I have REALLY sensitive and dry skin so I've got to be really careful with products I buy. Unlike makeup, where I know the best brands and products, I'm quite new to the skincare 'trend'. I'm always drawn to products that make my face more moisturised, and dewy though, so I was really pleased to find this at my local Tk Maxx for a really cheap price! It's not a miracle worker, and that's reflective of the price. I wouldn't recommend using it on its own but it's great alongside other products. I use it after I cleanse (Milk charcoal cleanser and a cleansing brush with cold water!). A little goes a long way, which I love, and it leaves my face feeling really soft. I follow it up with my favourite Smashbox oil primer. I have really really sensitive skin, and this doesn't flare me up at all. A great product to add to your skincare routine!

Another product that doesn’t work well for people with oily skin. In reality, not many work for me and this is not an exception. So what do we do? The answer is not a primer because it would be oxymoron to wear a primer and then a moisturizer. If you are trying to keep your skin maintained using a moisturizer, you are blocking it by using a primer first. So the solution is powder. I prefer mineral powder. The combination works very well and makes my skin look flawless. The reason I gave a high rating to this product is because for $3.50, you are getting a quality product. So it doesn’t work by itself but it does team play with a powder and keep the skin in a great condition.

I was on the fence about this palette when I first purchased it, having bought into the hype I kept seeing online. At first, I wasn't too thrilled with the level of glitter in the shimmery shades, as I'd become accustomed to the intensity of the Colourpop Kathleen Lights Dream St. palette. But I did fall in love with the mattes immediately. After getting over my initial attitude about the shimmers and deciding not to compare apples to oranges, I decided that I really do love this palette. Each shade offers something gorgeous:The first shade in this 10-pan palette is a light gold shimmer. I won't call it champagne, as it's more yellow-toned than that. It's an amazing highlight for the inner corner or browbone. The next shade is a pale rose gold. It's more of a gold shimmer densely suspended in a pink base. I find it to be very flattering, and a rather unique shade. I enjoy this on minimal makeup days.Next is a pinkish mauve shade that works perfectly as a transition shade for more berry- or rose-toned looks. I love this in the crease as well, with the aforementioned rose gold on my minimal days.Next is a matte, warm light brown shade. Another great transition shade that works perfectly with the warmer tones in this palette. The next shade is a gorgeous deep bronze with an almost greenish undertone to it. It's unique in that it doesn't get muddy at all, like may deeper bronze shades can. I love how this makes my light brown eyes really pop!The next shade is one of my favorites. It's a true gold. It's not too yellow, not too cool. It's absolutely perfect. I've used this shade more than any other shade in this palette so far! Then comes the coppery orange shade. The shimmer in this is actually pretty substantial! I haven't used it too much, as I do prefer the coppery shade in the KL Dream St. palette, but this is definitely a great shade if you don't already have a dupe. The shimmering cool berry red next to that is another stunner. Very shimmery and pulls almost to a deep pink depending on the other colors you pair it with. The last two shades are mattes - one light reddened brown, and one darker brown with almost purple undertones. I loooooove these for when I'm playing around with matte, sort of grungy looks. All the shades in this palette blend like a dream, which has been consistent with e.l.f. palettes ever since the Mad for Matte 2 was released. Actually, MFM2 and RGS are an amazing pairing as well! Between the two, the options are endless! As with all e.l.f. palettes, I love the simple, minimalist packaging. The mirror is substantial enough to be able to do more detailed work, but these babies are also small enough to make them perfect for travel. Sturdy, sleek, and wonderful. Nothing about it feels "drugstore".At $10, you really cannot beat these palettes. They are such a great value for money, and e.l.f. really stayed true to itself with this palette, having remained consistent in quality and shade selection. Definitely will repurchase!

This palette is okay.I like the lighter to midtone shades to use as transitions/crease colors, paired with other eyeshadows I own. These first 6 or so colors aren’t crazy pigmented by any means but they’re buildable and blend very easily. It’s a good array of warm and a couple of cool neutrals. The dark colors though I find somewhat patchy, not very pigmented, and hard to work with.If I use this palette on its own to create a look, I find that the colors kind of just all blend together with no discernible tone difference. I guess since the shades are more gently pigmented, there’s not enough to differentiate them when they’re all used together. I would kind of just get a very neutral and similar look every time. Which is why I simply use it as a complimentary palette now rather than a standalone. Most of the shades are pretty nice though and the packaging is amazing. Sleek and sturdy, not to mention the fact that the mirror is amazing. It’s definitely easy to store, so Imma just keep it.

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews on this powder! Yes, it has some shimmer, but on the face, it's not super noticeable, rather, it gives a glowy, airbrushed look that I adore! And this is coming from someone whose face tries to recreate the Exxon Valdez disaster on a daily basis!I use this to set under my eyes, and if I'm wearing foundation or BB cream, my whole face. I really love how it blurs pores and fine lines, and doesn't appear cakey. It keeps shine at bay pretty effectively, but isn't totally matte, so it looks very natural. No breakouts are caused by this powder, and I've been using this for years on my acne-prone skin.I haven't noticed any flashback in photos, but I don't generally end up in photos with a face-on flash (which is where one might find a problem with a powder like this). The old packaging was a bit better in that it wasn't messy, but it was bulky. The new packaging is much more streamlined, but if you remove the film over the holes, it'll be a mess. I've learned that taking something sharp to pierce one or two holes in the film is enough to dispense the product without having it explode everywhere. I do, however, like the puff that comes with it. It's $6, which really is a great price considering the quality. The value for money with this product is astounding.I'll definitely continue to repurchase as long as e.l.f. still makes this awesome powder!

