This foundation is very full coverage, great for a night out but not for everyday wear. It oxidizes a lot, so if you were to wear it throughout the day I would recommend going 1 or 2 shades lighter. I used it daily for a while and it definitely didn't do my skin any favours.

I'd always thought this was my holy grail. After realizing that it breaks me out, I still can't help but give it a good rating. Maybe it's just me that has broken out on this, or maybe it's the way I cleansed. Nevertheless, it is a great foundation that I will save for special occasions.pros:+ long long long lasting+ great coverage and smooth look+ may seem pricey but the whole bottle goes a long way+ great selection of shades (the only foundation where I got a perfect match)+ good oil control+ looks great on photoscons:- problematic ingredients despite being marketed as comedogenic - difficult to cleanse from the skin as it is heavy and long-lasting

I'm a NC42 and use the shade Medium warm 3W. It's a very yellow/tan concealer which suits me perfectly.I have to say it goes on lighter on the skin than it looks in the tube. You get the standard 7 ml, for 28$. A little goes long long way so def worth the price!I got combination skin, get a bit oily on my t-zone throughout the day and normal on the perimeter of my face.Concealers I own mentioned in order of preference, top choice to bottom: Makeup Store cover all mix - dark, Mac studio fix NW35, Tarte shape tape-medium, Maybelline Master conceal - 40 medium, Maybelline Age rewind and Fit me- 25 Medium, Collection 2000-DeepPackaging:Comes in a small glass bottle tube. Classy and simple with a gold-handle applicator. Doesn't look like cheap nor super expensive. Simple and classy, very Estee Lauder like. I like!Look/finish:I only use these for my undereyes as it's too light to use allover to spot conceal. If I found a shade for doing that I would buy it for that too. I don't really like too much of a stark bright undereye, but I do enjoy a healthy smooth bright look. This really covers everything beautifully and dries down to a matte finish. It sets fast so work in sections. I don't need to set it with a powder at all. I found that if I do that, it accentuate my fine lines and cracks I never knew I had. It also does not crease and stays put ALL day long. Big plus for the SPF10.Texture:A little goes a long way. It doesn't hurt to moisturize to prep as it sets so fast and very matte. It's so pigmented and creamy. Using the warmth of your fingers works as well as using a brush. I'd say it has a quite thick consistency. I think that's what helps with the coverage of this concealer. It's formulated with minerals and emollients to condition the skin. It's oil free and feels great on the skin. It's just perfect. Very easy to blend and little doe-foot applicator makes it hygienic, super easy and convenient to use. It Smell: It smells a bit like paint, nothing too strong. If you own the EL Stay all day foundation you'll know exactly what I mean, they smell the same. The good things is that it doesn't linger. But you can't really smell it if you don't put the nose against the product itself.Cons:Only downside is the shade selection. I don't think everyone could find a shade match, since they only offer 10 shades. If you have dry skin I think you'll need to prep and moisturize before. Conclusion:I was debating beween this and Nars. I tried the Nars 3 times and it felt too heavy and dry on me so I opted for this one. So happy I did, it's also cheaper than Nars, win win! This concealer is a must have! I think this is awesome, love this so much. One of the best concealer I ever tried! Couldn't recommend it enough. From all the concealers I own this concealer takes a proud 1st place! *Makeup store Cover all mix concealer Dark = My all time favorite cream pot concealer. Perfect to spot conceal, great staying power, pigmented, perfect for all around use.*Mac Studio fix concealer NC35= Great pot concealer. Amazing staying power. Perfect to spot conceal and cover darkness.*Maybelline Master conceal Medium 40= A bit too light but work ok for quick touch ups. Not the best staying power though.*Maybelline Age rewind Medium= Same as the Master conceal.*Maybelline Fit me 25 medium= Too light and not pigmented enough, too emollient. Bad staying power.*Sonia kashuk creamy concealer 02= Not pigmented enough and bad staying power.*Revlon Photoready stick concealer medium = Not pigmented enough. Bit greasy, bad staying power.*Mac Prolong concealer NC35 = Easy the work with, pigmented and long lasting. One of my favorites.*Milani sercret cover concealer = Too waxy, hard to work with and bad pigmentation.

I got this as a gift from a friend who didn't like the product for her skin. I was really happy with it, being that the product was so famous and expensive, I would never buy it myself. But unfortunately, I'll have to give it away. My face reacts really badly when I put this on. My face got red, a bit swollen under my eyes and felt like it was on fire. Such a shame!

Finally tried this much hyped foundation. Luckily I got a sample and didn't purchase because it did not work for me. I got matched to the color Rattan, which matched my skin perfectly. I tried this three different times and was disappointed all three times. First used it without a primer, then with the Smashbox primer, then with the Dr. Brandt Primer and it made no difference at all. By the three hour mark, it had gathered in creases that I didn't know I had! No other foundation that I currently use (itCosmetics CC cream, Revlon Age Defying and YSL) has ever done that. Very disappointing.

