I can't figure out the low reviews this mascara is getting. For me it goes on easily with one coat, no clumping and no need for a second coat. I've not experienced transfer or flaking. This does not irritate my eyes and I have MANY allergies and am especially sensitive to mascara. When I wear this my friends at first glance think I have false lashes on. With a light hand and just the slightest bit of effort this has a great application and a wonderful effect, absolutely my favorite mascara I've ever owned, it does wonders for my eyelashes!

2.5 stars? No option for that. I really like Definicils. I like this mascara too, but there are things it could be improved upon. It clumps on the second coat. (I was able to comb it out.) It smears throughout the day underneath the outer corners of my eyes. (I did powder under my eyes to no avail.) The positives. The formula is leaves a soft finish and is not brittle. It is really black, gives a lot of volume, and holds curl well. It removes easily with an oil cleansing method. I will revisit repurchasing when they make a waterproof one.

I actually use both the stick and the liquid version of the Teint Idole line and I love them both for different reasons. The stick is very easy to apply. It’s very portable. Great for traveling. I prefer to apply it with a soft kabuki brush. The stick has a soft luminous finish. I like to use it during colder months. One last thing, I wear 450 Suede N in the stick and 460 Suede W in the liquid.

I like this foundation. It gives my skin a smooth, seamless look when applied with a beautyBlender. It covered minor flaws with one layer. The foundation has a semi matte finish. I’m glad that it’s not completely matte because to me that makes skin look dull or like a mannequin. I prefer to use this during warmer weather because I prefer a non-luminous foundation when my face is already shiny from humidity. 460 Suede W in the Teint Idole liquid is a perfect shade match, but it does not match the Teint Idole foundation stick. I wear the next lightest shade in the stick, 450 Suede N.

I bought a lancome blush same packaging but different colour. Mine had a reddish tone limited edition colour I think. It was definitely an impulse buy to get the seven piece gift. I think I bought it about a decade ago and I still have more than half left because I use this a dozen times a year. Very pigmented and smooth application and does last all day but I don't reach for this as often. If you love high end with a product that works, go ahead. I have seen blushes that are quarter the price that does the same thing as this one.

I got this as a gift from my sister . I don't like this eyeliner because it is not pigmented (black) enough and the colour does not apply evenly. The brush does not pick up enough product to provide a thick liner I my eyelids need. I am sorry but Don't waste your money in this product.

I had to go to a bridal shower and being a mom I haven't been able to wear make up a whole lot lately so I wanted to change up my foundation routine for the bridal shower I was attending. I had a SA match me and she matched me perfectly. Unfortunately, this thing oxidizes on me and gets a little bit dark for my liking within a couple hours. The staying power is great. And it really does look like your skin but better until it oxidizes. It says it doesn't transfer but I find that it actually does which is unfortunate as I am very affectionate with my babies and my main concern is that this might rub off on them (hence the reason why I stopped wearing make up to begin with) so I wasn't very happy about that. I had doubts from the get go but couldnt accept that it wasn't that great due to the great reviews and the hefty price tag so I didn't return it right away but I really wish I did when I had the chance. Now I am forced to use this just for the sake of saving money. I'll be sticking to my EL double wear - it never let's me down.