I love this. I saw it at a local store, didn't buy it, spent all night thinking about it, so went back and got it the next day. I got the last one!Mine is in light brown, and it's plenty dark enough. I have longish, dark eyebrow hairs that have some patches from scars. I don't like a really intense or dark eyebrow, and this is great. You only need the very teeny-tiniest amount on your brush (I use a wee precision eyeliner brush), so I'm pretty sure this one pot will last years. The lid on mine doesn't close straight, which annoys me aesthetically, but it still seems pretty sealed, so it's not a huge thing. The pot itself is perfect. Robust, with plenty of product, easy to open. Also, e.l.f is cruelty-free, which is fantastic.

This brush is not soft. I must have a different product from some of the other reviewers, because this is quite prickly. That said it does work to apply concealer, washes well, and hasn't fallen apart after a year. Because of the softer brushes available at the drugstore, this is below average, so I gave it 2 stars.

I grabbed this in shade Buff which is the second shade, and I'm NC15/20. I thought it would be too dark but it's BB cream so it's more sheer and not as noticable on the skin but it ended up being a great shade match. However, I merely tested it on my skin before getting ready for bed and the SPF smell is insane. I can still smell it, even though I washed my skin and face. It's very very SPF smelling. Enough that I don't think I want to use it, or will save it for some other time. The finish was dewy, applied well with my sponge and took all my redness away, but once it sat, it started to gather in the lines around my nose etc.. And started to give a powdery/dry/cakey look. Really weird since it looks dewy from afar. ETA - tested this for a few hours on a break from work - the SMELL. I smell like a kid going swimming at a pool. So much SPF smell. It also comes off VERY easily. I blotted - and so much color came off my face. Other than the color being a good match and it does leave your skin soft once you remove it --will probably donate because the smell is insane. Also comes in a squeeze tube and is .9 oz. Going to try NYX BB cream instead.

Great foundation for the price (seriously- I like this better than many prestige brands I have tried). I have fair skin, and often lighter shades will still look too orange on me. Not the case with this foundation. The only reason I gave it a 4 versus a 5 is because it is not as full-coverage as I would prefer it to be. That being said, I can achieved my desired results by building it up a little in certain areas of my face. It seems to last as well as any other foundation and will get me through a day at work or evening out. I think it is really unrealistic to expect any makeup to last for more than 8 hours. No problems washing it off. I use a gentle, soap free cleanser and it comes right off. No issues with irritation or break outs. It has a light sent, but it does not bother me. In fact, I am so not bothered by it I honestly can't remember what it smells like, other than there is a light smell. This is my go to foundation and I have repurchased it many times.

I have sensitive, dehydration/acne-prone skin that can get clogged easily. I'm also very pale, so I will say the light/fair shade was good. This looked gorgeous after the first application and totally blurred any texture on my face. I came back to look in the mirror about 3-4 hours later and it looked a bit cakey. Some small bumps on my forehead also stood out. I blotted, reapplied, and it still had a cakey look at that point. I prefer something that looks lighter after touch ups during the day. *Note: I lightly reapplied with a good powder brush, so it was something in the formula.

I have this in the shade Natural and I. Love. This. Color. At first I thought it was just a cool-toned beige, but once I put it on, it morphed into a mauvey nude, almost verging on a true mauve (grayish light purple). It’s a gorgeous color, looks so sophisticated, and ironically I find it’s more comfortable to wear than e.l.f.’s moisturizing lipstick if I put a balm underneath it. The color is buildable and pretty opaque after a few swipes. I also like the slim packaging and the option of using it as a lip liner, thanks to the sharpener hidden in the bottom. And of course, the price can’t be beat.

This product is everything but mattifying, has good coverage but is not easily spreadable, feels heavy on skin and looks so oily it's gross. It clogged my pores and my sister's too. Acne prone skinned girls beware. Packaging is nice though.

I love cream blushes so I purchased the peach and rose versions. I wore the rose color today and I was shocked at how oily the blush felt in the container when I touched it. It was SLICK, like oil slick on my fingers. It spread evenly on my cheeks and dried down/rubbed in quickly. I set it with translucent powder and it’s lasted all day. I would be shocked if this dried out but I’ll watch for that since the first reviewer had issues. I’m rating this five stars because of color pay off, even spread, lasting power, container, and price.

For a $3 lipstick, this stuff is pretty good, but not the best. I got Pink Minx and was surprised at how much I liked the color on me, considering I have cool-toned skin and this shade is more of a warm, yellow-toned pink. It feels a bit dry when applying — the stick is stiff, almost like the lip exfoliators — but I found it doesn’t transfer much and looks fairly matte while moisturizing nicely. I don’t think I’d repurchase, though, because I’m not a fan of the glitter in the formula and it does go on somewhat patchy.