This is a drier formula than I would have expected for a tubing mascara. It does indeed give some serious length to your lashes but as with other tubing style mascaras, very little in the way of volume. The most disappointing thing about this mascara is that within minutes I saw little black flecks under my eyes from the product flaking off and it only got worse as time went on. The flakes are pretty stubborn as well because I had a heck of time getting them off my face when I removed my makeup. I don’t know if this is typical or if maybe my tube was a bad batch, drier than it normally is? Regardless, for $33CDN I am not impressed with having to sweep away black flecks while wearing this mascara. I get better effects from L’Oreal Double Extend Beauty Tubes mascara and it’s less than a third of the price. That one comes with a primer so you actually get both volume and length. This ELDW mascara is not worth the money and I will not be repurchasing it.

I got this as a gift with purchase and it's now my favorite lipstick I own. The color is a beautiful hot pink/fuchsia and the staying power is....OMG....unreal. It literally lasts 9 hours and that's through lunch. LOVE!

This foundation gives execellent coverage, lasts all day long without being touched up and doesn't look cakey.I wear the shade 1N1 Ivory nude, though could probably get away with a lighter shade now coming into the winter. I've rated the packaging less as it does not come with a pump, but the bottle itself is lovely.

I received a quarter-ounce sample of this expensive cream in a gold-colored jar. My skin is dry and the pale pink cream wasn't quite moisturizing enough for me. I don't see that there is anything in this cream that warrants a price in excess of US$300. It's just an ordinary moisturizer, despite announcing on the jar that it's a "transformative energy creme".

Estée Lauder is the 4th foundation I have tried! I have struggled so much in finding a foundation that fits my oily skin! I wanted something that made me look matte but not like a doll and I finally found that with Estée Lauder double wear! I did love the matte finish I got from urban decay all night however there colours were just not right for my skin hence me looking for a new foundation after 3 attempts my 4th attempt was finally successful with Estée Lauder, I wear the foundation all day at work in a warm office and come home to make up that has not budged! Great for my oily skin, yes I do need to add a little powder toward the end of the day but this is miles better than any other foundation I have tried!

I've been searching for my HG every-day spf winter foundation and i think I've found it. I was looking for a lighter, natural coverage which lasts. I'm a teacher in London and right now the weather and long hours are playing havoc with my skin. I have combination skin which is prone to acne which doesn't help (whoever told me that my spots would go during my late twenties is a merchant of LIES).I never get a chance to touch up my make-up during the day so needed something that I could apply early in the morning and trust to either wear off gracefully or (unimaginably) actually stay on my face and look nice after 12 hours - I'm happy to say that this foundation does the latter. After years of looking at my tired face at the end of the day in the (bloody awful) lighting of the staff toilets and weeping inwardly at the patchy mess my other foundations left behind, this is an actual blessing. The colour match is perfect for my pale skin and it doesn't accentuate any dry or flaky patches. Miraculously it also doesn't turn my face into an oil slick either. I wear it over Laura Mercier's 'protect' primer and then set it very lightly with powder and it pretty much sorts me out for the day. Bit of harmless shine on my nose but nothing too offensive. Also doesn't break me out which, considering my usual reaction to spf and my woefully sensitive skin, is another blessing. You will definitely need concealer over spots if you're going for a super flawless finish but personally I just need something that gets me through the day without scaring/entertaining my students so I'm fine with the sheer finish. I don't know what kind of voodoo magic EL have up their sleeve but I'm just praying this doesn't get discontinued.

This mascara has improved with opening like red wine. I see why the love. It has improved greatly: giving length, fullness and long wear. No flaking or smudging. And I no longer have to use primer. Oh and my curl stays intact. Upping the bullets.Originally--A you tuber I like was all over this mascara so lemming that I am I ordered this mascara. I love the brush: narrow rubber bristled brush perfect for small eyes, and it initially goes on so well providing definition, length and some volume. But by midday my lashes have fallen and the mascara looks wonky, and it seems to have worn off. I work from home at a desk job so I'm not digging ditches so my mascara should be intact all day. This mascara is just a wimp. But instead of giving up on it I tried it with Shiseido's primer and it lasted all day with only slight flaking. Still considering sending this back. (And I have got to Stop following this you tuber. Half of the things I've bought recently have been because of her. Just say NO!)

I am 20, i have oily, acne prone skin. My skin is very red and break outs around my mouth and forehead. Bottom line of this foundation is it covers fully. You would never know that I’m breaking out it’s great. It’s very thick but it covers my acne. Problem is, if you apply it a certain way, it will look cakey or tend to look that way. At the end of the day your face looks dry and creased. Even after priming and setting your face. i have been using this foundation for months, and for the price, it should perform miracles. I found Revlon color stay foundation for only $12 and it is an exact dupe. If you are to try this foundation, save at least $25 and go with the Revlon. Hope i helped!
