I was very disappointed with this product after spending $10 on it. The formula is oily and lumpy, and went on VERY spotty. I wish I could attach a picture to show just how awful and a waste of time this product was. I will be trying to return these products immediately.

I purchased this item with Great Expectations, but after following the instructions to the letter, I found the Dark Brown version of Brow Tattoo to be very POOR QUALITY.I actually had left this on for over the two hours recommend for the 3 day tint. As soon as I removed the peel-off tint, the tint peeled off with it !This was not strong enough to semi-stain my skin, LET ALONE FOR 3 DAYS! Great marketing using the beautiful Gigi Hadid who has brows like the Wychwood Forrest.Completely useless on my Spartan thatch. Also why no BLACK OPTION? My eyebrows (what there is of them) are Black not Brown.

Maybelline is my favorite drugstore makeup brand. They just keep giving me life after life. This is bling bling in a powder. Very pigmented gold that applies like a dream and really makes your highlight stand out. I am so happy to know you can get something this beautiful for $7.97. I certainly would purchase this again. The packaging seems sturdy enough, the product is beautiful and it lasts even in my oily t zone thru blotting. Very well executed product.

What the...I am an eyeliner gal, and I used plenty of drugstore products but NONE of them was as bad as this! It ruins my eye look every single time i am applying it. Since the formula is not waterproof, the second your eyes are watering, you can forget about the eyeliner. GONE.Even when it is used with eyeshadow primer under, the result is the same. The last time i wore it, i had to do my eyeliner AGAIN on the train as it has smudged everywhere. Seriously, save your money. This is absolute garbage.

Dude. Midnight Merlot is my jam. I am considering getting a backup. I should go ahead and do that. This will be my vampy fall lippie. These literally go on like butter and one stroke gives you maximum impact of pigment. Midnight merlot is a blackened wine color. Ugh, so gorgeous and no warmth so your teeth look pristine. These are not drying at all. I also got coffee addiction, raging raisin and smoking red and they are all bomb. Out of all the colors midnight merlot is my absolute favorite and coffee addiction is my least as that is just another nude for my NW45 complexion and nothing out of the ordinary. Paid $5.48 for each of these at Wal Mart so I kinda went ham. Will certainly purchase these again. The play doh smell does not bother me at all as it dissipates.

genuine little product! I used to wear it as a Concealer, but it run out extremely fast!!! Now I use it only as a highlighter & it's the bomb! I put just a teeny-tiny amount over my concealer (just under my lower lashes) and it gives the most fresh glowy appearance. I also use it on the bridge of the nose & and between my eyebrows. Blend easily, Doesn't crease, doesn't require a setting powder. Both shades - "Ivory" & "Radiant" works beautifully. ✨✨✨* I took one lipstick off because there isn't a lot of product in the pen.

I first tried this foundation in the summer and really disliked it. I have dehydrated oily-combo, acne-prone skin that goes from combo to straight oily in the hot and humid months. This makeup made my skin so greasy and orange in a matter of minutes. However, I did enjoy the initial satin-matte finish and although the shade range does lean yellow or orange, I figured I would give it another shot in the colder months with a different shade.UPDATE:So I decided to try this foundation again in the colder months since it's an inexpensive foundation that can easily be found at the drugstore. Although a lot of Maybelline's shades can be very orange or yellow, I bought it in the lightest shade (Porcelain Ivory) which was a perfect match for my fair-light, neutral-cool complexion. For reference I am Buff in Revlon Colorstay, 115 Ivory in MUFE HD. I set it with my favorite finishing powder (Kat Von D lock it loose powder is beautiful) and the finish looks amazing. Can get greasy throughout the day especially in humid summer weather so it is not a good summer foundation, better for the colder months and when my skin is dehydrated which can cause other, more matte-finish foundations to appear cakey. Took off one lippie because I dislike how easily it can transfer and another because you definitely need to blot throughout the day with this makeup if you're complexion is the slightest bit oily even during cold weather but that's nothing new for me. Doesn't have the lasting power of Revlon Colorstay or the high end long last foundations i.e. EL DW (the original can get heavy looking on my skin although it is still a good makeup I prefer DW light) or Lancome TI 24 Hrs, but this is not a bad budget foundation. Not my HG or one of my favorites but it's a nice fall-winter foundation to have on hand especially when dealing with dehydrated skin and not looking to spend a lot of money. Also love the pretty (and hygienic) glass pump bottle packaging.

