For the premium price that NARS charges for the Precision Lip Liner, I was certainly disappointed with the product. The color is very difficult to apply to the lips. There is a lot of drag or pull to it, and that is something to avoid. Also, the color isn't super pigmented, I have to trace the outline of my lips many times before achieving any color. And thirdly, this is very difficult to apply over any lip primers. I find the primer "absorbs" any pigment that the product puts out. ...

My local Denver Nordstrom was out of this. I had to order online. I am glad I did. The color is just great. This will be the first day I will wear it. I did try it on, just received it last night. So far, so great! I will update once I have my eyeliner and mascara on.

I wanted something with sunscreen in a tube for summer. This was recommended to me but I returned it two days after purchasing.Reasons I sent it back:It emphasized pores and fine lines. It appeared matte on the skin but felt greasy after several hours. No coverage to speak of.The colors aren't great. Finland was slightly too yellow for NC15 but it was the closest match I could find. Alaska (the best neutral tone) was too dark, so I didn't have a perfect match in this. The other light shades were very pink. The medium shades looked more realistic but there isn't much for fair skin.

I clicked the "no" box on would I repurchase b/c I seldom use highlighter and that is what this is for me. I've had this for years and it isn't even half used up but I unfortunately dropped it and the lid and color part are now 2 separate pieces, though luckily the contents didn't crack, so still usable. Yes it is quite subtle compared to other highlighters but I don't want a "look at my highlighter" look. So, I keep it and occasionally pull it out from my blush stash, mostly after I've watched one too many Youtubes that included highlighting. My complexion is pale neutral to yellow and on me the color looks champagne with the slightest shimmer - much less shimmer on me, though a totally different color than Orgasm.

I think this is pretty much a mixture of a tint and a matte liquid lipstick. It is not just a matte liquid lipstick like other brands. The fact that it works as a tint makes it last all day. I don’t mean it doesn’t fade. It does but very evenly it makes it looks so natural. You can touch up or leave it as it is as it fades gracefully, like a shade or two lighter. For the fact that it works as a tint, the colour stays on. I eat and drink as I normally do and I don’t feel like touching up. I really think this formula is different from others and it’s worth a trying. Best of all, no white streak on your inner lips as time goes by. For those who have to interact a lot, you know what I mean when half way into the morning you find that that white lines appear on your lips. I also like to use a lip oil as a thin base. Although it lowers down the matte power, it increases the intensity and hydrates the lips. I found that my lips are still pretty much matte even though I use the lip oil as a base (put it lightly). Colour-wise, I wish NARS offers more warm-nude. Many red shades look pretty much the same. Definitely buy more.

I first bought this NARS foundation after an employee in Sephora recommended it when my the Hi-Def Make Up Forever foundation I wanted was out of stock, this was in May 2015. There are a couple of things that I MUST have in my foundations: SPF and light coverage that I can build up if I choose. As I live in the Bahamas, it's hot so I also need a long lasting foundation that can endure the heat.I found the Med/Dark 5 New Guinea to be my perfect match. I use 3 pumps on my brush and blend with my BB. it gives me beautiful coverage without looking heavy. I hate heavy looking making and still want my skin to look natural and this does that. Initially I never used to set it with powder or primer but with the heat here, I began setting it with MAC Fix+ and then a Laura Mercier finishing powder to make it stay all day because to be honest by 4 pm I could see patched on my forehead and any blemishes i had would start to appear. Now I prime using the Nars primer and set with Laura Mercier powder AND fix with Fix+. This get 3 stars because with all that it still doesn't last all day. I'm so busy I never reapply makeup during the day so it is what it is.I give it 3 stars because its pricey, the packaging especially the lid gets dirty. I also hate that NARS doesn't have a recycling program for its empties. I have so many and hate throwing them out at least with my MAC i can recycle them for lipstick or eyeshadow and Origins will recycle empty packages too. However, I'll keep buying until I find something better. Maybe I'll go back to YSL, I loved it so much but then could never find my shade anymore! Who am I kidding, I'm definitely going to try Fenty by Rhianna!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!Finally a highlighting/bringing palette that I can use on mature skin. The formula is magic! It goes on so beautifully and can be built up if you need to be seen from every planet! Something about this and the highlight formula has me coming back to it daily...most highlighters look chunky or emphasize texture, and generally aren't flattering on mature skin but this is the exception...you won't end up looking like the disco ball from a bad 80's night club, you will look like you have the most glowing skin ever! The shade choices are great in this palette along with matte bronzer and I like that. Wish this wasn't LE bc I don't know what I will do when I hit pan!!!

