Meh. I love mask of magnaminty which makes an immediate difference in the texture and color of my skin. This mask doesn't do much of anything that I can see. It's a naturalish exfoliant (the coffee beans are quite large so you have to be careful though) but I don't see a difference in texture or brightening.

This product works! And very quickly, I might add. I see and feel the effects after one use, which is incredible. When you apply it, there's a minty sensation that doesn't last for very long (around 10-15 minutes tops?) and then slowly dries down almost like a gel hair product would. I usually leave it on for longer than what they say, which is as long as I have the time for basically. It's easy to wash out and doesn't leave any residue or thick feeling on your scalp. One tub can last me for about 2-3 heavy uses, or around 5-7 light ones, and it's usually another 6 months or so before my hair starts to fall out more aggressively again and I go back to Lush to pick up another tub. That's just me being lazy haha, I imagine you'd get longer lasting and better results with frequent use. I've bought this around 5 times now? And I've also introduced this to my mum, and she loves it too. It's also perfect for me because I shower at night, and so many of these hair loss treatments are to leave overnight and wash out in the morning and I don't want to have to change my routine and this is perfect for it.

I love this moisturiser, though I use it as an oil control product, and somewhat of a primer. It's oil control properties are ridiculously good, I was so surprised because of the ingredients and the amount of oils and butters in it. I got a sample of it from the store when it first came out, and have since repurchased it about 3 or 4 times now. It's expensive but worth it. It also lasts for quite a while. It's a solid balm kind of product that looks like shea or cocoa butter and you rub your finger around the top to pick up a little bit of product and then apply it to your face like a primer (I don't really rub it in). It starts off as a little oily and balmy before it dries down to an almost powdery finish that smooths out pores and other skin irregularities that I have. I feel like it smoothes out my deeper acne scars, the kind that's more than hyper pigmentation but actual marks in your skin. I also love that I'm using a moisturising product to control my oily skin rather than harsh astringents or products. It doesn't clog up my skin either. It's also great under makeup! Creates a smooth canvas for foundation.Sometimes it does kind of clash with some of my silicone primers, causing it to start 'balling up' on my face, so it's not compatible with everything. One thing I hate is the packaging. Seriously, Lush needs to figure out how to make their packaging air tight. I learnt my lesson the hard way, which is to seal ALL tubs of Lush products before travelling. Although this starts off as a solid balm, because I was travelling to hotter climates and it's essentially made of butters, it melted and leaked all over my makeup bag. Now every time I open it I've got to be careful not to spill it anywhere.

Right off the bat I have to say, I have been drinking the Lush Kool Aid for a long time. It started with their Chox away soap (R.I.P, please come back to me one day) then graduated to bath bombs and bath bars, then eventually to their hair care. Their skin care hasn’t always jived with my skin, every now and again I would return to it and then promptly give up and turn to something else when it didn’t work for me.But those were younger days with far less knowledge and a pretty bad and inconsistent skin care routine. I am older and wiser now and I think that’s the big reason why it works for me now.Originally I went in for their celestial moisturizer, full of grace serum, aqua marina cleanser and a restock on my rose water toner. The location I went to had been hit hard by Boxing Day sales and was pretty ransacked so I decided to give Cosmetic Lad a shot. This bad boy is THICK. You definitely have to work to spread it around, but having pretty dry, eczematic, sensitive/reactive skin (made worse by Canadian winters, damn you -40*c) I didn’t mind the thickness. It has definitely helped with that chapped feeling my skin had before and I wake up with hydrated, smooth and less red skin in the morning. I was a little weary because it does contain cocoa butter (ranked decently high on the comnegenic scale) but thus far no blasted closed comedones or milia have popped up (like they usually do if I go to hog wild on the rich creams during the winter months). It takes a little bit longer to absorb, but it’s a thick cream so I expected that.Overall I’m pretty impressed and I think it’s a decent value for what you get (cruelty free, vegan, ethically sourced, organic ingredients), although I don’t really like the jar it’s held in (but I use a spatula that came with another face cream to prevent some germs from getting all up in there). Unless my skin changes it’s mind about this, I’ll definitely repurchase.

