Lipstick -Chanel -Rouge Coco in Mademoiselle 05 [DISCONTINUED]

I bought this lipstick recently so I'm surprised to see it described as "discontinued" - I know it was reformulated about two years ago, so perhaps the description refers to the pre-reformulation version? Anyways, I love this lipstick - Mademoiselle is a browned-rose, so it's an elegant, classic shade which is very flattering. It's definitely one of my favourites.

Fragrances -Chanel -No 5 l'eau

If you can imagine a wooden citrusy No5 edp, this is it. It's very good, although I wouldn't say it's gorgeous.
What I like most about it is the capacity it has to remind you of No5 but still be completely different.
It also reminds me of No19, as it's very fresh.
But it has the same problem of most Chanel perfumes I love, (such as No5 edt and No5 eau premiere): it doesn't last at all on the skin. On clothes it lasts a little better though.

This is almost as good as No5 edt, which is my favorite fragrance. It's mesmerizing. It's a little powdery, and flowery, but unfortunately my vocabulary for describing perfumes is not well developed. The only thing I can say is that it makes me think of a bouquet of old fashioned flowers, dainty and pastel colored. It makes me think of a field of flowers, walking through it and smelling it in the breeze.
It's my second favorite perfume now and I simply cannot live without it anymore.

My mom used to love and wear this fragrance and I wanted to also, but it does not work on me. The civet in this really shines through on me and it reminds me of cat pee on my skin. Smells wonderful on my sister, but me - yuck.

Eyeliner -Chanel -Automatic Liquid Eyeliner

Comfortable for precise use, do not smear around, lasts super long, price is ok, packaging is aesthetic. Product I can trust in.
Do not cause any irritation in eye area which is nice with my sensitive skin/eyes, and you can draw any line you like- thicker, thinner, upper or lower lid. Very smooth and trusted product

Eye Makeup Remover -Chanel -Precision Eye Makeup Remover

The best eye make up remover for those you are not against light oilness. It really do its job. I can remove really heavy eye make up without rubbing my eyes off. It is third bottle in a row, i had tryed la prairie, sisley and other really luxury brands, but Chanel nails it.
I like neutral smell, texture, it really leaves my skin in eye area so smooth and hydrated.

Amazing finishing powder by Chanel! Does not break me out and gives me this wonderful glow but no sparkle. I don't use the puff included but rather a sponge puff and brush. Great packaging. Looks so pretty on my vanity.

BB Cream -Chanel -CC cream

Best cc cream I have used I have to be so careful what I put on my skin because I have oily problem skin I have used other products like this from cheaper price ranges and found they did nothing but add oil to my face I can put this on and feel confident about my skin which is somthing I have trouble doing!

Polishes -Chanel -Ballerina

on 1/10/2018 12:48:00 AM

for someone who only ever get mani and pedi with french tips, this has become my one and only exception. with my base coat and 2 coats of ballerina and seche vite top coat, its perfection; its natural pearl pink see through nude but also has a french tip feel. A very delicate and feminine color. Ive experimented with 2 to 4 coats but it looks best for me when applied with 2 coats because its not streaky and the tip of your nails peak through the polish so slightly and makes it look like a well done manicured french tip design. I love this polish even though its a ridiculous price.

Powder -Chanel -LE TEINT ULTRA TENUE (ultrawear flawless compact foundation) Powder Foundation

I bought this make up an$ after like four times of wearing it, it became like cottage cheese skin. Like something in the product was reducing the skin into cottage cheese.

BB Cream -Chanel -CC cream

I have a few Chanel make up products that i swear by but this by far was the most overpriced and disappointing.

Unfortunately it doesn't last long on my face (i have dry to normal skin) and throughout the day it started to look a bit patchy on me. There are better CC creams out there that are worth the money. Unfortunately this one just doesn't cut it.

Love this product except the price is really expensive. My shade is 20 clair It sets my makeup look smooth and sets my makeup easier. I have 2 powder for my HG products, the other one is laura mercier. actually I dont know the different of those product. Haha But two of them really look nice on my face.

This is my HG powder since it doesn't make my face old nor it accentuates textures in my skin. I hate to admit that I already have one as a back-up just in case Chanel discontinues this powder.

A lot of people would say "what's the hype about this powder" " I can always name a cheaper brand that can essentially do the same". Unfortunately, I have tried them all i.e. Laura Mercier Loose Translucent, Coty Airspun, MAC setting powder, RCMA No Color Powder, NARS Light Reflecting Powder, Maybelline Fit Me Loose Powder, CoverFX Perfect Setting powder and this list goes on and I am still coming back to my Chanel.

You know why, because it works for me. If you can find something that works for you. Great! If not, try this one out and see if you would like it.

For reference:

I have an NC 20-25 skin tone and I am using 20 Clair which is a perfect match.

Also, this is the only loose powder that works for every single foundation I own :)
