Wow, I love Chanel fragrances and I'm surprised by the other reviews. That said, everyone seems to like Chance and Coco Mdme and I find THOSE to be boring and uninspired. Coco is my forever scent ... second would be Coromandel and down the line with Allure, No. 5, No. 22, Boy, and Cristalle. Anyhow, I love Gabrielle. I've had it since release so waited this long to review. This does last on my skin, unlike many fragrances. As I tend towards orientals, this is my favorite all-out feminine scent. The bottle is gorgeous (though I don't buy based on packaging!). Somehow I feel this one came out the gate with people not wanting to like it.... if you like Chanel fragrances, give this a try... get a sample... I still have the tester card from pre-launch in my purse and it still smells divine. It's still too early to say but I actually think this one will land as my #2 fave Chanel fragrance just after Coco. It's that good.

The packaging for this looks lovely on my vanity and stores a heap of product. The powder is soft, finely milled and gives a soft matte finish. This is one of the only loose powders that doesn't drain all the moisture from my skin leaving me cakey looking. I love using this to set my undereye concealer with a real techniques sponge. Unfortunately, the mattifying effect only lasts me the morning before the oil before seeps through. But I am very oily! I wish it would keep me matte longer but it is the best I've tried so far as I love the finish and as mentioned, doesn't leave me dry and cakey.

I've been wearing this blush for over two years and it is my favorite out of all the blushes I've ever owned. It just has something I can't quite describe. It somehow makes me look radiant, awake, glowy and polished but doesn't sink into my problematic cheek pores. It's better than my beloved Tarte Cargo, better than Nars Orgasm...really remarkable.

Initially when I heard Chanel was finally releasing a new pillar fragrance, I was excited. At first I found it to be fairly linear and pretty. Now that I have had time to spend with the fragrance, I really just find it to be kind of dull and boring. I'm not sure what I was hoping for, but this is a fairly basic floral scent. If you like floral scents, you may love this. For me, it doesn't seem very exciting and isn't long lasting. I guess we will wait for the inevitable flankers and see if that reveals anything more interesting than this.

Disappointed! This new scent doesn’t last long and I expect that quality from Chanel. This fragrance couldn’t passed the “test”; someone needs to be fired cause their nose not working right. As a loyal customer I am peeved!! Save your money my fellow “Beauty Beads”. Chanel did us so wrong.

I tried this because I love the ease of BB and CC creams--they're one step. I have two other Chanel foundations(new to my collection that I love) so I thought this would be a homerun. I bought no 20 since I am that color in the foundations but it is a little light. It does oxidize some with wear. It covers way more that the Chanel foundations, both offer sheer to medium coverage, and this gives light to medium coverage because it has zinc oxide, titanium dioxide and octinoxinate as the sunscreen. It adds a luminous look. All good but here's the weird thing. After about 3 hours I checked my face to see how it was wearing and I had white streaks on my face: on my chin, forehead, down my cheeks. I had not worked out or walked in the rain. I had been watching TV. Nothing strenuous. I had used my fingers to apply. I don't know if this was an aberration but I will try again before I give up on it.

Hands down the worst powder foundation I've ever used. Worse than the typical drugstore brands. the foundation itself is compressed so densely into the pan that it is impossible to pick anything up with a brush, with a sponge you can get a tiny bit of product each time, but the surface gets caked and gross if you use a sponge on it. So basically the whole thing is useless after three uses. And as for the performance on the skin, nothing. It doesn't do anything to your skin. No coverage, no mattening, no highlighting. Such a waste of money and another disappointing foundation product from Chanel.

La Raffinée (translation from French: the refined one) is a beautiful medium-deep muted berry with rose and mauve undertones. It is matte but is doesn`t dry out my lips the way that some other matte lipsticks tend to do (before I apply any lipstick, matte or not, I always apply lip balm generously and then blot away the excess). It`s expensive but the packing is luxurious - but those are both things you`d expect from Chanel, right?

Ugh, the fragrance! It is obnoxious! I had it on for 30 minutes or so and finally had to cleanse it off it was so overpowering! Eek. No way. $200? No. It even stung my eyes and I didn't get it in my eyes, but just being close by it was just too much I guess. I'm not even typically really sensitive.

I was on the lookout for a light foundation that would not make my 36 year old skin look 36. This has the most beautiful finish that is glowy but not shiny. My combo skin will get shiny though if I use primer and moisturizer with it. The perfect skin effect will only last a couple hours that way. When I just put a little vitamin c Serum on before the foundation I have no issues with it lasting. The shades run light. I am like an NW 25 and I wear the second to darkest shade 40.

I do love this fragrance... like everyone else, right? lol It's one of the better mainstream designer fragrances available. It's so likeable and universally pleasing its almost magical. I mean, everyone and their mother loves this stuff! A simple, elegant citrus, patchouli, floral with a nice soft powder lingering softly beneath it all to smooth out any sharp edges. Long lasting. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because I smell it on every other person that walks by me on the street. So unfortunately I can't call it a favorite. However, I do wear and enjoy it on occasion!

Boooooorrrring. Horrible disappointment. Chanel should be absolutely ashamed. When customers go to Chanel, we are expecting the unsurpassed quality, classy, elite, supremely blended fragrance that justifies paying the big bucks. This is NOT that... it's not... Chanel. It's a mundane, generic, fragrance lacking personality and completely devoid of any silage or longevity whatsoever. I know that Chanel's longtime head perfumer Jacques Polque recently stepped down and Chanel hired his Son Oliver Polgue to take his place... Oliver, buddy, I get that you had big shoes to fill but c'mon... this is just not luxury brand material. In my honest to goodness assessment this isn't even Celebrity fragrance worthy because while it does smell like something Jessica Simpson might put out, it doesn't even have silage or longevity on par with her stuff! It's gone in under a hour and got that hour you'll smell like shampoo. Plain and simple.Get it together, Chanel.

I agree with all users above who gave this product low rating. It also gave me some sort of allergy that made my eyes feel droopy and heavy. I did notKnow what has caused it until I switched to other non-Chanel mascara. The reaction is no longer there. Who would think? I am a big fan of Chanel products but no more Chanel mascara for me.

Saw this at Dillard's and the employee suggested I use it as a primer before applying makeup. I left with a sample considering the price. But both days I used the Blue Serum, my skin was so dewy with glow, people were complementing my complexion! Will definitely be purchasing because this serum lives up to its hype! 👌🏽

I'm in love with this lipstick! I'm a big fan of the Rouge Coco Shine lipsticks because they are lightweight, very moisturizing and come in a wide range of very flattering colors. No, they don't last as long as many other lipsticks, but then I don't expect them to: longer lasting lipsticks tend to be drying (especially if they're highly pigmented, such as reds) and I don't like the stain they leave behind. Boy is a light, warm nude with hints of pink, like my natural lip color but better. Much, much better. It's very shiny and glossy, which I love. Because it looks so natural, I'll wear it either on days when I don't want to look as though I'm wearing makeup (although of course I am) or as a counterpoint to smoky eyes.
