I have never been a fan of the Nars Orgasm Blush as I don't really suit coral blushes, and don't like visible shimmery specks in my blush. However, I still wanted to try the Orgasm Lipstick, as oranges can look good on my lips. I have only one Nars lipstick from before: Dolce Vita, which I bought for those days I had pale lips but wanted a very natural color. Luckily, I didn't need to buy a whole Orgasm Lipstick, as there was one in a Sephora Favourites lip kit I boughtI like Dolce Vita because of the smoothing formula that is easy to apply, and for its moisturizing texture. However, I didn't like Orgasm. It has the same golden specks as the blush has, and they emphasize any texture issues I have on my lips very badly. I'm prone to slightly dry lips, and sometimes I also get slight allergic reactions to food or skin care on my lips. While my lips looked smooth with nothing on, as soon as I applied Orgasm, a lot of tiny flakes showed up on my lips! I can think of two reasons this might happen: 1) the small glitters stick around the edges of the flakes 2) the very slight grittiness of the glitters exfoliate my lips slightly and actually contribute to lifting the flakes. In any case: not flattering. Otherwise, the lipstick is as moisturizing as Dolce Vita... except that it makes my lips look flaky instead of smooth. It has the same, slightly herbal smell and no taste. The color of this lipstick is not flattering on me. I have about NC20-25, neutral olive skin, and the coral color with golden specks just brings the green in my skin tone out, and also somehow make any hyperpigmentation on my face more noticeable - it just generally makes my skin tone look bad. I'm not quite a fan of the amount of shimmer in this either - it's a bit too much for me. Maybe this can look flattering on someone with a different skin tone and no issues with flaky lips, but it's a no-go for me

I love this! Doesn't break me out and feels like nothing's on the skin.I apply it over heliocare spf 50 and people always think I don't have any foundation on! I blend it out with a beauty blender and apply some nars radiant concealer under my eyes and on spots some vichy dermablend.Only downside is it's pricey (I like to buy two shades and apply in different areas) and the nozzle get's a bit gunky and can loose product.

This foundation is comparable to Sheer Glow, so off the bat if you hate Sheer Glow don’t try Radiant Longwear.Radiant Longwear has a thinner consistency than SG, but to me it has a more opaque, satin “beat” finish out the bottle. Not to say that it doesn’t look like skin (it does!) but pump for pump, I find RL to look more perfect somehow than SG.That said, the wear on this like lolwat??? That “beat” look disintergrares over the day. It leads to patchiness that I have to break out the pressed powder on. If I wear oily, I’d cry because it’d look even worse. Thankfully the satiny finish makes it less awful looking compared to when matte finishes break down. For me, it’s not terrible because I do prefer a more ~lived in look but I understand why everyone is angry they called this a Longwear foundation. At the same time, this is the same company that called a creamy, medium coverage foundation “Sheer Glow”. The shade range is bomb. I think some of the Sheer Glow colors look different in Radiant Longwear. I wear Macao in both, but RL’s is a touch lighter and a touch redder than SG’s. It actually fits me much better than my old faithful SG. You may want to get matched in store as a result.Overall, I still really like this foundation’s texture, finish and color. I’m especially not going to give up a product that doesn’t break me out. If they could fix the wear time on this, I’d be totally sold on it.

This used to be my favorite foundation before I tried the Radiant Longwear. I like the texture, coverage and shade selection in this foundation. It feels slightly creamy but not greasy. Finish is natural/dewy and the coverage is about medium. I have dry skin and it applies equally well with a brush or a sponge for me. Love the abundance of yellow tones across the shades; lots of companies seem to think once you’re past “Tan”, your undertone is definitely cinnbar or crimson. It does transfer easily if you don’t set it which can lend to patchiness throughout the day.Overall, this is a solid foundation. The only reason I switched to Radiant Longwear is that RL has slightly more darker shades and I found one that’s a more exact match.

