I'm surprised by the bad reviews!!! I got this as a free sample and although I already loooove the cover girl lash blast mascara, I figured I would give this one a try. Well, I now use these in combination!Let me tell you how amazing this mascara is...It isn't better than sex but I get what they're hinting at lol...Anyways it literally only takes about 3 swipes for my lashes to intensely increase in volume and length!! It's so easy! My lashes just look doll-like! I use the covergirl mascara with just a few coats because I feel like it separtes the lashes a little better- I could see why people say this stuff clumps- but it works amazing in combo with the cover girl, it separates everything out and my lashes just look great.... I will repurchase

This is actually the worst eyeshadow primer I've ever used, which I'm surprised about. It certainly helps prevent creasing for some time, but I've used other primers that were half the price and lasted twice as long. When I use this with Tarte eyeshadow, it'll crease in just under seven hours. If I use it with Elizabeth Arden, it'll crease in three. It doesn't do anything to enhance pigmentation, so I don't see the point in this because it adds nothing of value that a cheaper primer can't already do better. My eyelids aren't particularly oily. Eyeshadows do crease on me often but mascara never smudges, not even the infamously smudgy ones like Better Than Sex.Whats more, I have reason to believe this primer led to my eye area drying out noticeably and leading to me developing (temporary) deep wrinkles. I'm 25 with combination/dehydrated skin and I often have eczema, but no wrinkles anywhere. My left undereye area turned a dark grey and started peeling and looking scabby and noticeably flakey. I developed two very deep lines in my inner corner. I started moisturising with Aveeno Oatmeal eczema cream and rosehip oil to fix it which worked temporarily, but it kept coming back. I assumed it was due to my bad hayfever but then I read a comment on Reddit about someone else having their eyelids dry out from this primer and it occured to me that I'd never had this issue until I'd started using Shadow Insurance for a few months. I then ordered Urban Decay Primer Potion which I've been using for a fortnight now, and my eye area has healed completely even though my hayfever has since gotten worse (it's pollen season) and I'm now using a weaker moisturiser. The only thing I like about this product is the squeeze tube packaging. Other than that, it does nothing to aid eyeshadow pigmentation, vastly underperforms in wear time compared to cheap primers and made me look fifteen years older. For reference, the other primers I've tried are Australis, Etude House, Smashbox and UDPP. I hate to jump on the UDPP bandwagon because I dislike the company's morals, but it really was the best out of the lot in terms of lasting power and enhanced colour. The only thing I dislike about UDPP is that it bunches up badly in my inner crease so I have to use a tiny amount compared to the rest of my lid.

It was a hyped foundation, I have dry combo skin in winter and it accentuates my pores, is drying and feels cakey. Kind of disappointing.

The coverage and color selection of this concealer is great. Packaging and applicator are decent if not fairly standard. I love that this product is cruelty free and vegan. However, the strong artificial coconut smell makes my eyes water like crazy which is not acceptable when trying to use this product for under eye circles! I don't know what they were thinking putting that much fragrance in a product for your face. Truly a disappointment for me. But if your not bothered by extreme coconut scents, this product might work for you.

I'm pretty finicky about my concealers. I have very fair skin and reddish undereyes, as well as some acne scars and some redness around my nose. I've tried almost every concealer out there from Bobbi Brown to Nars Radiant Creamy to Glossier Stretch and they have all been too thick and cakey or too greasy. What I like about this product is that it's very lightweight, but it does exactly what it says -- it's radiant, hydrating, and has solid medium coverage. I use this concealer in the shade Fairest and it works perfectly for my neutral porcelain skin! Most companies do not make a shade this fair that isn't disgustingly pink, so points for that. I dab about 2 light layers over my undereye and I find that my dark circles are covered, plus the concealer reflects light really well and gives me a more glowy, awake look. This covers blemishes and other little areas on my face really well, too. It doesn't make me oily or break me out, and because it contains coconut water and hyaluronic acid it works fine on dry patches too. I do not find that it completely covers my acne scars, but it diminishes them enough to where I'm comfortable. If I'm being honest, I don't care if people see my acne scars, but of course this is a matter personal preference. It doesn't really crease on me either, and I'm usually too lazy to set my makeup. And for what it's worth, I get compliments on my skin whenever I wear this!Overall I have repurchased this concealer twice now and I will continue to do so indefinitely! It is a hefty price ($28!) but the product quality is well worth it in my opinion. There are more expensive, worse products out there. And for reference, I find that a tube lasts me about 4-6 months, depending on how often I'm putting on makeup. Give it a shot if you are tired of cakey, thick concealers!!

