Treatments (Eye) -Clinique - All About Eyes Rich

It's a good product, it absorbs well into dry skin without making it puffy, but applying twice a day daily I went through it quickly and it's not cheap. I'm 57 and don't have a lot of lines yet, but the skin around my eyes is starting to lose elasticity. This product didn't do much for that, and there are cheaper alternatives for moisture.

Liquid -Clinique - Even Better Makeup SPF 15

This is a light to medium coverage foundation. If you have blemishes that you want to cover, chose something else.If you have skin that lacks freshness with uneven tones and pores(like me)give this a try!It makes the skin look really fresh and shimmering without being dewy(I avoid dewy foundations cause they make my skin look like it is oily), you feel it very light and it gives a very natural result, but definitely so good that you can use it even for a night out make up.The duration is so so, it started melted on my face after 4 hours(but I didn't use primer or powder). What is impressive is that my blush and highlighter looked so much better on it, than on my previous foundation which was Matt and heavy.I would try other similar products but this doesn't mean I wouldn't buy it again.

Sunscreen -Clinique - Sheer City Block SPF 25

When I first used this product, I loved it. It's a tinted mineral sunscreen that is hydrating and easy to blend. Unfortunately, it contains silicones, which make me break out. After a few days of using this, I had tiny white bumps all over my forehead. If you're not sensitive to silicones, you might want to give this a try. It's a good product. It's just not for me.

Eyeliner -Clinique - quickliner in slate

on 10/7/2017 5:34:00 PM

Clinique Quickliner in Slate is perfect for me. I have gray-green eyes and the bluish gray shade really makes them pop. I also love the formula. It goes on creamy and has a blender on the end to give a very soft smudgy look. Once it sets, it doesn't smear. The effect is a very soft gently defined eye. If you have dark skin or want an intense look, you won't like this product. However, those who want a subtle look, and have light skin and light eyes, will better appreciate this eyeliner. HG!

Scrubs -Clinique - 7 Day Scrub Cream Rinse Off Formula

foto

I just bought this and I really love it. Normally I can't use scrubs, because I find them irritating, but this one is different. Unlike the old 7-Day Scrub, the Cream Rinse Off Formula is easy to wash off and is very emollient and gentle. I use it once a week, and it leaves me silky smooth with no irritation. This is easily the best scrub I've ever used. FYI: This has been recently reformulated removing the parabens and replacing the environmentally damaging plastic beads with silica.

Moisturizers -Clinique - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel

I love the Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+, but I didn't care for the gel. It has silicone in it, which always makes me break out. The texture is nice and light. It doesn't contain fragrance, and per ounce it's very affordable. If your oily to combination, without any sensitivity to silicones, you will probably love this. I, however, prefer the DDML+, which doesn't have silicones and is more hydrating than the gel version.

Moisturizers -Clinique - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+

I used and loved the original DDML. So, I was a little reluctant to buy the plus version, but I'm happy I did. DDML+ leaves the skin soft and dewy. It's light, hydrating and easy to blend into the skin. Although a full size bottle is $27.00 dollars, you get 4.2 ounces of product. This works out to less than $7.00 dollars an ounce, which is very affordable compared to other high end skincare, which can cost $30.00 dollars or more an ounce. You also need very little product to moisturize you face. One pump is all I need for my entire face.

What I love most about the DDML+ is that it has no silicones in it. Silicones make me breakout, and almost every other moisturizer I've tried has them. Watch out for the DDMG and DDMC, both of these contain silicones. This moisturizer is also fragrance free and has anti-irritants, which is perfect for my sensitive skin. DDML+ might not be the most high-tech moisturizer out there, but I actually like that in a moisturizer. I find moisturizers with too much going on irritate my skin. This one is perfect. It moisturizes with no irritation or breakouts and plumps up fine lines. It's also safe to use under the eyes. HG Moisturizer.

