Love the packaging. Finish is nice. Not really "full" coverage, more of a medium coverage. Has a weird smell. Transfer easily and do not stay for long. Not really suitable for oily skin as my face gets really oily after a few hours.

I LOVE THIS. After one week of use daily, my acne scars faded really fast. When I use it on its own, there is a very slight tingling. However, I usually mix it with my moisturiser so that it's less oily. The down side is that its rather oily for me and has a weird? smell. I'm not really bothered by the "gritty" feels. The packaging sucks though, I think it is not tight enough so I have to keep it upside down else it will flow out. The price is really worth it for the concentration of Vit C.

This is effective at tightening the under eye area. It reduces puffiness. It will not eliminate dark circles. But I can get puffy for hormonal reasons or if I have too much sodium. This did the trick and for a great price. Learning curve to applying. You only need a little bit which can be tricky with the dropper. It takes a couple minutes to fully absorb and dry. I have layered eye cream over without any pilling or issues and my concealer looks good over it. I like this product.

I have very heavy eyelids. This product really tightened my eyelids, the effect is instant and it lasts all day. I also use it under my eyes and it reduces bags very well. My eyes look a lot better! But I can't say i've noticed any effects to the dark circles under my eyes though. But still, as someone with heavy, droppy eyelids and tends to get puffy around the eyes, this is wonderful!

I used this on every 3rd night for almost 2 months and saw nothing beneficial. I'm almost halfway through the bottle. One of my night creams has retinol in it - I wake up the next day looking great. The next night I use another night cream that has a variety of ingredients - I wake up looking good. The third night, I use this Ascorbyl Glucoside solution and layer a very mild cream over it for hydration. The next day, my skin looks the worst it's looked all week. This gel just doesn't do anything, and it has a sticky, tacky feel. It's something that I *never* looked forward to putting on. I guess the selling point of Vitamin C is that it's supposed to lighten pigmentation, but I have a longstanding acne scar that's still just kickin'. All I can say is, I never looked forward to putting this on because I hated the way it felt, and the next day I found nothing happy in the mirror, and I don't think this has had any long term effect on my complexion. Canning it. At least it was cheap, I guess??? I have a drugstore night cream that was cheap, too, but it actually gives me results.

Love this oil. Pure Argan without added silicones. Add few drops to your ends or dry sections. Voila shine without the grease!

I think this retinoid is largely responsible for my quickly clearing skin. My acne started from a combination of taking and stopping birth control pills and eating too many nuts and nut butters (nuts are very high in omega 6 fatty acids, which cause internal inflammation). I would keep getting 3-4 new pimples everyday for the past two years. I started with my internal problems: First I completely quit birth control pills and nuts about two months ago; Second, I started taking Pantothenic Acid supplements (vitamin B5) with every meal. Then I changed my topical products. I've been using this product for about one month now, along with these products:Morning:Clindamycin phosphate gel (prescription) Neutrogena On the Spot 2.5 % benzoyl peroxideEvening:Clindamycin phosphate gelThe Ordinary Granactive Retinoid 2%These products are clarifying and smoothing my bumpy cheeks and forehead. At first, I used this retinoid only 2x a week and gradually built up to 5-6 times per week. I skip this on the days I use glycolic acid products (Herbivore Blue Tansy Resurfacing Mask or CosRx AHA 7 Whitehead Power Liquid). Three drops of the milky serum covers my entire face after toning and left slightly damp. It leaves my skin dewy and balanced, even if I don't layer moisturizer on top. In the morning, my face looks 50% more glow-y and smoother than the night before. My skin isn't perfect because I have hyperpigmentation from healing acne, but now my face is smoother and almost bump free. I can live with that! Now I can just wear concealer to work and skip a full face of make up on casual days.

This is a product of which i'm not really sure if it really does anything but use it anyway as it doesn't hurt. I use this under retinol/retinoid products by TO, and for that it works fine.

I alternate this with the discontinued Retinol 1%. I love them both! The Retinol 1% is a bit strong and can cause irritation, dry & flakiness, while this one is a bit greasy. Makes sense, as it is retinoid in squalene :'). I sandwich this (at night) between TO Buffet and a rosehip oil and I wake up with buttersoft skin the next day and no irritation at all. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin texture since starting with TO's retinol/retinoids, so I can really recommend this!

This is a great hydrator, although i do need need half a pipe squirt. It truly moisturises, mixes well and does not flake or ball. Only thing is the price and the open type bottle exposing it to too much oxygen. For the price you can get cheaper but this is well formulated and very fine so I i do think its worth it. I would recommend.

Very nice product. Easy to put on; Love the packaging and I love the price. The Ordinary line is a very nice line. There products are effective and priced for the average purchaser, not for the elite. Try this amazing product.

I'm going through my 3rd bottle. I love this product and all the other products from The ordinary I tried until now. I got a real skincare routine after experiencing some hormonal breakouts. I'm also taking evening primrose oil supplements, so I think my skin got better because I adopted a holistic approach.Nevertheless, this was the first product I tried from the brand, and I felt an improvement: my pores are less visible, less clogged, my skin is more bright and a little less oily, more even. So I will be getting another bottle. This one stays.

Just love The Ordinary!
Nice serum, but I think that The Ordinary have other products I rather use.
Are you sure this product is discontinued?
