Received the original as a gift with purchase but I've always been curious about it. Conventional lip scrubs never worked well for my chapped lips (ie: Lush). This ELF lip exfoliator works so well on my lips and my lips become soft and smooth. I've found that it works better if I lick my lips before had and run the product very gently across my lips.

This review is not for the brush's intended use, which is for foundation. Elf should rebrand this brush to be a face mask brush instead. This is perfect for that. It spreads my mask evenly every time. Clay mask, sugar exfoliating mask, banana mask, any kind of mask would work with this brush. If you have one laying around, but it fails you with your foundation application, try using it for masks instead. I think they discontinued it, cause I don't see it anymore on the Elf's website?

This is great especially for the price! Sets concealer very well and you only need a tiny bit of product. I have very dry skin and this does not get cakey, crease, sit in lines or look dry. So it must be very finely milled. I will definitely repurchase!

Very good quality brush for $6 in my opinion. Buffs in mineral powders nicely and is very soft. It's not very large but does the job if you're on a budget.

Good quality brush. Very soft bristles. This brush is pinched so it has a flat shape in comparison to the Ultimate Blending Brush. It reminds me of the Real Techniques Expert Face brush. It's great for contour or precise powder application. For $6 the quality is impeccable.

Seems like ELF changed the colour of this one. I just got it today and scraped off the top layer only to find that it was SOO pink. Based on the swatches on google and various YouTube videos I expected it to be more of a champagney gold colour with slight pinkiness. This is 100% pink. It doesn't even look gold to me. What a shame! I wanted a highlight that was similar to Champagne Pop or WnW Fergie Highlighter. It's way too shimmery to be a blush as well so what a waste.

This is one of my favorite setting powders. It always gives me a flawless finish and it doesn't settle in pores or look chalky on me, it blurs my pores and makes my makeup look "softer". Also at $3 it's cheap and I can spend my money on the other products that I would rather spend it on!

Price is $4.00.Details from E.L.F. website:Enjoy this vitamin E infused eyeshadow primer that keeps your eyeshadow locked in place. The lightweight formula is enriched with Kaolin clay, so you can enjoy smudge free eye looks!ingredients:Dimethicone, Isododecane, Kaolin, Trihydroxystearin, VP/Eicosene Copolymer, Trioctyldodecyl Citrate, Polyethylene, Silica, Silica Dimethyl Silylate, Cyclopentasiloxane, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Quarternium-90 Bentonite, Propylene Carbonate, Tocopheryl Acetate (Ve), Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Disodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Aluminum Hydroxide May Contain: Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492)It comes in a tube, scent is slight. This is another dud shadow primer from E.L. F. I think I have tried every one they have ever put out and they are all just awful. I don't know why they have to much trouble nailing down a good primer formula. There are plenty of other decent ones in the drugstores. Granted, not this cheap but I would gladly pay more for something that worked and was nice to use. This Pro Primer is so greasy and sticky feeling. It actually shortens the wear time of my shadows and they begin to crease within 2-3 hours. and I do not have oily lids at all. A total fail for me. I do know a couple of people that tried this and they liked it, not loved it, but thought it did a decent job. Perhaps batches are not consistent or it just depends on your skin and shadows, but for me it did not work. If you catch an E.L.F. 50% off sale and you order, stick one in your cart and try it for $2.00. It takes me a long time to do my shadow and I hate to put all that work into it and have it ruined by a bad primer. I would not re-purchase.

Price is $2.00 and it comes in 4 colors: Sheer, tan, pearl and coco. This is a new product, the old ones with the doe foot applicator have been discontinued. From the E.L.F website:This lightweight formula quickly absorbs into skin and preps eyeshadow keeping it from creasing. Use it for a more vibrant and long lasting eye look with every use. Ingredients: Isododecane, Quaternium-18 Bentonite, Vp/Hexadecene Copolymer, Hydrogenated Polybutene, Triacontanyl PVP, Propylene Carbonate, Retinyl Palmitate (Va), Tocopheryl Acetate (Ve), Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Silica, Tin Oxide, Quartz, Benzyl Alcohol, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone. May Contain: Mica, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Red 40 Lake (CI 16035)This will be short, hated it. Thin, felt greasy, didn't dry down well and it was kind of sheer and didn't spread evenly. I got the sheer and white pearl. White pearl was worse than sheer. Too shimmery, thin and oily. It ruined my shadow application. A couple of times I had to start over, I tossed these in the trash. The price is so good but the product is really bad. They need to go back to the drawing board on their shadow primers This is really bad. Worse than using nothing. There are so many other drugstore primers that are good or decent line Milani's. Granted they are not $2.00 but most of them at least work.

For a couple bucks this will do in a pinch but I’d rather spend a little more for a finer tipped, stiffer pencil. This is a bit too soft and large for defining brows imo. The shade neutral brown is nice enough and is indeed neutral in tone. It can double as a liner if you want a smudged out look because the diameter of the product is on the large side. I wouldn’t repurchase this unless e.l.f offered it in a fine tip version.

No sure why I got it, but as an oily girl, I can only use this almost as a moisturizer. I’ve been experimenting with it under my eyes as a concealer primer. But might have to donate it to a dry skin individual.

I completely disagree with the other review. Unless you’re willy nilly flicking it around the product isn’t going to go anywhere except where you’re putting it. I found the “floppiness” of the silicone side to be a benefit when spreading product as you’re better able to reach all of the books of your face, and the dense brush on the end is for really getting into your pores and cleaning ever bit out. I use this every time I do any type of mask, and I frequently use the brush end to make sure I get every bit of makeup off, and my pores look so much smaller! This is the best $5 makeup item I’ve ever purchased!

It smells like chemicals and it feels greasy as you apply it but it looks and performs like a much much more expensive primer! Lives up to all it's claims...cheap...widely available and didn't cause me to breakout.

Loving this! Makes my lips feel so soft after! Have been using it a few times a week this winter to help dry chapped lips. Will definitely re-purchase!
