Somehow I always re-purchase this product when I run out of it. It’s a perfect everyday foundation. I have normal-combo skin, don’t have any major skin issues so its medium coverage is just enough. It applies nicely with beauty blender, evens out skin tone and never looks cakey. It doesn’t have “flat” matte finish, which I personally like. I apply some on my nose, center of forehead and top of my cheekbones and then blend outwards. It’s not super long lasting but doesn’t wear off in an ugly way (like some other foundations). Overall, really nice product especially for the price.

PRICE: $13.00 DESCRIPTION FROM NYX WEBSITE:Perfect the “no makeup” look with our BB Cream. Specially formulated without oil, this mineral-infused formula hydrates the skin and helps the complexion appear smoother. Wear it as a primer under your foundation, or alone for a touch of lightweight color.I got the color Golden- Medium with golden undertone. Color selection is poor, only 3 shades, golden, natural and nude.... but Golden is a perfect match for me.I don't have dry skin, my skin is normal with a sometimes oily T zone. It does not irritate, moisturizes and is not sticky. I can use it as a primer or alone but prefer and usually use it alone for a nice light foundation that is not matte but not overly dewy either. It has no SPF which is a plus for me because I don't need a sunscreen when I'm not going to be in the sun. I use my Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer if I need a sunscreen in it. The NYX BB cream is sheer and won't cover much unless you build it up but I like it for a nice wash of color and to even out my skin and provide a base for blush and bronzer. I really have no discoloration and nothing that I need to hide or cover. It does not accentuates pores and fine lines which is a bid deal for me because if they do that, they are a hard pass for me. It says it has fragrance in it but to me it has no detectable scent.INGREDIENTS:Water / Aqua / Eau, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cyclohexasiloxane, Glycerin, PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone, Titanium Dioxide [Nano], Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Zinc Oxide, Sodium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol, Stearoyl Inulin, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Polysorbate 80, Hydrogen Dimethicone, Methyl Methacrylate Crosspolymer, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, PEG-10 Dimethicone, Hydrated Silica, Propylene Glycol, Tilia Cordata Wood Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Aluminum Hydroxide, Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Seed Extract, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Mannitol, Trimethoxycaprylylsilane, Glycogen, BHT, Yeast Extract / Faex Extract / Extrait de levure, Chlorphenesin, Methylparaben, Biotin, Calcium Pantothenate, Fragrance / Parfum, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Benzyl Salicylate, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Hexyl Cinnamal, Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde. very watery. would have to use ALOT to get full coverage. and with the bottle being so small, it wouldbt last long. its very matte which is fine, but on aging skin- eh not so much.. left my face looking like parchment paper. not a good look ladies! and the price?!? if your ballin' on a budget, this is not for you, on the pricey side for a drugstore foundation. ive also noticed the glass dropper barely clears the bottle opening, so unless youve got the precision of a surgeon when taking the top off, youll likely get foundation dripping all over the top. i really wanted to like this- even tried mixing a drop with 3 different facial oils to see if it would not look so dry. no bueno. i mixed a drop with jojoba and rosehip facial oil- (nope) and a drop with boots no7 youthful facial oil- (nope) and a drop with a hyaluronic acid facial oil- (nope-nope) didnt mix well. oil beaded up. so yeah.. sadly this lil guy will be going back. had the pricepoint been under $10 i would just just keep it and add it to one of my beauty bundles. but i cant justify the price.

The best contouring powder you'd ever use!
Forget about those cool toned bronzers: this one has the actual shade of a shadow.
Nevertheless, you ain't gonna find it easy or quick to blend (due to the high percentage of pigments!), but at the end it gives your makeup that professional look we're all looking for.

I've repurchased this a few times and originally bought it because I was tired of spending a lot on Nars and Shape Tape. I use shades 4 or 4.5, they're both a good match and look good without foundation which I like because I'm usually too lazy or in a rush for foundation. It lasts a long time (full work day 10 hours or so) and doesn't settle into fine lines, although I do use the least possible amount. I would say it's light to medium coverage but that works fine for me. I use it on my under eyes, as well to cover the redness around my nose. I don't really use it to spot conceal, I think it might be too creamy for that.Overall, it's affordable and conceals well so I'll continue to buy it.UPDATE- My only complaint is that I finish these way too fast.

I never normally wear gloss, but i love these!!! I have Fortune Cookie, which is very sheer, but adds a very polished look, Creme Brulee, slightly more pinky, and Tiramasu, a nude slightly deep pink shade, they all go on quite sheer with just a hint of colour. They are extremely moisturising, and i like it that they don't have any minty plumping tingle, as menthol in anything will dry out your lips. I heard the Marc Jacobs ones had the tingling effect, which out me right off.To me these rival any high end gloss (better than Chanel's), and i don't feel complete til I've got one on!! Repurchases these 3 shades multiple times!!