Blush -Clinique - Chubby Sticks

I have this blush in Roly Poly Rosy. The color is a beautiful rosy pink. This formula leaves a natural dewy finish that I prefer. It's easy to use and never needs sharpening. I just draw some onto the apples of my cheeks and blend. The results are worth the extra money this blush costs. Highly recommend.

Mascara -Clinique - Naturally Glossy Mascara

on 10/7/2017 4:28:00 PM

Normally I wear waterproof mascara, but it's so hard to remove. I found I was losing eyelashes. Naturally Glossy Mascara is an excellent replacement. It's not waterproof, but it doesn't run either. I love the brush and formula, because it looks so natural with absolutely no clumping. I bought the brown version and it creates a subtle defined look I'm looing for in a mascara. HG mascara.

Mascara -Clinique - High Impact Lash Elevating Mascara

I've purchased a few loser mascaras recently, and wasted a lot of money. I've been trying to use them up as best as I can, but I can't stand wearing mascara that looks bad on me. I decided to cave and buy something that looks good, and I expected to pay quite a bit more. I got lucky - this is BEYOND what I'd hoped for, and it's reasonably priced. This gives me that amazing look of Armani or YSL Mascara. It makes people stop and comment about my eyelashes. This is the PERFECT mascara. It makes my lashes long, dark, curly, and fluttery. It stays put all day. I use cleansing oil, and I have no problem removing it. Highly recommend! I have a bunch of useless mascaras to toss in the recycle bin. It's not worth trying to make them work when I have this gorgeous stuff. This is extremely tenacious, and it will NOT come off with regular face cleansers. I need either standard Cold Cream and/or my DHC Cleansing Oil to remove it. It's not hard to remove at all, with the right product, but be prepared for needing an eye makeup remover if you you try this one.

Highlighters -Clinique - Chubby Stick Sculpting Highlight in Hefty Highlight

on 10/5/2017 3:47:00 PM

foto

In all honesty, I had no intention of ever using a highlighter. I don't care for that obvious shimmer across the cheek that I've seen on this Sephora SA's. But after seeing this on on another lady I just had to get one for myself. I just apply a two inch strip across the cheekbone then tap it in using my finger. It leaves a very subtle highlight that is not obvious. I have strong yellow undertones and it looks natural on me. I actually use it both day and night since it's so subtle and I love the lift and glow it give my face! I really happy that I decided to try this chubby stick!

I usually have dry skin around my eyes especially after cleansing my face. I use this at night before going to bed and it works great as it moisturises the skin around my eye. What I like about it as well is I feel that it really gets rid of the puffy eyes!!! I really have zero puffy eyes when I wake up after using this. I do have extremely dark circles which I think is too severe for this product to save. But overall it is great for puffiness and moisture I'd say! Didn't expect myself to like it that much as I was only looking for an eye cream to moisturise the skin around my eyes.

Cleansers -Clinique - Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm

on 10/5/2017 8:52:00 AM

foto

Takes off all my make up, including eye make up. My skin is soft afterwards but not oily. I used this when I wear the most make up, not the lighter days. I have many different make up removing soaps but this is in rotation for sure. It is expensive and I wonder if there is something cheaper that would be very similar but I don't regret buying it. I also am not crazy about dipping my hands into the jar but wash them beforehand, and dip fingers in only once!!!!

I love this moisturizer. BIG DIFFERENCE from the other yellow moisturizer from Clinique. It is light weight and doesn't contribute to break out. My oily skin feels hydrated and comfortable all day.

Moisturizers -Clinique - Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief

on 9/30/2017 10:01:00 PM

Not moisturizing/hydrating at all. This product actually makes me skin feel even more dry than before. I don’t think my skin is especially dry, it’s more on the normal-oily side most of the time but this moisturizer makes my skin feel dry and flaky. Maybe this product is more suited to very oily skin because it was very light and non greasy. It almost felt like applying just water to my face. It didn’t give me any long lasting hydration, I actually had to put a more heavy duty moisturizer on top of this one to give my skin any actual moisture. I will not be repurchasing and I would not recommend this product if you have dry skin.
