I have this in tres leches. Smells like candy and Its kylie koko k dupe. Its a nice nude neutral pink that does not wash me out. it gives me a sexy juicy pout. it does lean an too warm that it looks barbie pink a bit fake like the butter gloss in creme brule but shade darker. The formula is non sticky. Its opaque as like a lipstick in a gloss form. it trasnfers onto cups but it is a gloss afterall, its not a matte liquid lip lol. Im very impressed because its very moisturizing as long as you dont have chapped lips before applying. Its thicker consistency but not sticky but if you apply too much it can feel goopey and not comfy, but its easy to apply nice doe foot. Mac soar is my go to with this gloss. I wont repurchase but i ld try other colors. The applicator is so easy to use.

This is impossible to make look good. It’s patchy, applies unevenly (thinner in some spots, globs up in others). When you try to even it out, I find it only makes it look worse. With a color this dark, you need crisp lines and full opacity. It doesn’t help that this takes a full 10 minutes to dry, increasing your chances of screwing it up. I love the color, and so badly wanted to love this. It was just too much hassle for what it’s worth. I’d rather spend $20+ dollars on a lipstick that applies beautifully and looks flawless that takes under a minute to apply. This stuff takes too long to mess around with to make it look good. Put simply, it looks cheap. The patchiness isn’t cute, it wears off in chunks, and the lines bleed and clump around the edges of where you apply it (even with a great lipliner). So disappointing, I wanted so badly to love this. I have a friend with smaller lips than me and it looks good on her (not as much area to cover = less patchiness). I know it sounds strange, but if you have larger lips this will look even worse. Trying to even it out = disaster. A very poor formula done by NYX in regards to the darker shades. Skip this one.

I've tried several of these pencils in neutral colors, hoping for a cheap MLBB look but they just don't work for me. They remind me of wax crayons (ugh, the smell) and look very unnatural on. The finish reminds me of matte liquid lipstick and the supposedly neutral pink colors pull super orange on me no matter what. I am posting this review because I had forgotten that I tried and hated these years ago, and made the mistake of buying a few more today (ever, pale pink, peekaboo neutral, nude pink) because of the terrific reviews on here.

Purchased this at the Nyx store and was color matched by SA. She did a very good job and took her time as this brand has about 5 different undertones (hence the 42 shades). I end up getting the color Mocha which matched my skin complexion perfectly. In store she used the primer that goes with this foundation but I elected to use a moisturizing primer (Fenty/Huda) and the foundation applies seamlessly and beautifully. It is super matte but a good moisturizer and primer makes it seem more moist than matte. I purchased the Nyx baked translucent powder as recommended and the foundation and powder work really well together. The look of this was flawless allday. Oh yeah, I also used an apricot color corrector as applied by the SA...she was truly awesome and if your ever in Sherman Oaks, go to that Nyx. They are the best. This foundation surprised me a lot, you definitely get more bang for your buck. It looks pretty radiant (not slick or oily) on the skin. Got lots of compliments wearing this. You can't beat the $14 price tag either.

I was hoping this would be a dupe for my Mac paint pot, but it isn’t. It does a great job of concealing discoloration on the lid, but by the end of the day my eye shadow is creased and my lids greasy. I understand this is a base and not a primer, but why bother using something if you know there are other options on the market that you can get a two in one with ?!This might work awesome on normal skin, but if you are an oily gal like me - save your money!

PROS:• No transfer once they dry down• Wide color range• Long wearing, no smudging• They don't get crumbly• Very comfortable• Pleasant scent• AffordableCONS:• Sheer formula, can't get full opacity (at least with the darker shades)• Patchy during application• Different color than the tubeOverall, 7/10. I have the shade Berlin which is a deep reddish brown. I really enjoy this formula when I'm looking for a sheer lip product that doesn't transfer. I love how comfortable it feels on the lips.

This is such a pigmented gloss. Mine is in the shade Cookie Butter which is probably the lightest one. You definitely need to exfoliate your lips before wearing these so they don't accentuate texture. They don't feel too sticky. I prefer sheer glosses because fully pigmented ones transfer to my teeth, but this one is the exception (maybe just because of the light shade but I'm still satisfied). They are very affordable so I totally recommend checking them out.

This is a gorgeous, long-wearing lipstick, but the dusty mauve shade ends up looking a little grayish on my light, warm-toned skin. For skin with a yellow undertone, it just might not be the most flattering choice. It's also a little drying and tends to settle into the lines in my lips unless I apply lip balm underneath. You can't beat the value of NYX, though, and I do think the color would be really beautiful and versatile on most skin tones.

I love the lipstick itself. It's a beautiful my lips, but better shade, and is easy to apply (no tugging or clinging to dry patches). I don't find it overly drying either, but if you have problems with dry lips, a thin layer of balm underneath would be good.My issue with this is the packaging. I don't know what it is, but I've had two of these and both broke. In my experience, the lipstick bullet falls out of the tube very easily, even with gentle use. It's a shame because it's a lovely color and a good lipstick, but it always breaks. If you can find a way to fix this issue if it does happen, then this is a great product.

