I'm into mists for adding additional layers of moisture and all the worthwhile anti-oxidants I can apply topically. So, this product counts for both - very moisturizing and according to various sources I've found that seem fairly credible on the web, a really important anti-oxidant. In my AM routine. I spritz this on either before or after Vit C, allowing the product before to set or dry before moving to the next step in my routine. My skin is nicely moisturized and glowing after use.

This is a very nice foundation. The finish always looks gorgeous. Very natural, medium coverage but it is buildable. This doesn't have a scent like some other high end foundations. Doesn't irritate my skin or cause breakouts. Will repurchase.

This concealer is okay, not the best but not the absolute worst either. The coverage is medium, not as full coverage as I expected. This lasts quite well on non-oily areas, but on my nose this doesn't seem to last very long, maybe 4+ hours (w/ powder). Has quite a strong, chemical smell. Very affordable but wouldn't repurchase.

Notes (from Fragrantica): Mandarin orange, artemisia, osmanthus, rose, jasmine, tonka, patchouli, benzoin, incense.Mmmm....I can see the similarities that are being made with Coco parfum...this is a wonderful patchouli/benzoin/tonka/incense heavy delight but made fresher with the osmanthus and orange. It goes through a slight period of dry masculinity but softens fairly quickly into something smooth and smoky and warm. Lasts several hours and the bottle is gorgeous. Definitely a keeper. A little goes a long way, as well---but even though it's a summer day I don't find this cloying at all.

This palette has some really nice matte shades. They blend easily, are nicely pigmented and feel soft. Some of the darker shades might apply a bit more patchy, but they can be used as liners and for that they are great. The packaging is very pretty. A nice, easy to use palette for everyday simple, natural looks.

Really astringent hairspray...something burning my nose, and tart fruits & florals. Thank God I only sprayed one spray. This has a burning hairspray accord that would just not go away, very bitter. After that, just boring. (This is for the EDT, which match the notes of the reviewer below, as well)

During my Accutane phase I used to look forward to using this every night, followed by a layer of the Water Sleeping Mask, also by Laneige. This contains some good ingredients, aswell as some that are nothing to boast about. Its effects however were more than worth it imo. I never had to use too much of this, which meant it lasted for quite a while. I would gently apply to my face, especially concentrating on drier areas such as cheeks and around mouth area. After about a minute I would follow with the Water Sleeping Mask which would seal in the moisture. I would wake up in the morning to skin that was more dewy, softer and supple. Granted the products could not completely saturate my skin with moisture (as the meds were doing their job to stop my sebaceous glands from doing theirs!) but it helped immensely, only faltering when the weather turned colder and I had to step up to something richer. Since getting pregnant I have been getting horrible hormonal acne and wanted foundation that did not make my breakouts worst. I started wearing this makeup and it works great, I apply rosehip oil before to moisturize my skin and it feels so smooth, the coverage is buildable which is nice. So far it has been working for me the only thing is the color comes on little yellow so I might need to order different shade next time!

The first time I used this product my husband told me it was the best color he had ever seen me use. He said it looked really natural. One day we were discussing hair dying at work and I mentioned something about this product when my male boss exclaimed that he never realized that I dyed my hair. My co-worker explained that it was the point dying one's hair to not have it noticed. He said he knew this, but his mother and two sisters dye their hair and it was completely obvious that they did so.So I count these as two wins! The color doesn't completely cover my grey hairs (I'm about 50% grey), but this is exactly what makes it look so natural. The dyed grey hairs sparkle and change color in the light making it look like they grew in with the soft brown color. It is true that the product takes time and is a mess to use. My husband teases me about the look of the bathroom when I'm done, but he likes the results so much that he just laughs. Over the years I've learned strategies to control it a bit better.I have long hair, so I do get a bit of a reverse ombre effect after a few years of use. I did recently change shampoos and it seems to have lessened the effect. I don't think anybody notices the ombre but me. If you cut your hair regularly, those more absorbent ends would just be cut off.A non-toxic product like this out weighs any application inconvenience every day of the week. Love it!

It's creamy and blends out easily. However I found it VERY drying under my eyes, even after moisturizing a lot and using a hydrating under eye primer. it kind of clung and made my little fine lines look way worse than they normally. I wanted to try using it as a face concealer instead, but they sadly don't have a shade that matches my face.I think it's definitely worth trying though if you don't struggle with dryness. This concealer has really bomb coverage. I agree that the coverage is pretty comparable to Tarte Shape Tape (although slightly less full, for sure). I also noticed it wore well and had very minimal creasing.

I’m pretty sure this polish was designed as a top coat to be worn over a dark polish.... But, I like it over my bare nail. It’s just so pretty and sheer, and when the light catches it you can see the iridescent shimmer. It’s gorgeous, with just one coat. It’s a nice light pink, with a hint of gold. It comes in the standard Revlon bottle and brush, which has been working fine for me. The formula is very easy to work with, too.