Let's cut it short, I'd already repurchased this and then another one is on it's way. I freaking love this thing. This product made me able to wear eyeshadows without fall out or fading, finally. I have very oily, heavily hooded monolids, the skin on my lid folds over and rub against itself, plus the oil, and my eyes water easily. All that just mean no eyeshadows can stay long on my lids without fading or drop off my lids altogether. I'd found a great eye primer (the WnW PhotoFocus), but I still struggle with the more creamy shimmer or metallic eyeshadows. The center of my lids is the oiliest mess and that's the first thing to go. Some days I have two empty patches of skin where my shadows had been. I use this a bit of this glue on the center of my lids, after I've applied the matte shades for transition and outer V etc.; wait a few seconds for it to dry, then I put the shimmer shadow on with my finger - they stay there, all day, no matter the heat or humidity. I usually apply my lid shade with a finger anyway, so I don't mind the extra step of putting the glue on. I got this in the Glitter Goals set that NYX put out last Christmas, so it's only a mini 5ml - half the amount in the fullsize, the whole tube is about the size of my thumb, just easier to travel with if you ask me - but a little bit goes a long way. I've been using it consistently for nearly 2 months and I've barely made a dent. I got the set intending to experiment with glitter, and after the glue worked out so well doing what it's intended for, I went ahead and tried it with eyeshadows to great results. I ended up getting the other 2 Glitter Goal sets as well, it's great value and convenience, I get two more extra tubes of a product that I LOVE, plus a compact stack of 3 awesome glitters with each set.The product comes in a tube with a very small applicator, so it's really easy to get out exact amount of glue I need each time. The glue comes out looking a bit pearly, but once spread out it dries completely clear. I use this to "cut" my non-existent crease, it intensifies the colour payoff of the shadow just as good if not better than using a concealer or a white base. The only problem is you gotta work fast, once the glue dries, the shadow or glitter won't stick to it as well. I find that using glitter glue is better for the duochrome shadows or "topper" shades that are a bit sheer, they look much better when the colour beneath them is visible. The sticker wrapped around the tube of glue is really cool too, it's lenticular/holographic and it flashes rainbows when I roll it between my fingers. The price is totally affordable, and the product lasts. Everything about this product makes me happy. I hope NYX never stop offering this product.

Perfect for small cover jobs. I bought medium and it blends perfectly. Doesn't budge, can be used under or over foundation.

I don’t usually write reviews but have to say that I am now in love with this setting spray. I tried using the spray before and after the makeup (also use the powder before foundation technique) and my face will still be very oily after 3-4 hours - I would need to touch up throughout the dayRecently I have been spraying my beauty blenders with the nyx setting spray when applying makeup then once my makeup is complete spray a mist on my face and this has worked wonders - It takes longer for me to get shiny and only need to touch up once throughout the day so giving this a rating of 4.

I wanted to like this so bad. I have an oily T-Zone. This was so disappointing. I use the MUFE setting spray and I love it but since its $40+CD, I was looking for a cheaper alternative. Pros:- It is very cheap and is definitely affordable- The packaging is amazing. The bottle is light weight and great for carrying it around too- The spray comes out evenly and the mist is very fine. Doesn't feel heavy.Cons:- Didn't keep my makeup matte at all. - Spray turned whole face oily after an hour of applying it. - You can feel your makeup turning into an extra layer after putting on the spray almost within a few minutes. - It made the oily parts of my face extra oily and my foundation was runny in those areas. This will not be repurchased. I doubt i will even finish my current bottle. Back to MUFE setting spray.

I love the Kat Von D eyeliner. I have been looking for a cost-effective dupe and have heard this would be the droid I was looking for. Unfortunately, it was not. The NYX Epic liner certainly is epic, an epic fail... I used the NYX Epic Ink Liner only once and will never use it again. the GOOD: The brush tip applicator is very nice. I also noticed that the formulation, like others, have mentioned, did not irritate the eye. I have watery eyes that are easily irritated and this did not irritate them at all. Once dry, the eyeliner was pretty long wearing from what I could tell from a hand swatch. the BAD/ the UGLY: The formula of the NYX Epic Ink Liner is VERY thin. Upon application, I immediately noticed that I was probably going to have to go back to the places where applied because it was not dark enough for my liking. While trying to decide whether this would still work, I noticed the eyeliner was starting to spread. To my horror, I found out that not only was the formulation thin but I had small barely visible cracked looking wrinkles in my eyelids. I have never seen an eyeliner do this before... I literally didn't even know these fine lines were there. Thanks eyeliner for being a waste of money and pointing out more reasons I should be insecure about my aging eyelids. If you're over 30, be afraid! The bottom line, I will never purchase anything except the Kat Von D due to the mental trauma this has caused. LOL...cry.

I suffer from very large pores and terrible redness. I use just a very thin layer of this, and then a very thin layer of Hard Candy green primer before my foundation, Revlon CS. I then finish with Neutrogena shine free pressed powder. My nasty skin looks completely flawless. I don't know how this product would look on it's own. I do take issue with the price but like others said, a little goes a long way. Will definitely be repurchasing.

I’m not an expert on primer but I have good results with this. I use a pea sized amount only, and apply it only to the areas I mainly have larger pores and tend to get oily. My makeup lasts all day. I feel like it’s a bit expensive for the amount of product, especially at the drugstore but then a little goes a long way...I think I will repurchase when I run out. It’s definitely worth trying.