I tried Strawberry Milk and Baby Pink. I bought them both because of the pastel and cool undertones - I find cooler toned colors harder to come by when it comes to drugstore lipsticks. Strawberry Milk was incredibly streaky and it broke the day I bought it. I assumed it was due to the shipping, as I ordered it from Amazon. Then I tried Baby Pink which is a cooled toned frost similar to harmonica but cooler. I liked the color a lot but this one broke too.I like that these are very affordable but I've realized the packaging is garbage which is why these break all the time. There are other colors that look really unique I'd love to try but after both of the ones I've purchased broke, I'm not taking any chances again with this line. If NYX were to raise their prices for the extra creamy round line in order to get sturdier packaging I'd reconsider buying more - I use L'oreal and Maybelline which cost a bit more but are still really well made and have never broken, and still relatively cheap. Anyone else feel the same way?Summary: pretty colors but packaging is super flimsy so it's not worth it

So this is a partial review.... I just bought this today and haven't worn it on my face yet. But I wanted to start a review based just on the shade and undertone range so far. I picked Nude. I am fair with yellow undertones. Nude is the absolute most perfect match of any foundation I've ever tried. I swiped it on my neck and it virtually disappeared into my skin. Truly, never had this happen before. The consistency is light and it dries super matte super fast. I'm going to wear it to work and gym tomorrow (Florida summer humidity and heat and an hour and a half or hard sweaty workout) and will post the full review after. The price was $15 at Ulta but they always have a $3.50 off coupon so honestly it's a great price especially for the amount of product you get. Glass bottle shows the true color of the foundation and the pump is perfect! Squirts out just the right amount. So far, I'm loving this! Stay tuned.....UPDATE: - As promised, here is my full review. I've worn this foundation from 8 AM until 10 PM. IT IS OUTSTANDING. At 8 PM I checked my face and this foundation had somehow melted into my skin and it looked like I had no foundation and like my skin was perfect and flawless on its own. The foundation stayed true to color all day, it didn't shift, move or break up even around my nose which is always a problem for most foundations. It was still matte but not dry matte. More like just soft skin. Truly NYX did an amazing job with this foundation and I recommend it wholeheartedly. I applied the foundation without a primer. I mixed my spf moisturizer on my hand with the foundation and I applied it with a buffing brush. It spread so easily and melted into my skin right away and I do get full coverage with this even with a small amount of product. After I buffed it in with a brush I took a moist beauty blender sponge and tapped all over. Pure perfection! I dusted very little powder on top because I feel naked without powder (lol) and then spritzed some Ulta setting spray and voila.... flawless skin that stayed through 14 hours of work, outside heat and sweaty gym workout. It seems this foundation gets better on your skin as the day goes on. I'm buying a TON of this foundation because i'm positive I will never come across anything like it ever again!

I saw Root Beer Float for the first time on a FOTD here on the boards. It looked like a great mauve shade on the poster. When I found it in store, it looked way more warm than I expected and for a second I wondered if I had the right lippie (I did). It was so cheap I just bought it and tried it based on how it looked on the poster. On me it is a warmer mauve (no lilac or grey tones here at all) and a light creamy texture (not sheer, not the heavy cream feel, not matte, not satin). My nw20 deep winter complexion with these weird golden undertones tend to pull out warmth / orange in shades that can go that way. So this was warmer looking on me than on the original poster. But not OTT warm...just a warmer toned mauve. When I first applied it, my first thought was, " this is like a summer version of Whipped Caviar" (not matte, slightly warmer neutral). Root Beer Float was a nice little surprise. It also kind of reminded me of a mix between MAC Mehr and MAC Cream in Your Coffee (not as brown as CIYC, not as pink as Mehr, but in that family). If you are looking for little liptick pick-me-up, check out NYX Root Beer Float.

First of all, I must say that I was on a whim to try this, given that they are affordable and have many colors to choose from. Especially on nude shades, which I am typically a nude-lipstick goer. The reason I have strayed from NYX soft matte for years (yes, years!) was because I heard that they are, first, sticky (which I hate) and the colors are not opaque (which is the main issue to consider if you want to go nude). The other thing I commonly heard (yet do not mind as the first two) was that they do not last long. Moreover, I have tried "Buenos Aires" owned by my cousin, and "Zurich" owned by my colleague (obviously, I just swatch them on my arm) and I can felt the stickiness there. Recently, out of the blue, I wanted to purchase NYX. I wanted to have a good nude-beige lipstick that is affordable, and NYX soft matte in "London" is what everybody recommended. From 'every' review posts, it was such a perfect nude-beige, yet it took me months to decide to purchase it.So on to my thoughts on this NYX soft matte in "London". I love the shade. This shade is literally the only shade of NYX that drawn my attention to ever since! It is such a nice nude-beige that did not white wash you face, really. It gave your face some tone, neutralizes your look in some way. Again, this is a nude-beige, so you must indeed wear make-up; some smoky eye look is required at least. And, I would not recommend this shade to those with medium skin tone and darker. I am Thai with fair-medium skin tone. So highly recommend to those that have the skin tone similar to me or 'lighter'. Moreover, I did not know if they have changed their formula, or the formula varies for some specific colors because I did not find "London" sticky at all. The intensity is OK (well, this is a nude after all. The color itself barely shows up, lol). So overall, NYX soft matte totally worth the hype and worth the money.

Bought "That's the Point" felt ti[p lines in black at Ulta on a BOGO 1/2 off. My 13 year old picked "Hella Fine" - with a very fine point tip, and "Put a Wing on It" - slightly thicker tip.Regular retail at Ulta in 2018 was $9.99 but averaged out to $6.95 each with BOGO and coupons.NOT Waterproof - so be aware if you wear this to a wedding or funeral or it you have excessively oily skin.On dry skin it wears pretty well.Do not "smush" the fine point or you will ruin it.

This product was my first foray into pressed finishing powders, and y’know, it ain’t half-bad. It does a nice job of mattifying my skin and blurring pores, and paired with a good primer, that effect can last most of my work shift. But translucent (aka white) powders tend to make my already-pale skin look even paler since I really need to layer them on in the summer months when I’m oily. For that reason, I think I’ll stick with tinted powders that blend into my skin better, and loose ones at that, just because I feel like I can distribute loose powder more evenly on my brush.
Are you sure this product is discontinued?
