I have this in the color 120, which is a translucent red. It was an expensive lipstick I bought because I waned something moisturizing and sheer red. I pretty much hate this, but won't give it a lower rating because the lowest rating is reserved for things that break out my lips on top of being a bad formulation. Why I don't like this: it's emollient (rather silicon-y), but not moisturizing (I live up north), and it deposits color unevenly. It annoys me huuuugely that this never goes on my lips easily - there are always weird splotches of red and bald patches, which means I always have to have a mirror to apply this. Unlike glosses and other lip-balm products I have, this somehow also ends up above my cupid's bow - I don't know why. If I press my lips together a little too hard, this moves into horizontal lines along my lips. I didn't pay a lot of money because I wanted a product that is hard to work with. I might use it up, but I'm not completely sure - I might toss it before that time. Until now, the only reason I've used as much of it as I have has been because it was expensive. Honestly though, the formula feels, wears and applies like what I would expect form a really cheap product. This cost $36 (OMG, that's so expensive! X'G); for that price I HIGHLY recommend buying a Dior Addict Extreme lipstick instead - much better formula!

This is the best mascara I have found for extreme wear, and long intense lashes that hold a curl all day. It truly is bullet-proof. If I curl my eyelashes with my (Shiseido) eyelash curler and then apply this, it almost looks like lash extensions - I've had people ask me if I've "had my eyelashes done" when I use this method. The colour is an intense black too.The bad part is removal - you need a strong oil-based makeup remover to take this off, and you can expect to lose a few eyelashes when you do so. For this reason I don't recommend it for everyday wear, or if you do, use a lighter touch. The price is also a down side, particularly, as with all mascaras, you need to throw it away after three months of use. I'm interested to try the non-waterproof version to see how that fares, and will update this review if I do.

Best eye makeup remover I've ever tried. I've been using it for 15+ years and loving it. I get eyelash extensions now, so I'm looking for an oil free formula to preserve the life of my lashes. But if it weren't for the extensions, I would stick with this. It's expensive, but one bottle lasts me a very long time. The way I use it is by first wetting my eyes so the mascara (I use non waterproof) and eye shadow will come off more easily. Then I run the cotton pads I'm going to use under cold water and press on them to get the excess water out. Then I apply this on top of the wet cotton pads and rub across my lids and voila! My eye makeup comes off like a dream.

I got this product out of a sample lot when I purchase LancĂ´me La Vie Est Belle perfume. I was skeptical at first because I had such bad experience with Lancome Visionnaire, but I'm on my way to my 50's and I was thinking I need rejuvenating products for my skin. Let me tell you...I love it!! It's a little pricey, but it leaves my skin luminous in the morning. I have been using it for over three weeks now. the little sample lasted close to almost three weeks, so a little goes a long way. My skin plumped up, and usually, I would break out whenever I try new products. But Genifique actually remove all the small bumps on my upper lip and the marks left by old whiteheads are slowly healing. Try it!!!

I tried a 7 day sample of Lancome Advanced Genifique Youth Activating Serum. When I try a new product, I don't try anything else during that time period so that I can attribute any changes to the new product. In addition, I also evaluate what happens after I stop using it.The samples come in pre-measured packets - one packet for each day. The large amount of serum in each packet made me think, "I'm supposed to use this much every night?!?" I slathered the whole amount on my face and neck and felt sticky. I felt like I had a mask on all night and itched because of it. If this excessive amount is what Lancome recommends be applied on a nightly basis, they must make a huge profit on this serum from re-orders.I didn't see any changes in my skin until the last day, when I woke up with several pimples (whiteheads) across my face. There was no improvement in my fine lines, wrinkles, skin texture, radiance, etc. I'm nearing 50 years old, so these were the benefits that I was looking for. The only improvement was a couple of days after I finished the using the serum when my faced cleared up.Research regarding the main ingredient (Bifida Ferment Lysate - a type of yeast) is limited and says that it may provide some protection against oxidative damage in the skin. However, there are many other well-researched (and cheaper) ingredients that are proven to effectively combat oxidative damage (like vitamin C). I'm going to spend my money on those other products.

Returning, mostly because it doesn't cover, it's not waterproof and whatever coverage I do get out of it, which is very little, fades after 3 hours on my dry skin.

I would buy again, but with a caveat: would test the shade on my face in daylight. This was an emergency rush purchase and I took the SA's word for it that the shade was a match for my NC 25 skin, in time, I came to see it as slightly peach/orangey on me. Still, the texture is light and the coverage is not bad at all. It has just enough 'dew" to make my skin look refreshed but not oily or shiny. NOt sure how I feel about the pump dispenser, I think at the end you lose a bit of product.

Clumps-ville on my lashes. Don't understand the hype. Formula doesn't work for me, clumps. Brush didn't really separate my lashes, and left me looking like spider legs. Good black pigmentation. Didn't flake. Didn't irrate my sensitive eye ( contact lenses). Always had to use my lash comb with every application. Used for 2 months for I really tried to like it.

I received this as a mini and while it is not the best mascara I have tried, it's pretty good. It does give my sparse lashes volume, although it does have a tendency to clump (I really prefer mascaras which separate my lashes more). What really impresses me about this mascara is its staying power: it doesn't smudge or flake, no matter what. We have had a very hot and humid summer, and this mascara stays put from early in the morning until late at night (yet it removes easily with a water-based makeup remover).

Now I really love the texture and Shimmer and color of these tubes however I'm not too much of a fan of the price but it's worth it makes my lips feel moisturized and I love the fact that it doesn't run and it stays and please it's not long-lasting but it's great so I would buy again however it's my favorite but when I want to splurge a little.

I wanted to love this powder. It is a lovely shade but the coverage was much too sheer for me. Didn't seem to build well either. It's not a bad powder, but for the price it didn't wow me. Worked just as well as drugstore powders that are a fifth of the price. It has a definite smell to it, but that didn't bother me. Didn't help with controlling shine but didn't make it worse either. I will use it until it runs out but I won't be purchasing again. I will continue my hunt for the perfect powder.

I like the volume and length this gives me. What I don’t care for is that it clumps and the price is high. If used with the Lancôme primer, it doesn’t clump as bad but the price of both of them is just too much for me.

I will be honest and confess this was not love at first sniff. However, I didn't want to write LVEB off because so many people talk about the amazing longevity and sillage of this scent (I am sick of paying for scents that don't last or project). So I got a sample of this from Sephora, wore it a few different times, and now I can appreciate its creamy sweetness, the light patchouli, the beautiful florals, and the incredible lasting power! It has really grown on me and I am a fan of this warm and sweet scent. It makes my clothes smell heavenly and lasts on fabric like you wouldn't believe! Lancome knows how to do well-made fragrances. The bottle is lovely too, heavy and expensive looking.

A winner in the realm of toners. I've been using it for years (since Iwas 15 and now I'm 27) and I keep coming back to it. I've used a few others, but this one is a staple.
