I have combination sensitive skin, and use this during the (relativly) cold Norwegian winters. It takes my makeup effectively off, and at the same time provides moisture and makes my skin feel soft and supple. An everyday feeling of luxery!

Great product! I have dry skin and this butter does not leave any weird residues when I wash it off. It's also non-drying. Ingredient list is decent as well - not the best, but the ingredients still suffice for me. It also lasted me quite a while - about 4 or 5 months. A decent sized amount (Maybe quarter to dollar-sized) goes a long way! Definitely will repurchase. Also, it's cruelty-free and this product is good for its price.

So here's the thing, I like my skincare to be fun. I mean, if it just means slathering stuff on my face every night, I'm going to get over it. I must have at least two jars of night creams loitering in my cupboard - bought with the best of intentions and promptly forgotten about after one or two uses. This however is fun! I think there's a bit of a misconception (possibly as a result of intentionally ambiguous marketing) - I don't think this product is claiming to make your SKIN bouncy, rather it itself is bouncy :-) It's almost like a weird non-Newtonian fluid; very fun to poke. As to whether it works or not, I honestly can't say as I've only been using it for a week or so and I can't see any visible difference. That being said, the giant heavy jar (which I love) and the novelty of the texture means I've been using it almost every night. Weirdly, the more I use it the less sticky it feels and the easier it sinks in... maybe an indication that it's doing something? Probably wouldn't buy it again - want to try the Oils of Life one.Last thing - I really love the smell! To me it's a luxury fresh white floral.Last last thing - my boyfriend hates it. Refers to it as the "sticky face" for obvious reasons. I think (as explained above) that this is getting better :-)

I think this is one of the better fruity scents from The Body Shop. Like the reviewer below said, it's not as intense as the classic strawberry one, nor as sickly sweet. It's a tarte berry scent that reminds me slightly of Lush's The Comforter scent. It feels very nice on the skin - rich and moisturizing but not overly so. Probably best for skin on the drier side. My skin feels very smooth and nourished when it's all the way absorbed. Not completely sure how long it takes so sink into the skin, as I only use body butters in the evenings before bed. Despite it being quite rich I find that I somehow go through it relatively quickly. I picked this up on sale, and I would repurchase if it went on sale again. I do find it slightly overpriced with the regular price tag, though. (Or maybe I'm just more of a Lush fangirl and will rather splurge on their body products than The Body Shop's..)+ Cruelty free (and as of this week no longer owned by L'Oreal but cruelty free company Natura Brasil!!)+ Vegetarian (contains beeswax)+ Nice, tarte berry scent+ Skin feels smooth after use (thanks Shea butter!)- Though I have no better solution for packaging body butter, I'm not a huge fan of the bulky tub- Not quite worth the pricetag in my opinion - it's not THAT superior to cheaper body butters

I really consider this more as a fragrance than a body care product. This does absolutely nothing else except smell amazing. Thats why I give 2 lipsticks instead of one. Becuase of the smell only. I have the small 60 ml bottle and every time I spread it on I feel absolutely zero improvement in my skin. I dont think I want to use the body shop moisturizers anymore and I stick to Lush handy guguru and other moisturizers which actually work.

I'm a great fan of the aloe foaming cleanser but wanted to try this one. What a waste of money...I hoped this was going to clear up my skin but it made it so much worse! My skin gets really dry and then super oily during the day, so much that my pores are clogged and caused acne that I had 20 years ago when I was a teen. I suspect the Sodium Lauren sulfate in this facewash is the reason why. I'm a big fan of Bodyshop products but this one is a big fail!

I am in the midst of looking for a new foundation because the estee lauder double wear light is a bit drying as weather gets cooler....i came across this foundation with very good reviews from here...but i gotta say i'm not crazy about it.....first of all i'm quite turn off from the fragrance...it's a powdery kinda smell which bothers me and you can definately smell it for a bit for the first hour after applying it....second, it feels very heavy on the skin despite the low coverage....right after i applied it i can totally feel something is on my face. And my face stays sticky and comes off quite quickly on my oily t-zone......!! I have wore it for two days but i do not think i will use it again.

The reason I am rating this product only 1/5 is because it is so difficult to remove after use. I have used it several times now and always the same problem.Don't be fooled into believing that the "balling up" is dead skin cells but rather the compound from which it is made. It is a sticky, gel-like substance which sticks to the fine facial hairs and requires constant scrubbing to remove and even then it doesn't come off, even with the aid of The Body Shop Facial Buffer. I have had to resort to using one of those small battery-operated hair removers to cut the balls from the fine hairs on my face. I have made the mistake of using this product before applying foundation, which has ruined the foundation application, because if every bit of the gel substance isn't removed the foundation is uneven and patchy. My daughter has used this liquid peel and is of the same opinion. If someone could advise how to remove it without scratching my skin to pieces I would be very appreciative. If I'm missing something, please tell me, as I would like to love this product as others apparently do.On the plus side, when you eventually manage to remove all the sticky residue your skin does feel great, especially after applying the Drops of Youth Concentrate before moisturising. I will continue to use until it runs out but unfortunately will not repurchase.

I love how affordability this product is. It takes off all my eye make up easily and it's so simple to apply. Love using this in the shower. Highly recommended!

So far, I have been very happy with TBS brand and its skincare. This is the second product that I bought and I have to say that the effect has been visible and remarkable. Let me start by saying that my super oily skin does not get along with most moisturizers. I have found perhaps one or two moisturizers in my entire life that have been okay. The rest can cause a chaos. Aside from my sensitive skin, I have allergies that cause my left eye to start tearing from fragranced products. This, on the other hand, caused no sensitivity to my eye. The product, as advertised, does soften and firm the skin. Even my chin looks firmer than before. Overall, a fantastic product.

I have really greasy hair and an itchy, flaky scalp, and this is the only product that has consistently helped. Anti-dandruff shampoos only irritate my scalp further, and shampoos with coal tar/tea tree oil only help temporarily, if at all, and don't do anything to help the oiliness of my hair.I've been using this for 3 weeks and my hair texture has improved (it's become fluffier and less limp/flat). My hair isn't 100% flake-free, but it looks and feels better than it has in the last couple of years. Sometimes the itching/flaking comes back but I've found that using conditioner or a different shampoo once in a while keeps it at bay.The scent is fine. Ginger-y but in an artificially sweet way, and doesn't appear to linger on my hair.

Lathers up nicely into a creamy foam, and feels really good on the skin. To me, it's much gentler that the Body Shop shower gels and also richer. The scent is lovely and light. The regular price is pretty expensive for a small bottle, but with a loofah, a little goes a long way.

This product is amazing! For many years I have been looking for something that would help my oily/sensitive aka combination skin especially around the T-Zone area, this controls it for a long period of time! It has a lovely smell and my skin felt so smooth and soft afterwards I use it with the vitamin e toner and moisturiser I am very impressed! Other products react to my skin very badly as I am hypo-allergenic.Not even shine creams could fix the oily problem like this skincare brand did!

It tightens your pores well and I use it before going to sleep or a few hours before applying make up. It works best if used after cleaning your black heads.