I wish NARS didn’t test on animals but I got this blush before they started selling to China. Anyway, the color is fantastic as a blush/bronzer since it’s a rosy brown. You glow without too much extra effort and won’t look too “done”. It’s also great as an eyeshadow or highlighter on deeper skin tones.Hopefully there’s a dupe out there that’s cruelty-free but I do think I’ll use up this one before worrying about that.

This is still the best blush on this planet! I find it universal and so pretty, cant imagine a skin tone that wouldnt look beautiful in it. The pink shows and so does the warmth just wish it didnt involve shimmer!!!!!

Personally I didn't really like any of these lip products :/They are too drying for my lips unfortunately, also I find they get on my teeth easily or smudge easily. They are super pigmented though.I really like the tarte rainforest of the sea lipsticks or bite beauty amuse bouche lipsticks better.

The hype about this product is very high. It is the perfect consistency: it is sticky and not very firm (to the point that you need to warm up with your hands). But for the region of the eyes (which I longed to use) in me it did not work. It starts coming out after an hour of use and I quickly see the darkness beneath my eyes. BUT it's my HG as a corrector for my dry skin! It's incredible! Cover my pimples and dry patches like no other (and the best: it does so very naturally). I recommend for people who have few fine lines under the eyes and dark circles. 4/5 Just because I can not use it under my eyes, but it's great for my skin. Worth a try.

I confess I'm little bit shocked by the bad reviews about this foundation. I think this foundation is amazing. My skin is extremely dry and sometimes has dry patches. This foundation does not make them or leave my skin drier. I always use it with my hands and this has never exalted my fine lines. I really feel that this fulfills what it promises. Definitely an HG for dry skin. For reference I am Nc / Nw 15 on MAC and use Montblanc and it is a great match! (although it is slightly pink)

I’ll nwver understand this one. Especially as a professional makeup artist.. I just don’t love a super shimmery blush. Oh and absolutely forget it if there is any texture on the cheeks. I now use this as a lid color if I’m doing any king of peachy pinky crease color on anyone...or myself....

One of the first blushes I ever purchased of the best. It is sheer and somewhat buildable, which makes it easy to apply, even as a beginner. The shimmer is subtle and I appreciated it as a highlighter long before the highlighter craze.I now have a TON of blushes and highlighters, high and lower end, but I always end up coming back to this one. I just wish I didn’t find it embarrassing to say the name when I’m talking to my daughter about makeup. ;-)

I decided to try this based on reviews here. I am not a Nars fan in general. I got the smaller size and I really love it for concealing under my eyes. I am late 50's, dryish skin, not very wrinkled, NC15/20 and I got Custard which I thought would be too dark but it's fine. What I love is that this never creases or settles into crinkles. The coverage is not completely opaque, but my dark circles are pretty bad and this is prob a more natural look than a masklike coating. The other thing I love is that I use a variety of primers and fdtns since my HGs keep getting d/c and this is amazing with every single one of them. As foolproof a concealer as I have ever found. Will def repurchase.

I am in the shade ALASKA Light 2. I was looking for something that I can wear on a daily basis that is not full coverage. This tinted moisturizer does the job. The only problem I have is that after a few hours my T Zone gets super oily. I wear glasses so the area where the rim lands on my cheeks gets oily as well. I am going to continue to use it and just powder my T Zone when needed. The price is tad too high but it’s worth it

This was my go-to bronzer for a looooong time. I've since moved on, but it's a great product. Just wish the black Nars packaging wouldn't get so gross.

I have found another winter foundation along with the YSLTouche Eclat foundation. My skin is more dry in winter month and I don't think that this foundation perform well in summer when my skin will be more combination just like the YSL. This foundation well be great for normal to dry skin type. Texture of this is very nice. For long wear it all depend on skin type, for normal to dry skin this foundation will last longer than oily skin type. I bought my in shade Medium 1.5 Vallauris. Nice winter foundation for me.