This is definitely more for a sensual massage, a Valentine's day idea even. I love chocolate but I think the scent was a bit sweet even for me, so this might be good followed up with a shower. If I remember correctly this is smaller but cheaper than other massage bars, but if you want moisture, one of the other bars might be a better choice. This is very messy and fast melting btw, do not go near white or nice sheets! But if you want a fun massage with your S.O. this might be right up your alley! ;)

I will start by saying I use quite a few lush products. This one is one of my favorites. I have tricky combo skin with oily t zone. I use this moisturizer for daytime. Less than a dime size and I mix with a little bit of sunscreen, because this doesn’t have any on its own. Sunscreen in FL is mandatory. It smells so good and only takes a few minutes to absorb into skin. Not greasy once it absorbs, but I would caution not to use too much. I use a different and much more moisturizing Lush cream overnight. Vanishing cream will not be the most moisturizing, but for oily skin types using under makeup for daytime works very well. Oh yes this smells fantastic as well. Did I mention that already? If interested I use Lush Celestial as a night cream. Most women with oily skin tend to forget you still need to moisturize a lot. Or else oily skin will produce more oil to compensate. Important lesson I wish I would have understood years ago.

Lush bath bombs are a mixed bag for me. I really do adore Lush, I strongly support the idea of packaging free bathing materials and these are an excellent way to pamper yourself or others. There is a huge range of scents, ones with bath oils/sprinkles/pop rocks mixed in, seasonal and year long styles and everything in between. To truly experience them you really have to go in store and look at their current selection. But, and this is a big but, of all the products Lush makes, these have a tendency to irritate me the most. I used to take baths with them regularly, and when I went to Lush I wouldn't blink at grabbing 4 or 5 at a time. But some of the irritation went beyond just bumps, redness, or itchiness, into major discomfort and even (TMI disclosure) UTI's. It took me years to figure out why I was having the issue because I never took baths on a schedule, just as a way to relax. Now I focus more on Lush body washes or their skincare range, but I do buy an occasional bath bomb. If I shower off after it seems to mostly prevent the sensitivity issues. But I wrote a longer review so others who may have this issue can either pinpoint it or at least be warned.Pros: Some of the best selection of bath bombs, the core values of Lush are admirable, the scents are amazing and the bathing experience is usually worth every penny. A face mask, bath bomb and a candle are my idea of peace and calm.Cons: Expensive (there are alternatives all over these days if you want them!), the ingredients and oils used can cause irritation for sensitive skin, you can buy many of the same scents in their body wash or soap.

I've been buying this massage bar forever, and I always keep a backup in my stash. I must admit I never use massage bars for massages, just for intense moisture before bed, especially in the Winter. I love this for my feet at night when my skin is super dry, or for my elbows, pretty much everywhere that my skin needs love. The yummy citrus smell is great, it's probably one of the first Lush products I ever bought based on scent alone.I'm used to the messy aspect of these so it no longer bothers me, but be careful with all Lush lotions and body care if you have expensive sheets or towels. This will probably get everywhere and it will take a while to absorb on your skin. For me though, it's the best deep penetrating moisture there is short of using pure shea butter, which absorbs slower to me. If you buy any of the massage bars I recommend their tins or a container to store it in, it can go bad if you aren't careful.I take off one star just because of the price, because while I support the core values of Lush and I'm used to their prices, this is on the high end. I justify the cost because I love the brand, but you can find much more cost effective products out there.

One of the soaps I avoided for a long time but recently smelled it again and fell in love with the scent. It is uplifting during a bleary winter day. It is a decent soap as far as cleansing goes but lathers well and isn't harsh on my skin.

Oily-combo and acne prone skin. Used this as a second cleanser, took away that “oil” film nicely but really stripped my skin. I thought it felt nice and clean until I tried something more “gentle” (neutrogena ultra gentle daily) and my skin felt so nourished and normal. my skin wasnt so parched for moisturizers! remember, your skin shouldn’t be feeling so tight after you wash your face.

Lush really, really hit the mark with this one. It smells amazing, the scent lasts, it makes my skin super soft, it helps me sleep and relax, and it's my favorite color. I would highly recommend this for anyone who has problems falling asleep or relaxing, and definitely for lavender lovers. The scent of Sleepy is somehow sweet and spicy, yet soothing with strong lavender notes. The sweet tonka bean scent in the pot morphs on the skin into a rich, unique scent that isn't overpowering, but definitely lingers. Nothing smells artificial and it dries down into my favorite night time scent. I often just apply on my chest and cleavage, so for me, this lasts a long time. If this was meant for every day full body use, it would be too pricey. But as a natural sleep aid and a special boost of moisture to my perma-red chest, it's well worth it. I recently got a gift set with a body wash of the same scent and my hopes are high that it will work just as well!

This has got to be my favorite product from Lush. I use it almost every evening in combination with a cleansing milk, and it gets every last bit of makeup off my face. I've got a problem with my pores clogging very easily, and I feel like this helps with that. It leaves my skin so soft and smells like cookie batter.
