanced with the fact that I only have to use 1 or 2 drops of it, compared to other luminizing products with a thicker consistency, the cost of this balances out just fine. Plus, because I have to use so little, I figure it'll take me a while to work through the bottle. All in all, a great product.

Pros: Colour selection is amazing! Like the pump packaging.Price is so great. This could be a great starter foundation.Cons: It does not last on the skin. It doesnt seem to set. I put 1 pump of this in with my high end foundation just to adjust the colour slightly and it really affects the lasting power of the other foundation, which is very rare when I mix it with others. I really wanted this to work, but not for me. :( Maybe if your skin isnt so oily.

Beauty products often stay on top of my skin or peel off, but not this one. The Hyaluronic Concentrate has a gel to water consistency and it's easily absorbed. It takes about 3 minutes to set and stop being sticky. Right after I can easily put my skinniest jeans on without any issues. If I use it alone it does nothing. Literally nothing. But when I follow up with a cream it's magical. I apply Hyaluronic Concentrate first and without letting it dry follow with a moisturizer (I use the same Trader's Joe enriched antioxidant face moisturizer for my face and my body). Trader Joe's cream alone doesn't do much for my body either, but the combination gives me a baby soft skin for two days! Amazing!I find that application time for Hyaluronic Concentrate is at least half less compared with any other body product I've used. Cream on top of spreads way faster than on the un-prepped body. So this two-step body routine actually does not take me more time than just applying a regular body lotion. The bottle comes with a screwed lid and a separate pump. The pump design is awesome, I wish other companies do the same. The product dispenses straight downwards. Very convenient. Love the fact that it's scentless! I believe it will last me for about 4-5 months. One lipstick off for the fact that I can't use it alone. Will buy it again and again, love it!

I really love this brand, so it saddens me to say I don’t love this product. At first it seemed to apply nicely, but I found over a few hours it oxidized and became very oily even after setting with powder. The most dissapointing thing I have found with this foundation is that it clogs pores and caused me to breakout. I was dissapointed as I’ve had lots of success with other products from this line.

I decided to try this product after reading a description that likened it to “topical Botox”. I was intrigued, however I don’t feel it delivers on this claim. I haven’t noticed any decrease in forehead or laugh lines. I do notice when I use it that my makeup seems very smooth. I tend to use this under my primer and makeup for special occasions. There are probably products more suited to prepping skin for makeup, so I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this product for that purpose.

This is a really nice moisturizer. The actual product seems thick, but melts into my skin. I find it very light and comfortable to wear under makeup. I’ll continue to use it as part of my skin care routine.
