I've heard good things about this but never bought. Then my sister bought it and told me how amazing it is so of course I had to finally try it because I love a good lightweight foundation. The colour buff matches me so well, I don't think I've found a foundation colour more of a perfect match for me... the coverage doesn't get more than probably medium/full, not quite full, however I'm not a full coverage lover so the claim that it could reach full coverage wasn't a selling point for me. I thought that because it was so lightweight it would be great for my oily skin but within not even a couple hours my face gets extremely shiny and I feel like the coverage wears off :( super disappointed, had to return it.

This product works and works well at that. I purchased this just to have on hand as I love glitter shadows and pigments but I don’t use them often. I came across a gorgeous glitter for the inner corner of my eye. So I decided to use this. I applied the tiniest drop to the inner corner of my eyes then applied the glitter. It adhered very well with no fallout and lasted till I took it off. It didn’t feel sticky or gross or anything. It just held my glitter shadow so well I couldn’t believe it. You only need the tiniest amount and it works! The tube will last me ages but I’m very pleased with this primer. It kept my shadow on till I washed it off and I got no fallout. Granted I only used a small amount but still it held up perfectly. Couldn’t be more stoked! Recommended.

its like a love hate relationship with these lippies. i love the color. i love the texture. but i hate the wear time and the feeling on my lips. it flakes off on my lips and its super dry. but the colors r just stunning. no nude is better than the nudes in this line.

Literally the worst liquid lipstick. It dried horribly the moment i was applying it, and was instantly uncomfortable. The color on my lips did not match the one in the bottle at all. After a month tho whole thing dried up inside the bottle so it was impossible to put on.

I have many of these colors from back in my “new to make up” period, although application is easy, I find it becomes quite dry on the lips, also, although it’s strange, I find the color in the tube compared to swatches or the way it wears, in very undependable, the colors are not quite the same on, which is how I came to own so many, which were thrown out after holding on to them for some time. I wouldn’t buy these again, if splurge on a more high end option.

I bought this in the shade Teddy. I tried it on and hated it, so I threw it out. It looked like cool toned caca on my lips. It was so bad. And then, on top of that, it made my lips feel stiff. It dried so fast, so there was some layering, and just felt so uncomfortable. I don't have this problem with any other liquid lipsticks. Not with the BH Cosmetics, Wet n Wild, or the Maybelline liquid lipsticks. Heck, even the NYX Liquid Suedes and Soft Matte Lip Creams are better than this. There are so many liquid lipsticks in the same price range that are good quality and worth the money, therefore I would not recommend this at all.

Over the last two years I've purchased 6 shades, three of which are in heavy rotation (Retro, Vintage, and Downtown Beauty). Brooklyn Thorn makes me look like a corpse on its own so I mix it with "Oh Put it On" Liner for a fun dark purple-brown color. I've never worn "Oh Put it On" out of the house...its a very dramatic color and too dark for me to wear to work or for errands. Also, that particular shade seems to have a different texture than the rest. It never quite gets matte. Over all, I love the texture of most and have repurchased my favorite shades (once when It got used up and another when I thought I'd lost it).

This was my first NYX Liquid Suede purchase and as soon as I tried it, I was hooked. At the time of purchase, I was searching for a reddish color for myself. I went through a lot of shades in different brands and was finally pleased with Vintage. I love the formula and the packaging. It stays on for quite some time and I pair it with the corresponding matte liner.

Fab product! Does exactly what it says on the tin, an orange based (which counteracts blue tones so effectively neutralises dark circles) medium coverage concealer. It's quite soft so it applies well but can lift off if you're over zealous with the blending, it can be layered- just don't go too mad as then it tends to settle in fine lines. For £7 you really can't go wrong, lasts a good while and is miles better for dark circles than standard concealer, really brightens the eye area.TIP: would recommend setting with a finely milled loose powder to avoid mascara smudging on it Xx

I love the contour side! I use the universal shade and the colour is perfect for me (not too orange or muddy). The highlighting side, however, is trash. I don’t use it at all which may seem like a waste of money and product but I just love the contouring side that much. I will repurchase this when the contour side runs out.

OMG!!! How bad is this product??? I purchased this in "yellow" as I occasionally need a bit of colour correction as well as concealer. Now I have really good skin and had exfoliated the previous night, so my skin was super smooth. I applied a little under the eyes and also beside the nose. I used a Beauty Blender to apply this and it just does not blend!!! How I ended up with this cakey mess is beyond me. I applied a small amount on prepared skin and it looks like my skin is peeling! Now if my foundation had done the same thing, I may have been able to say that it was something I had done wrong. However, my makeup went on perfectly and this just looks horrible. I could not in good conscience recommend this crap to anyone. In fact, I'm disgusted at how bad it is!

Purchased NYX Full Throttle in the shade "Trickster". I'd say Trickster goes on as a strong lilac shade, but not overly bright or glaring. Looks great on fair skin tones. Coverage very good. Just one layer has strong color payoff and the application lasts fairly well without too much transfer. I like that this is one NYC matte that comes in a thinner tube and takes up a little less space in my travel kit than the standard lipstick tubes.I'd definitely try this in other colors or repurchase this particular shade. Price point of NYX lipsticks is always very reasonable and when you hit a sale, even better.

Not bad for the price if you really like liquid mattes. I purchased the color "Babydoll". Good for those days where I want my lips to not be the focus as this is a good nude tone for fair skin. Glides on smoothly, but dries very, very fast into a matte finish. Lasting power pretty decent, but definitely starts wearing off if you start eating or drinking a hot beverage. I will say that your lips need to be in good condition to wear this matte. I live in a cold climate and sometimes end up with chapped lips and this is the kind of stuff that will only accentuate any flakiness or dryness on your lips, so exfoliate or go for something creamy and less matte and save this for the spring/summer months.

This was my first NYX buy. I was super excited about it. First few applications went smoothly with some difficulties in patchiness but layering it covered everything. It DOES layer nicely without looking bad. Because this is a very deep dark color, it needs good color pay off or the patchiness is even more exaggerated. Just after 7-8 days of usage, it started coming out very very veryyyyy patchy. To the point where I had to stop using it. I bought more from this line and realized, deeper, darker shades tend to be extremely patchy. It's comfortable nonetheless. Transfer proof as long as your lips are dry. Expect this to be eaten along with your food. Definitely should try a few if you haven't. They have a lovely range of shades

O.K so, there's a lot of people who absolutely loooove these. I do too or at least I did. They aren't bad at all. But on days when you are having extremely chapped lips, it won't do the work. It goes on buttery on application. After drying slowly it gets very dry, dry to the point where your lips look dead. The shade Monte Carlo is absolutely gorgeous though. It's 98% similar to MAC Rubywoo. Lovely smell. Because it's cheap. Go ahead and try a few if you haven't.
