This is a horrible reformulation. The ingredients look sexier than the older version but the lotion itself is now both thin and greasy. Broke out one day after wearing it, and to add insult to injury, it didn't moisturize my hands. Waste of money.

Poor coverage. Barely covers anything despite being called a powder foundation and concealer.

My friend bought this for me because I had complained about my skin being dry and she had heard good things about it. I guess I didn't have dry skin before because after using this, it's extremely dry. After the first use, I was okay, but by the second day, my skin felt raw, hot, itchy and extremely dry. I stopped using it, but after a couple days, my skin still hasn't healed and feels dryer than it's ever been. I feel like I burned the top layer of my skin off. I'm so upset that I ever tried this product and I wish I stopped myself from using it once I smelled the product (it smells like an unused lotion purchased in the 90s). I don't have sensitive skin in the slightest but perhaps I do now!

I have really dry skin. Liked the idea of having a 72 your moisturizer. In hindsight am happy that I purchased the smallest jar, my skin broke into rashes. Also felt this left my skin dry.

According to Paula Begoun, who I've been following for over 30 years: "Research makes it clear that many of the best ingredients for skin—including antioxidants and anti-aging champions like vitamin C and retinol—break down in the presence of air. Essentially, opening a jar lets air in, causing these important ingredients to begin deteriorating, becoming less and less effective with each use." If you want to become better educated and keep your skin looking youthful like a mine does at 55, you need to do your research about products so you don't waste your money and buy products that are in airtight containers.

My HG eyeliner and i'm on my 4th bottle of this. It's super easy to put on, looks good and stays on forever. I've always had trouble finding eyeliners that dont smudge because my skin is so oily and my eyes are very sensitive and watery. This eyeliner stays on no matter what. It stays put all day, I can even sleep in it and wake up with it looking as perfect as ever.

I wanted to believe so bad! But damn did this make me break out beyond belief. It seemed to do a good job at moisturizing and hydrating at first. Skin was in good condition, then got so much acne, it’s been really difficult to clear up, leaving so many nasty scars. And my skin is usually pretty dang resistant to most products...

This is my favorite color of the chubby lipsticks. It’s not a true lipstick though because the color is very sheer and doesn’t have much staying power. I like that it’s a hint of color, more pink than red like an actual strawberry, and is shiny / glossy without being sticky. It’s my everyday lip color for a natural simple look.

Fabulous! When I first apply this it looks powdery and too matte (I prefer a natural but not dewy look) but after a few minutes it’s perfect. I use the included sponge and go for sheer to light coverage just to even out my skin tone. I think it would easily give moderate coverage if applied heavier. It doesn’t feel heavy on my skin. When it’s been very cold and dry outside I’ve used a moisturizer underneath and that’s worked great. I haven’t yet worn it during hot humid summer months so can’t comment on that. Right now I’m wearing Cream Chamois (VF-G) and when it’s warmer and I’ve tanned a bit I’ll switch to Golden Neutral (MF-G).

I’m horribly sad. I’ve been suffering from persistent severe acne for so long and my skin was finally clearing up. Wasted so much money on supplements and skincare that were slowly healing my skin. But after a couple of days of using this well-loved moisturizer, i started noticing more frequent breakouts and blackheads. The frustration of having my skin go back to square 1 is killing me so much. I really really wanted to love it. I was so happy to finally get a moisturizer that many people swear by. But sadly, it didn’t work for my skin. I suffer from acne rosacea, and this little product has made my skin redder and angrier. People with sensitive skin, beware. There are much better options out there if you’re not willing to risk ur skin having an unfortunate reaction. I think it’s due to the silicone in it; and the COSDNA analysis shows tons of potentially comedogenic ingredients. I’m really upset 😢 My skin....

Ummm... what? SEVENTY TWO hour hydrator? The first time I used this before work in the morning I thought it was okay, but the next morning I woke up and my skin was super dry. For the next few days I slapped on this “rich” moisturizer instead of my usual Juice Beauty one and noticed that my skin became progressively dry. Today I put this stuff on and my skin just feels parched a minute later. Hate this stuff!

This is excellent. Works fast, doesn't make my vision blurry, doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes and it doesnt dry out my eye area. It removes all my eye makeup (primer, shadow, waterproof eyeliner, regular mascara) in one go. I use it on a cotton square, hold it over my eye for 20 seconds and then wipe away.Highly recommend. I like it much better than my garnier micellar waters.

I didn't like this at all. Texture was a bit too greasy for me and didn't feel comfortable on my face. Got it near my eyes and it stung like hell. What's the point of a cleanser that you can't use for at least some of your eye makeup? Ofc I use a specialized eyemakeup remover for the liner and lashes, but come on, even drugstore cleansers (e.g. Boots, Garnier) don't burn your eyes if you even get vaguely near them, plus their texture feels better on the skin. I can't recall any other similar milky cleansers that sting my eyes as like this Clinique one. I just want to use this up for face make up, but I'm still stuck with this bottle!!

I want to love this because it can be used around the eye area (Clinique says so). it’s a nice formula that spreads well, isn’t heavy feeling on the skin and isn’t whitening. It even wears well under makeup. No chemical sunscreen smell, no smell whatsoever for thst matter. But I can’t use it in the winter months when this kind of product is a good choice for me despite using a heavy moisturizer. I believe Clinique’s claim of it absorbing excess oil because I’ve tried this over a generous application of argan oil, which usually counteracts the drying effects of mineral sunscreens, and my skin still feels super dry within an hour of application. I have a preferred summer sunscreen (australian gold botanical spf50 tinted face lotion) that wears better than this because it withstands a bit of sweating and I can wear it swimming. This isn’t water resistant and Clinique’s claim of it wicking perspiration isn’t true, it sweats right off and I can’t just blot it because it all comes off on my tissue and if I have any makeup on top it turns into a cakey mess.I honestly can’t devalue it because Clinique does say up front it absorbs oil, but I take off a lippie because Clinique says it can handle sweating and I say it can’t.

I love this stuff especially under makeup in a hot sweaty climate. I started off using it as a night moisturiser and now it’s day as well. A HG moisturiser for me.