I don't really know why I bought this because I don't really splurge on setting powders. I like this enough as a setting powder, and for blotting after sunscreen but it doesn't work any better than my more affordable powders. For that reason, I wouldn't repurchase. If you don't really care about the price, then it's a good powder.

This couldn't hold a candle to the Nakeds matte palette that I received at the same time. This has limited colors and would only be good for a first palette. I was looking for a matte palette to flesh out my naked palettes. The naked mattes is it. This will be going back. It has nothing I need and it too pricey for what it is.

I am not impressed. I am not a big fan of the too faced formulas, since I always find them to sit a bit weird on the eye, almost like they are too powdery. There are some shades that I enjoy from the palette, like the two matte brown shades and the taupe, but I generally don't enjoy the rest of them. I also find that some of the shades would have been better off being other formulas, like the pink one maybe being a true matte rather than a satin and I find that the shimmers look awful on my eyes. I like the mirror and the smeel, but find the packaging a bit tacky

Used to think I loved this primer, since is hydrated my combination to dry skin, but I found out that it broke me out like crazy, leaving me with huge scars right now even though I stopped using this product for months!

I have the original version that appears like a translucent pink in the tube but comes off as clear on the lips.I LOVE this lip gloss! I'm not normally a gloss person but I apply this gloss multiple times per day since I bought it. I actually normally strongly dislike gloss, but this is the first gloss that has ever blown me away. It's perfect for my every day. It gives me a very high shine, glass-like effect which I love. It lasts a very long time for a gloss, and since my least favorite part about wearing glosses is needing to reapply, this makes me very happy. It's sticky but nothing that bothers me. It's very nourishing, which is amazing. I have dry, chapped, crusty lips ALL the time. After removing this gloss I feel as if I've been wearing a very hydrating and healing chap stick. It makes my lips so soft and smooth, which is a welcome change.I have full lips naturally, but I wanted a little something something more. It does give my lips a nice plump effect, and evens them out a bit (my top lip is significantly smaller than my bottom lip). I'm very happy with the way it fills out my lips because they look juicy but the change is not unnatural looking or overly noticeable. Just kind of looks like my lips have been perfected. It does sting for a minute or so after application but nothing crazy. I actually kind of like the tingly feeling. Maybe I'm crazy.Would highly recommend this if you want a little boost for your lips, along with a low effort, nourishing every day lip product :)ETA: Uhhh, what gives? I went through two deluxe size samples that I had, bought a full size, and the formula is completely different. This has happened to me before with mascaras, but what a disappointment. The full size is nowhere near as good, imo. Not really plumping and wears off very quickly. Also doesn't feel nourishing. Went from 5 starts to 2.

