This is a beautiful subtle bronze glowing eye shadow. The colors are perfect for spring and summer. The colors are not highly pigmented but the color is very buildable. I tried applying this with a normal eye shadow brush but that tended to leave some fallout. Try applying this with the cheap standard sponge eye shadow applicator and this will better allow you to pack on the colors.

Ok light coverage foundation. Not long wearing and a complete rip off pricewise. I obsolutely hate the cushion, the whole thing is a gimmick. The quantity for the price is ridiculous. It's not space saving as it's actually big and heavy. It's nothing like double wear, it should have a different name. I wasn't expecting it to be the same fortunately. I just hoped for a solid lighter foundation. That aside, as a standalone foundation it isn't up to much. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

As far as staying power and oil control, this is NOTHING like the original double wear or the double wear light. This lasted maybe 3 hours on my skin with a primer and setting powder! Maybe if you have poreless, perfect skin this would work for you, but for me this settled into every pore on my face. I could not wait to wash this off my face when I got home. Immediately returned for the original.

It's a shame MakeupAlley didn't add a separate listing for products from the Estee Edit line but that's probably a moot point now, since it looks like the entire line is being phased out. I picked up this product pretty much because it was on sale at Sephora and had some pretty good reviews there. I'm so glad I got it. It's packaged in a great pump bottle that dispenses just the right amount but you can also pump out less - the pump is easy to use that way. The product itself is a combination of serum and primer and it is very nice indeed. It really does hydrate nicely without being greasy and it imparts a very flattering finish that is dewy but also neither greasy nor glittery. As a primer, it works beautifully - foundation applies nicely on top but, to be honest, I am quite happy using this on its own, with only a facial sunscreen and no foundation or CC cream at all. In Canada, this originally retailed for $65, which seemed a bit steep for a "side-line" that seems aimed more at a younger market that might want a more budget-friendly option but the sale price seems more palatable! I might just pick up a back up of this since these will soon be a distant memory. Update (November 30, 2017) - For those of you lucky enough to have picked this up before it was discontinued, I've just discovered that putting some of this under my eyes when I apply it to my face really helps my under-eye concealers apply more smoothly. I find I get noticeably nicer, more even results and a more natural finish if I apply a small bit of this first. If you've got this product, do give it a try.

Because I've liked several of the "sleeping masks" I've tried (Laneige, Shiseido and Sephora), I was happy to get a Points Perk of this. What a let-down. I'm glad the previous reviewers has good results with this but I found it did nothing. I was expecting hydration and got none - no matter how much I applied, my skin felt parched. I was hoping I'd wake up with my skin looking refreshed and sort of plumped but I just looked grey and dehydrated. I was glad I hadn't spent my own money on the full size. If this had been my first experience with sleeping masks, I probably would have given up on the whole format and not tried any more of them. Maybe I shouldn't be surprised - I did try the Clinique Moisture Surge sleeping mask (same parent company) and I was disappointed in that too.

I used to wear double wear years ago before they changed my colour (shell beige) and the formula. I decided to try it out again, I got a sample in the colour Buff. I used a blending brush to apply, easy to blend apart from on my nose, which I always find difficult, I think due to oily skin. Colour began to oxidise which meant it ended up being to dark. Should also mention, which is my fault, I decided to go with that colour because I thought it would go with my tan best, and as I don't put tan on my face felt there was no point colour matching my face as I am very pale. It felt like I had ALOT of make up on, and I usually like a medium- full coverage but this felt to much. I also noticed dots appearing on my nose, which is usually because of the oil coming through. I was gutted this foundation didn't work out for me as I know how much I loved it before. I know lots of people who love this foundation so I wouldn't want to put someone off trying it as I'm sure it would be perfect for someone else!

Absolutely hated it! I had such high hopes for it because I thought it would be a lighter, summery version of the original. It claims to wear for at least 16 hours, but it barely even lasted a few. It's nothing like the original: easily transfers, got me super oily after an hour and went on very patchy for such a light and watery consistency. The coverage is light, so it's definitely for someone with a perfect and even skin tone. Wasn't able to find it in Canada yet so I had to drive down to the States to pick it up..sucks that I can't even return it now.

My all time HG! Still haven't found anything that works or wears better that this stuff. I recently gave the new version - Double wear nude water fresh one a try. Don't be fooled, it does not wear anything at all like the original. And it's definitely not for us oily skinned girls. So back to the original I go. The packaging of course could be a bit better if they added a pump, but I got myself one from mac that fits like a glove.

It's 2017.... if I am dropping this much $$ on a foundation, give me a pump!I honestly don't get this hype over this foundation. Granted, I am not usually a liquid foundation girl, but it's decent. I hate the packaging! I have read that people compare this to Revlon ColorStay - just no. This is far better. I loathed ColorStay when I tried it. Your cheaper dupe has a beautiful pump, though..... just saying! The two main things I do love about this foundation is the color range and staying power. This stuff will last all day if it's set right. The formula, in my opinion, is harder to work with. It tends to want to dry as I try to blend. It also has pretty decent coverage. (medium for me). For us with more yellow (NOT PINK) tones, this is a dream! It is almost impossible to find a decent foundation of any type that has TRUE yellow undertones, and this does! I would buy this over a drugstore foundation for that very reason, but I think it's way too overpriced for what it isI also can't use this long term. I have been using this for about 2 months, and my skin hates me right now! I have hormonal acne, but this foundation has left my skin so congested. Will save for special occasions. I stole one the pumps from my Almay foundation, and it fit perfectly. I shouldn't have had to come to such drastic measures though!

First of all, this product has sparkles in it. I tried a drop on my forearm, and when I went out in the sun I could see the dozens of tiny sparkles. Next, it is expensive. Luckily I was able to get a generous sample so tried it a few days in a row. I would describe the coverage as "light" almost like a tinted moisturizer. I got a decent color match, it seems, in the lightest neutral shade. Once applied, it didn't do anything to blur fine line or pores as advertised. Separated on my nose almost immediately, and within a few hours looked like a greasy, shiny mess. I'm 48 and have fairly dry skin. Admittedly it's summer and quite hot, but I hadn't been out in the direct sun or sweating much. And did I mention it has SPARKLES in it?

I kind of avoided this foundation for a while for 2 reasons - 1: the person who recommended it to me had a face caked up in orange and I didn't want my makeup to look like that ... basically I was afraid it would oxidise on my skin. 2: it's for oily skin (mine is only slightly oily) and I've heard it promises a very matte powdery finish which I hate the look of. I prefer my skin to look a bit dewy and natural. Finally I went and got a sample and the first thing I'll say is I got matched absolutely perfectly which is rare for me. I took it home and tried it out, and the finish was a nice satin finish, which was slightly dewy with a finishing spray and very natural when used sparingly. It lasted for the rest of the day and I wore it to work the next day, where it lasted all day again, from 8am to 8pm when I took my makeup off, with no deterioration. You can sheer it out to almost nothing, but the coverage is great if you need it. The only con, as everyone says, is the packaging. This is a high end foundation and should have a pump, but it doesn't. Honestly I don't know how they get away with it, especially since a pump only costs a few dollars more. If anyone knows if it's possible to buy a high quality pump which fits the thread on the opening of the bottle let me know?So yeah a really good comfortable long wearing foundation with great neutral shades, absolutely worth the money. Just make sure you don't keep the lid off the bottle for too long.

This product helps my skin become soft overnight. It doesn't fix all of my problems but it really does brighten up my skin! It last a pretty moderate amount of time and I get the smaller size. I have repurchased this product quite a few times and would recommend to most everybody
