Have mild rosacea on cheeks. Not sure if this helps me overall. Many say they see glow but for me- I’m not too sure. Used it once a week for few months

Not seeing much results from this after few months of use. Not sure if it’s worth $15.

Light and sheer coverage for those who don’t want cakey face. Also gives my faces a glow. It won’t cover your obvious flaws like rosacea or scars but good for those who want a light wear on some days.

As other say, it feels a bit grainy and gritty but doesn’t bother me too much. I’m not seeing much results for my face. Maybe it’s no good for those with mild rosacea.

Don’t see any differences after few weeks of use. Don’t have puffy eyes but it didn’t really help fade

Seems too mild for a version of retinol. May be good for those under 30. Retinol works for those over 30. This one is filled with soft mild actives without irritation such as dryness and peeling

Good coverage and right color for my skin tone. No complaints at all.

Straight up, this is great value. I've used several brands of rosehip seed oil ranging from cheapo (this one) to outrageously expensive, but given the price point I doubt I'd stray from this one. In general, I love rosehip seed oil because it helps with healing acne scars and gives my skin an overall brightened appearance, but as with all natural oils, YMMV, so if you're not sure how your skin will react, this product isn't exactly a huge risk. Supposedly rosehip seed oil is rich in Vitamins C and A (retinol, essentially) but I've had no adverse reactions using alongside acids or niacinamide. As far as quality goes, I couldn't be happier. It's dark orange in color and smells faintly herbal/green, which I personally find pleasant but others may not. If it smells strongly of anything genuinely off putting or oil has become brown and/or gloopy, it has gone rancid and you shouldn't use it. I ordered from the Sephora website -- please be sure you're buying from a reliable supplier. Packaging is standard for The Ordinary - product is dispensed via pipette, which is fine, and the glass is tinted to protect the oil from sunlight. Yes to repurchasing, yes to using twice daily. I love this stuff! Don't forget to supplement with proper sun protection.

This seems to be the only thing that keeps my hormonal acne at bay without irritating my skin. I only apply it to the lower half of my face though as I find it dries my skin just a tad. Highly recommend this product and I hope they never discontinue.

Love it. Every morning 4 drops mixed in day moisturiser and that’s it, never had a better skin!

Had high hopes for this after reading reviews online but I'm not seeing much results from this. On application there seems to be a tightening effect on the eye area but there isn't much moisturising qualities in the product, which makes it necessary for me to apply additional eye cream on top of it. I am not seeing any results on my dark circles either, so this product may only work for those who want a slight lifting/ smoothing effect. The pump makes it really hygienic to use, a tiny drop goes a long way.

I depend on this serum to keep my skin clear. As a hormonal acne sufferer, I discovered a while back that niacinamide is kind of a wonder drug for me, especially because my skin has developed a sensitivity to acids. Zinc is also awesome for calming irritation, which I get a lot of, so it's actually a great combo. I use this product every morning under rosehip oil and moisturizer. It helps with inflammation, redness, and acne, all of which are major issues for me.Honestly what makes this product my go to is in part the price, but also the fact that it's silicone and oil free, so everything I put on top of it has a chance to work, too. The formula is really, really basic, so it plays well with a variety of textures -- just don't mix with vitamin C! All in all, I highly recommend this, and if you're still not convinced, for the price it's a worthy gamble.

When I first bought this, I regretted it. I couldn't believe I spent £30 on a whim on a product that sounds a little gimmicky? I bought this in the tan version, since I myself have a medium tanned skin and don't really like that much shimmer in my products. The 12% version would have been too much and too light on me.I intended to use this to mix this in with my primer, thinking it would make my morning routine easier and that it would be good for the days I don't want to wear foundation but still want an even skin tone. However, it turned out to be more messy and a bigger hassle than I thought (to be honest, it's not messy but mixing it on the back of my hand every morning is just too much for my lazy soul lol). I was looking for something to even out my skin tone and smooth it out basically.I couldn't figure out how to make this work at first, mixing it into my primer and foundation didn't do anything. In fact, mixing it into my foundation made it worse; it made it look thicker and a little cakey and it clung to my pores. But since I spent so much on this ridiculous bottle, I kept trying. Now I've figured it out! On my skin, it works best if applied directly onto the skin AFTER foundation or primer like a liquid highlighter. I love almost invisible liquid highlighters that give the skin a glow and not a shimmer, and this is exactly what this fluid does. It looks like an inner glow that comes from my own skin, not some glitter that I've put on my face to catch the light (I mean I love those highlighters too, but not to use all the time). It also airbrushes the skin and makes it look so unbelievably smooth. Also, because it's looks like an inner glow, it doesn't make my oily skin look even more oily. This really is a versatile product, looking at how different people use it from the other reviews, so if you've tried it in one way and it doesn't work, try again! It seems to work differently on different people. This product really is great, but it was also a luxury purchase. Not sure if I would buy it again, but in the mean time, I will enjoy using every single drop of this product now that I've figured it out.

I already knew niacinamide worked well for me so I won't touch on that aspect much (helps redness, smaller pores). I was using the Paula's Choice booster. In comparison, this is much stickier and thicker. I thought I wouldn't like the consistency but it sinks in quickly and I put makeup on over it fine in the mornings. I use this morning and night and I use it closest to my skin in my routine. I swipe the dropped across my forehead, each cheek, nose, and chin. I also appreciate the added zinc so I don't have to get that from another product.