I despise liquid lipsticks. They're either expensive or they don't work, they require way too much work, are difficult to apply, uncomfortable to wear, and never last as long as advertised; once they start to wear off, they're impossible to fix on the go, and when you try to take them off, they either melt and stain the skin around your mouth or they refuse to come off. So, it came as a bit of a shock when I discovered that I actually like this one. I have it in the colour Voyager, which is a really great dark burgundy. It's incredibly affordable, yet performs well, so that's a first big plus. It actually stays on through a 10 hour day with multiple cups of tea and coffee and snacks and lunches, and doesn't get crummy and gross on the lips; the only food that ruined it was a whole apple that I ate in the evening, which I could've avoided by slicing it. it's better to exfoliate your lips before wearing it, but it doesn't really exaggerate any dry texture. The one thing you do have to watch out for is to not apply this over ANY remains of lip balms or other lipsticks, or it will turn into a sticky mess. It's also very lightweight and comfortable to wear; my lips were very dry the next day after wearing this for almost 15 hours, but the lipstick itself doesn't feel drying when you have it on. The texture and look of the applied and dried down product is almost leathery; not powdery matte, but smooth like leather or a thin layer of rubber; it's very pretty-looking, and it remains very slightly sticky throughout the day, if you press your lips together. But it's pretty much totally transfer proof; I only noticed a few slight specks on the rim of my coffee cup in the morning, from where I applied it over my waterline. It wore off there, but stayed on everywhere else. There are cons, obviously. It's not as easy to apply as I'd've liked; the applicator is nice, tear-shaped, but it doesn't bend at all, so it's a bit tricky to apply. I don't like the scent; it's a mix of very fake and synthetic vanilla with fruit, but it's pretty faint and it fades quickly. It's also quite difficult to get off; I had to break out the olive oil after every single heavy duty oil-based makeup remover in my arsenal failed miserably. The colour selection is very small. I also wouldn't recommend wearing this every single day; it does a number on your lips. Still, I'm enjoying it. It really does last and Voyager is a beautiful colour. If you have a need for a very long lasting lip colour, can find something for you in the shade range, and don't want to break the bank, then go for it. But if you already have a ton of other liquid lipsticks at home or you don't ever really need to wear makeup for 8 hours or more, this is probably not worth the purchase.

I had this and loved it years ago. I just got it again when I realized I missed my red lipsticks. This was the one I remembered in particular along with Rimmel 111. They are very similar but this is what the other matte reds should be - it's not at all drying and feels quite soft on the lips. Simply stunning bright red. It will be a staple of mine once again. Lately I had enough of the pinks, browns and nudes I was using constantly. Time for a change and this has a certain brightness that burgundy shades just don't have.

I am a NW18 so I usually use white/silver highlighters since gold tends to look muddy on my skin . This highlighter is different , it looks so pretty and very nice gold sheen when I apply it , I don't even have to blend it out much . This does have some sparkles in it but it's not that noticeable on the face . If you are pale and usually can't wear gold highlighters, get this one !

I'm surprised by the bad reviews, but I did try a different color, so maybe that was it. I tried the green one to correct redness and I love it! It covers up so well and you just need a tiny bit! I had a lipstick swatch on my hand of a pink with red in it, and this toned it down to just the smallest tint of pink on my hand. Seriously! It was really great. Plus, I have sensitive skin and it didn't affect my face! :)

BEST BB CREAM OUT THERE. If you are NC 15, you will be able to wear this in light/med as it's a perfect match but I sometimes mix the medium with it to add a little more color. It's sheer, but you can layer it and get coverage. I wait til it sets a little and put a little dusting of physicians formula speckled talc free powder in transluscent over top and then a little bit of the same powder in Buff beige for a little added color. I was going to try a Maybelline foundation on top, but maybe I won't! This really can be used as a light foundation. i have a few spots I have to use concealer on, but this is SO NICE! Doesn't settle into pores. NEVER cakey...accepts powder well and it lasts! This lasted me longer than most foundations! Likely because I powdered it a little but it looked wonderful. On the first day I wore it, as the day went on....it looked better.....a little glowy...not greasy....but natural. It melts into your skin and doesn't sit on the top like foundation....I think this might be why it lasted so long..Not sure if you were outside sweating what would happen, but I REALLY REALLY love this...thanks Wayne Goss! It's not greasy, gives a subtle glow and is just heaven....I'm super sensitive and doesnt break me out. And it was dirt cheap....like $6.50!!! Feels like nothing on....and unlike most BB creams, it's not orange! I have even gotten away with using the Medium alone....and I layered it.....it never turned orange and to me, it gave me a subtle healthy glow but the color was so pretty...maybe because of the powder combo I used. I am super combo skin and this "feels" good on....it feels moisturizing when you put it on but it does set beautifully. I use my fingers. I think if you used a brush, this would be streaky....you want to rub this in....probably my most favorite thing I've ever tried! And it's cheap! and you can find it everywhere!

What have you done, Maybelline? Why did you discontinue them? They were so perfect.
Lipstick + lip balm + lip gloss - sticky feeling = Color Elixir.
All colors are pretty and so many shades were available (24, as I remember).
Caramel Infused is a pinkish color, with tiny, tiny golden glitter sparkles (you only can see them in a close up mirror in daylight) and it's perfect for everyday wear. It makes your face look fresh and I would wear this with foundation, mascara and some blush and that's it.
Of course, I bought more shades but this is the one I like the most to wear.
My lips feel hydrated and not sticky and the color payoff is amazing. Just a few swipes and you're good to go.
The longevity is not long, just eat a sandwich or apple and it's time to reapply.
I tried to make these matte on my lips with tissue + powder and just with powder. But neither worked, the results won't be satisfying.
I recommend wearing Color Elixir when you know you won't eat much the next hours.

I am bitter-sweet about writing this review due to the fact that this product is not Animal-Cruelty friendly..... therefore have taken away one lippie.... I veered off to find a similar concealer that was AC-Friendly but this one is a hard one to beat (Cheap, Long wearing, Consistency, Great colour match) Otherwise, AMAZING concealer, I absolutely love the way this makes my skin look... I have naturally oilier skin and this blends in with my skin soooo nicely... I have yellow undertones and buy the shade (20) . I work in a restaurant and this concealer stays put with powder all day! Sometimes I even think my skin looks more flawless as the day goes on. Worth a try!!!
Are you sure this product is discontinued?