This mascara builds more dramatic volume than Lancome Definicils, but it can clump on the second coat.First Impressions:At first the name threw me for a loop. “Monsieur” is French for “Mister” and it’s probably safe to say that most mascara sales are from female customers. Then Lancome switched from French to English for “big,” perhaps because the French translation is “gros,” which sounds like “gross” to Americans. Better to have a Franglais name than a gross-sounding mascara. Or perhaps someone at Lancome is a fan of the Sex & the City series and this is their homage to “Mr. Big." Even though the name didn't grab me, I was impressed that this mascara delivers on the promise of bold, black, thick lashes without flaking or smudging. Brush:The brush is bushy and more like a squirrel’s tail than the newer rubber or plastic brushes that have become so common. This brush is more traditional but has plenty of bristles to separate and coat lashes evenly. I still prefer the wand of Charlotte Tilbury’s Full Fat Lashes mascara but this brush is great, too. It does not have the weird gap in the middle that “hourglass” brushes have, such as Too Faced Better Than Sex or Burberry Cat Lashes. Formula:This mascara is on the wet side; Lancome calls it “creamy.” I like the texture. I haven’t had any trouble with it smearing and it dries fast enough for me. It doesn’t make my lashes feel stiff or heavy. In fact, it’s flexible enough that I can build another coat after the first one sets, a trait that’s a huge selling point for me. I’ve even been able to get close to the roots without making a mess. Monsieur Big’s “wavy fibers” work better than the bristles of Dior Show’s brush for digging into that lashline.Unfortunately the more you build, the more likely it is to clump. I don’t mind combing through a few clumps when the tradeoff is amazing volume but for some people this is a deal-breaker. You can wipe excess off the brush to prevent clumping. Or apply without wiping it down but use a lash comb; Tweezerman makes a great one. For a cheaper option, save the wand from an old mascara you’re throwing away and clean it thoroughly. The dry brush will separate clumps, too. Monsieur Big is not waterproof but on most days I don’t need it to be. I use Cinema Secrets Break It Down makeup remover on a cotton round to remove my eye makeup, but I’ve been able to wash this off with my usual foaming face cleanser from Paula’s Choice and warm water.Performance:With some mascaras I have to use lash primer as a base because I don’t get enough volume from the mascara alone. However, Monsieur Big lives up to its Franglais name. I don’t have to apply lash primer first. I do curl my lashes first but there is no other prep. The mascara gives me plenty of volume and length. It even holds a curl pretty well. I’ve had no smudging, flaking, or smearing. Monsieur Big still looks good at the end of a long day at work.To use it on the bottom lashline, I blot the tip of the brush on a Kleenex and use the tip to gently catch those short lashes. I let the mascara dry before finishing with concealer and powder. I haven’t noticed any smudging under my eyes. I’ve been impressed with this mascara. It’s also blacker and thicker than MAC Bold and Bad Lash. Starting with the Travel Size:Sephora and Ulta offer a $12 deluxe size. I highly recommend buying this before spending double that amount on the large tube. The brush is the same size and the formula is the same. You are just getting less product with the travel tube. This mascara doesn’t irritate my eyes but if you have sensitive eyes, it’s a good idea to start with the smaller tube and see how it goes. If you decide you love it, you can always buy the $25 standard tube next time.Summary:I’d repurchase the $12 deluxe travel size of Monsieur Big. It seems like a good value for the results I get. I’m unlikely to continually buy the $25 large tube of Monsieur Big because I replace my mascara every three months and that would become expensive.I really like this mascara but if you hate fighting clumps, Definicils might be better for you. I got this off eBay exponentially cheaper! I use the Wayne goss method I curl my lashes (alternating sides) 3X then a coat of regular definicils (a non WP mascara any will do), then a heavy coat of this WP mascara & voila insta Lash Glam keeps a curl & doesn't run or flake this is a #winning combo I would definitely rebuy this I'll use this w another non WP mascara bcoz my non WP definciils is a GWP size. That's ultimately how I always do my mascara curl lashes is #1, 1 coat non WP is #2 & waterproof is #3. It's the Wayne goss method there is a video on YT also explaining it by him. I love defincicils I'm hooked now fave mascaras. #downtowntriplececrown lancome isn't 1 of my go to brands I just have a couple lipglosses & the GWP I qualified for one time.

As many other reviewers have stated, Lancôme has an expensive mascara in its Hypnose Doll Lashes. I wait until Lancôme has a free gift with purchase before splurging. That being said, I love the way Doll Lashes extended my lashes, and I did use the whole tube of mascara. The thing about mascara -- and, perhaps, this is just me -- is that I can find a really good mascara at any beauty counter in Macy's. I mosey up to the counter with the best free gift and find the best mascara that will get me that free gift. This is my daughter's go-to mascara.

I LOVE this perfume. It's light and the smells so beautiful . Each time I spray it on I always get complemented on. My bottle is running out and I am devastated because I went to a few malls to see if the Lancôme stores had it and sadly they didn't have them on the shelf at all. There are only 2 perfumes I rank the highest and OUI is at number 1 on my list of favourites. I suggest Lancome never change the scent in this bottle because they would just ruin that beautiful scent and I won't have another perfume to buy.