I LOVE THIS EYESHADOW.I own a few Colourpop SSS shadows, but I feel like this one is far superior to the others. I even bought another shadow from the same launch that Issa was a part of, but it's nowhere near as good.I have slightly hooded oily eyelids, and all other SSS shadows WILL crease almost instantly on me if I don't use a glitter glue underneath. No matter what. However, Issa lasts a REALLY long time on my eyes without creasing or disappearing, even without primer underneath, which completely blew me away. This isn't something I can say for any other eye shadow I own, powder, liquid, or cream (with the exception of my ELF smudge pots which could probably last through a natural disaster). It creased a bit a couple of times when I wore it in Miami in the summer for a bout 10 hours, on a day where I was outside and walking a lot. But I was able to easily/quickly just tap out the creases and move on, so I was unbothered. It was still something of a miracle for my eyelids, imo.The texture is SO soft and airy, so smooth. So creamy and blends out with no effort at all. It feels like silk, even compared to other CP SSS shadows. It's highly pigmented, as well. Due to it being a duochrome, it works great for a one shadow look. The only cons are that it doesn't apply well over ANY eyeshadow primer I've tried. Setting the primer, not setting, tacky primer, silicone primer. It just kind of sticks down weirdly and refuses to budge or blend at all. Which I guess isn't a huge deal since I don't necessarily need a primer with it? But if I want to use it for a multiple shadow look I'd be scared to without primer, so I'm kind of stuck with only being able to use it with a one shadow look. Also it doesn't show up very "true" to color. The blue reflect looks very dramatic while it's in the little pot and in photos online, but once it's applied it's more of just a deep purple with a very slight blue duochrome. It still looks nice, I just wish the duochrome effect was stronger and more amped up, as it appears. But no regrets really, definitely my favorite SSS in my collection.

I have the shade Extreme Black. This product is just OK. It doesn't give much length at ALL, just a tiny almost imperceptible amount. I'm more of a length gal, so this disappoints me. Gives decent volume but it gets clumpy very easily, and I find the wand a bit gimmicky. Also I've only used it 3 times or so and I already feel like it's much drier. I'll use it up but wouldn't repurchase (even for the $3.50 that I paid at Marshall's).

I have amazing results with Olaplex 2 followed by deep conditioner, so I thought I'd try the s&c.The shampoo smells lovely, but the smell does not linger in the hair. I first tried it on a day when I had come home from the beach. My hair was loaded with leave in conditioner, coconut oil, salt water and nasty red tide from the ocean. I ended up shampooing twice because I did not feel like the shampoo was cleaning all the stuff from my hair. My hair felt heavy and coated after shampoo. However, it soaked up the Olaplex 5 conditioner. I ended up keeping the conditioner in for hours. When I finally rinsed, my hair was super silky and shiny like it is whenever I do the Olaplex 2 treatment. I tried the combo on another day but without leaving the conditioner in for so long (10 minutes). Hair once again came out great. Then, I tried the shampoo with my regular hair mask. That was a bust. My hair tends to feel silky after washing and then dries out in the following days. After using Olaplex shampoo with a different conditioner, my hair felt less silky than normal after washing, and dried out more than normal over the following days. And it felt coated. After using Olaplex s&c together, my hair initially dries too poufy for my liking, but it responds much better than normal to styling. My unruly pieces become silky smooth with one pass of the iron.I love the conditioner (which is thick and more like a masque IMO), but the shampoo is nothing special. Certainly not worth $28 for me. I should note that I do have well water, so that could possibly be a factor in why I do not love this shampoo. If I was tying to get the most bang for my dollar with Olaplex, my vote would be for #2, followed by #5. #2 is a must and gives the most dramatic result. #5 is nice to have because it is convenient - you don't really need to follow up with a mask, so great when you don't have a ton of time. But for $28 - I'll pass on this shampoo. 3 stars only because its effects seem to be masked when used with the coordinating conditioner, or to wash out Olaplex 2.

I used this some years back when my doctor put me on a course of Accutane (short-lived but intense!) and this was one of the products I used to help bring some much-needed moisture back into my dry face. It looks almost like a gel but with a thicker consistency and drenches your skin with moisture. On its own it didn't hydrate quite as much as needed and I ended up going through a few tubs in succession as I was overusing it, but when combined with other Laneige products, the combination helped my skin immensely and I no longer needed to layer it on so thickly. I doubt I will be on Accutane again anytime soon, but if somehow it was prescribed to me, I would know for sure which brand and products to turn to.Selena x~ My HG list ~(As I've sampled 100s of skin, hair and m/u products over the last decade and a half, I thought it might be useful to share my top 10 must-have products, subject to change if and when I come across something more effective.
