Best eye makeup remover. Tried others and this is the best. Can't live without it. I carry the travel size when I'm out of town.

I feel like this is the little skin secret i just discovered. It's so great for my skin. Since I started using it I never break out. Mind you I didn't have bad skin but now I never break out. It's amazing! I never finish any makeup/beauty product and I finished this. Just bought the super large bottle.

Moisturizers -Clinique - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel

Edit: after a week of steady use, I believe the silicone in this is breaking me out. Something in it is (Laureth-4!!!!) - after wearing this over my BP gel during the day, by the evening I had whiteheads and inflammation. Very strange, since it was the only thing on my skin all day. No makeup at all. Bummer.
------------------------
I grabbed this at an Ulta in the trial size since I have sensitive skin and didn't know how my skin would take to this moisturizer. I have combo skin, dry in some areas, but can get shiny/oily within an hour or two from topical BP.

Must say - this is GREAT stuff! It's very light, absorbs well, no scent, not sticky, and has a little bit of a silicone feeling to it. I mostly prefer wearing this under my makeup (I apply it then let it soak in while I do my eye makeup and then do my foundation) or during the day - and save my heavier (Olay sensitive) moisturizer for at night. But this stuff is a winner in my book - I haven't had any issues with my skin so far. If I can use up the trial size without any problems, I will try to repurchase the larger size or another trial size.

Primer/ Corrector -Clinique - Superprimer Universal

Honestly this is my favourite primer ever! I like the consistency as it is creamy and it makes my makeup last so long - no other primer has balanced out my normal/dehydrated cheeks and oily t zone so well. The packaging is great and it is good value so I will definitely but it again

Treatments (Eye) -Clinique - All About Eyes Rich

Decided to try this after noticing my eye area becoming dry and reading great reviews about it. This is definitely not a product for people who have sensitive skin. This product was not moisturizing what so ever and left my skin feeling stingy, dry and red. $40 in the trash. :( I've since started using pure rosehip seed oil on my eyes and it was the best decision I could've made!

Moisturizers -Clinique - Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief

on 9/24/2017 8:03:00 PM

I've noticed that my once combination skin that was on the oilier side is now way more on the dry side..... as in Sahara Desert dry. I needed something especially on the side of my face that would be hydrating enough and not break up my foundation as no matter what Foundation I use and no matter how much primer I use it always tends to break up because of dryness on the lower side of my face.

Enter Clinique Moisture Surge intense. I wore this every day for five days. It definitely does deliver moisture and made my skin feel hydrated but it also felt sticky. My makeup didn't look too bad over it however within 3 days I started to notice breakouts. By day 5, I have white pimples all over my face. This has never happened to me with any other product. I am very sensitive to wheat and I noticed that they have a wheat bran in this. Not to mention a whole slew of pore clogging ingredients . I'll stick to my derma e and my andalou and just add some Argan oil for moisture.

Lipstick -Clinique - Pop Lip Colour Primer

*Throws confetti* I finally found my perfect MLBB shade in a brand I never purchased before this year (Clinique). Cute Pop is a matte, medium toned, muted mauve that I'm reaching for more and more often over my other favorite lippies. The color wears quite well for a traditional lipstick, although I do freshen it up after eating. Also, it's not drying on the lips, but stays put even without lip liner. The "primer" supposedly built into this product shouldn't be taken too literally, as it's not the 12-hours-of-perfection type of lipstick. But the application is smooth and pigmented - one swipe does the trick - and the color was made for me (NC 20, green eyes, ash blonde hair). I think they could have come up with a better name for it; "cute" to me sounds like a super girly pink (which I already have, lol). But Cute Pop (on me anyway) is a fairly sophisticated shade that adds just the right amount of color to avoid a washed-out look. I also have Cola Pop (dark reddish berry) and Berry Pop (medium-dark plummy berry), and they get plenty of use also. The packaging is square, so no rolling off the counter. I really like this product and suggest giving it a try next time you're swatching lipsticks. You might just love Cute Pop as much as I do.

Pressed Powders -Clinique - Redness Solutions Instant Relief Mineral Pressed Powder

on 9/23/2017 2:16:00 PM

I've never been a fan of "buying the whole line of products," but this is one time that I've found that the sunscreen, foundation and pressed powder do a better job together than alone.

I have rosacea and am sensitive to alcohol, coffee, sunlight, you name it. Simply trying to use a full coverage foundation wasn't working and using a concealer on the red places looked like war paint.

But this combo works without looking cakey!

Wearing the powder alone or even over a moisturizer? Not as good...

Liquid -Clinique - Even Better Glow Light Reflecting Makeup SPF 15

The Clinique Even Better Glow Light Reflecting Foundation is a decent option for those with normal to slightly dry skin looking for medium coverage foundation. I like that this formula is fragrance free but I do wish they would have upped the amount of SPF protection to the universally recommended amount of 30. But do remember that this SPF protection will not be very effective unless it is applied liberally- and most times foundation is not applied liberally- especially if you use a damp sponge or brush to apply it.

I buy the travel sizes at Sephora because they're cheap so the packaging down score refers to that tube packaging. It isn't that great.
DDMG is pretty good. So far it hasn't caused any irritation or breakouts. I've just finished a small travel sized tube and I'm going to repurchase. Update in one month.

BB Cream -Clinique - Age Defense BB Cream SPF 30

I tried BB creams. This one is more like a tinted moisturizer. Not enough coverage. Save your money for Korean BB creams like Missha or Atomi. I'm not getting paid for this but I have tried different foundations and I always go back to BB creams. I hope I'm helping you save money and time.

Cleansers -Clinique - Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm

This is fantastic at removing all of my make up at night. I double cleanse with this, and everything is gone (sometimes I need to quickly wipe my eyes with a micellar water, but what is left is minimal). You hardly need to use any, so it lasts a long time and it isn't scented so it doesn't irritate my skin. I'm already on my second jar and will purchase again!