My skin:Currently on Accutane, a prescription drug for acne which in a nutshell, dries out your skin like crazy.I'm prone to flakes and clinging to dry patches.Shade: NC35-37, wearing shade Warm Beige in this foundation. This foundation is a dream come true. It applies very smoothly, blends effortlessly, blurs out the pores on my T-zone, does NOT cling to flakes and/or dry patches (however I do give credit to my exfoliating regime and the wonderful, non-greasy hydration that argan oil provides) and wears throughout the day perfectly- it does not transfer even after a long wear time. I find this foundation applies equally as good with either a brush or a sponge, however I do personally prefer a sponge as it tends to look a bit more natural. It also photographs very beautifully, which is a pleasant plus!I cannot say how this will wear on oily skin. I will mention that the oiliest part of my face is my nose (which always looks super duper greasy after awhile despite being on Accutane), and at the end of the day my whole face looks the exact same as when I applied, so I predict that it will be a safe choice for my oily skinned girlfriends too.I think this is very comparable to my old HG foundation Estee Lauder Double Wear. They both have medium-buildable coverage, they have matte finishes, they wear well and have a similar feel on the skin.I would actually even say that I now prefer this foundation more to the ELDW, because of the following:Too Faced Peach Perfect has a soft matte yet still skin-like finish. ELDW tends to look a bit like a stark matte mask sometimes (in other words, cakey lol)Peach Perfect comes with a looot more product for less money. You get 46mL of product for $45CDN which is an amazing deal compared to other high-end foundations sold at Sephora. For reference, ELDW gives you the standard 30mL for $48 CDN. This point alone is enough to make me repurchase Peach Perfect over ELDW any day. I've been reaching for this foundation more than any other in my collection (and there's a lot to choose from), so it's safe to say that it's my new favourite! Will definitely repurchase and recommend to my fellow normal to dry skin gals.

This is my first Too Faced palette and I have to say this palette completely hit it out of the park for me. I have been contemplating buying the ever so hyped up Chocolate Bar palette for the longest time but the shades just don't excite me so when I saw this limited edition palette I grabbed it during the Sephora VIB sale. I am so glad I did. First off, the colors - I am just in love with the peachy pinky and plummy scheme that's going on here. You can definitely still do a very neutral look but you can also go a way more dramatic route if you desire. All the colors have great pigmentation and goes on smoothly without skipping. I have the Tartelet in Bloom palette from Tarte (which I love and gave it a five start as well) but I have to say the matte formula Too Faced came up with for is palette is superior than the Tartlet in Bloom. It also smells amazing - I know this would turn off people who are sensitive with fragrance but I enjoy taking a whiff of the sweet peachy smell before I do my eye makeup. Also the packaging cannot be more beautiful - it is gold and feels substantial and love the magnetic closure and the mirror. It is very travel friendly. I love my ABH Modern Renaissance palette so much (I feel like the two palette can achieve a similar look) but I never want to take the MR when I'm traveling because of the light pink velvet packaging and this answers my prayer. All and all so impressed with this palette and I am so glad I didn't go for the Chocolate Bar. I am sad that this is only a limited edition. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves a peachy/pink/plummy shades.

I only use cruelty free beauty products and this is one of my go to cruelty free foundations. I use this in warm nude during the winter months when I'm pale and/or when I don't need any SPF in my foundation. I recently repurchased in a new shade since I want something to match me when I'm tan. I love how light it feels and that it truly makes me look like I'm not wearing too much foundation. My other go to foundations are Tarte Amazonian Clay, and NYX drop foundation.

No matter what brush I use, I cannot get a decent amount of product on. I don’t know if I got a dud or what, but it is getting returned. Powder should not be this difficult to use...

The only thing I dislike about this mascara is the price. I first got a sample tube of this out of my cousin’s Ipsy bag and it quickly became the only mascara I reached for. I’m now on my second full sized tube of it. My lashes are thin and can easily be weighed down or even broken by a too dry or heavy mascara, but BTS keeps a curl and looks and feels light as a feather. I’ve never noticed any broken lashes with it either. I adore how black this mascara is and how easy it is to layer. One coat gives me lovely work appropriate look and 2 or three coats give me long and sexy lashes. Yes, every once in a while I find BTS smudges a little under my eyes, but that’s most non water resistant mascaras. I can deal with a smudge here or there when the trade off is amazing lashes. The icing on the cake is that this stuff comes right off with coconut oil or eye makeup remover. I know the reviews on here are mixed, but you should at least give the sample size a shot if you’re on the fence. You might end up loving it.