I'm reviewing this product in the shade "Bound". Color is a medium rose-pink similar to NARS Chihuahua, maybe a touch cooler/more mauve. Definite MLBB contender for an everyday, no-brainer lip color for pigmented lips. It shows up better if you line your lips first or apply lipstick before layering on the gloss.Texture is plush with some slip. Lasting power is dismal with moderate drinking; it entirely disappears after eating. Surprisingly, this gloss is scented - like vanilla cake batter. Not a dealbreaker for me, but most NARS lip products are unscented.I like this shade but the formula has such a short life on the lips that I could see myself constantly reapplying and going through tubes of this pretty fast, so I don't think I'd repurchase.

I bought this in 2 shades because I love it so much. I have biscuit which I am currently using and custard for the winter season. It blends like a dream! It does crease a bit without powder, but I usually set it with my Laura Mercier translucent powder, which is the ultimate duo. It's a bit pricey for concealer, but I find that it's worth the money. I've tried the Maybeline Fit Me "dupe", but I feel like this is the real deal and the better consistency. I've tried many concealers ranging from high end to drug store, but this is my favorite. When I'm packing for a trip, this is one of the first things I throw in my bag. I wish they made a small travel version of biscuit as well.

I received a mini of this blush. I normally go in for warm, peachy blushes. But it is nice to have this this pretty berry, rosy blush. It is very well-pigmented so i find i have to go easy with this. I think this shade would work for different skintones, fairer skintones use less color, deeper skintones more color. This gives me a pretty, rosy glow like i came in from the cold. I would like to see more minis of NARS blushes.....as part of the regular lineup. Or do that as a special LE for the holiday.......please!

I have olive undertones and have difficulty finding foundations that match. Even the best foundations leave me looking reddish. Not NARS Sheer Glow! The "glow" does not mean that you will be a sparkly unicorn. It just means that your skin will look dewy. This is great for those of us who are a little older and don't want makeup settling in our lines and don't want cake face. The coverage is not quite as long-lasting as Estée Lauder Double Wear (an excellent foundation, but too warm/red in my alleged makeup shade). I find that my face looks a bit unnatural and dry (which makes me look older) with long-lasting, shellac-style makeups. Some complained that this foundation is too heavy, but a little goes a LONG way. I find it to be lightweight as a result.Lastly, the shade that I purchased is a true neutral color, which olive complexions often need to avoid looking like a brick. I hope that they never stop making this stuff. Shade purchased: Tahoe

There is a lot of hype around this. It is a pretty, peach-y pink shade with gold shimmer. I think it looked nice on me (NC30). I got a mini of this as a sephora bonus. Even this mini will last me for a good while because this has nice color payoff. This cult favorite is worth trying once. And if you decide you like it, i doubt it will be discontinued or reformulated. I have a mini in Goulue as well and wish NARS would add these minis to the regular lineup or do a set of these minis as a special or holiday. Please!

My favourite blush of all time! I am extremely pale in the winter and this is pretty much the only blush which doesn't make me look like a clown. It's a lovely warm, peachy pink shade that's subtle enough to wear during the daytime and goes with just about any kind of eye makeup. It's also never broken me out.

This concealer is amazing. I regret purchasing a back up of CdP concealer stick because this NARS concealer has replaced it as my HG.This is incredibly pigmented and the color selection is great. No scent and can be built up for more coverage. I use it for both undereyes and over a dark brown spot on my cheek. I've had it Fraxeled several times but it came back, so for now I'm covering it with concealer and this is the only concealer that will cover it 90-95% (NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer is great for concealing redness and undereye darkness, but not so much for dark blemishes).Although I prefer stick concealers, I'll deal with the pot packaging because the concealer is superb. I wear Punjab in foundations, Groenland in the original tinted moisturizer, and Custard or Macadamia in concealers.
