This was given to me as a gift. At first, I was entirely disappointed in the low color payoff, and then it hit me: use Elf's glitter eye shadow applicator. That was game changing. Now, the colors are soft, that's just how they're made, and you can get more vibrancy using them wet, but IMO, the best results come via the glitter eye shadow applicator. It picks up color and it sticks to the applicator really well, allowing for much better color payoff in a more vibrant, glowing way. I've used wet and dry, dry is better for me (personally). Would purchase again, that soft glow is lovely!

Hidden drugstore gem alert! :)Initially I bought this to use with my powder foundation, but soon realize it’s a multitask brush!I use it to set my loose powder, for blush, counter, and dust off excess after “Baking”. The brush is dense enough to pick up product, yet soft & pleasant on the skin. No shedding after daily use for a year! For the quality & the price - it's a steal, guys!

I have tried the UD All Nighter spray before and a few drugstore setting sprays (NYX, Essence..). I have never noticed a difference in longevity. Yes, they all made me look less powdery, but I think that's kind of...normal?However, with the ELF setting spray I do notice that my make up holds up quite a bit longer and is almost glued to my face. I'm really impressed, especially since it's 3$ per bottle. I always spray quite a bit on, but I do that with other setting sprays as well and never noticed a difference. The packaging is kind of cheap, but it's also a cheap product, so you can't really complain. The mist is strong and not very diffused so I'd recommend to either spray it from faaaar or to just pour the product into another spray bottle you like better. :) The smell is not amazing but personally, I don't think it's the worst ever. And it disappears pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend this setting spray. By the way, I'm talking about the "standard" version - I know they have added a matte version recently. I'm gonna have to try that out, too :)

I bought it in deep brown. Originally i thought this is the best drugstore pencil to every be put in the drugstore because it match my eyebrows perfectly, but little did know that this bad boy has no staying power. It rubs off during the day (i guess when i touch my eyebrows during the day). I was a little shocked to see there were spots in my brows that had no pencil on them, like very big visible holes. I don't know if i need to take an extra step or not to set it but the fact that I saw this for two consecutive days while wearing this pencil, made me reconsider the quality of this eyebrow pencil. It is good color wise because it is hard to find a deep brown that is almost black enough to fit the darkest of hair but its ability to stay on throughout the day, it sucks! I would only buy it again if I needed a quick cheap option from the drugstore.

I bought the pink toned one, "Pink Diamonds" at walmart and thought it was a bit too unnaturally pink. Picked up "moonlight pearls" at the elf store after hearing it's a dupe for the becca/laura mercier highlighters and i'm officially obsessed. It's "baked" so it has that weird hard/matte layer on the top, but i just rubbed it off. Such a gorgeous, natural color for 3 bucks. Since it's allegedly "baked" if you wet your finger/brush with water/setting spray (or your own saliva... gross but I've done it in a pinch, leave me alone), you can build this to be more dramatic.

This stuff is really GOOD! Honestly I was expecting it do be a total fail and do nothing. It was cheap and I was placing a big order on E.L.F brushes when they had their 50% off the entire site and the reviews looked very good on ULTA, so for $3.00 I picked up a couple of them. It makes my concealers go on so much easier, and really helps with creasing and they stay put without baking it on. I have fine lines under my eyes and baking always seems to accentuate them. The one thing I did not expect was that it makes my skin under my eyes look so much better. I'm reluctant to use under eye creams with concealer because sometimes it can tend to make it slide around but with this, it doesn't and my under eye area looks great when I take off my makeup. No irritation, no stinging, it feels nice and refreshing unlike the E.L.F. Illuminating Eye Cream which is junk in my opinion, and burned really badly. LOVE IT! I love it so much I just added a few more to my ULTA bag before I checked out. A great product to stick in my makeup gift baskets for friends and co-workers. Benefits: Infused with Vitamins C & E, Shea, green tea, aloe, and ginkgo biloba to nourish and condition the skin Sheer, silky smooth texture reduces the appearance of fine lines, puffiness, and wrinklesThe one thing that I don't really like is the ingredient list.... but it works for me, it doesn't irritate and my eyes look better so I'm not going to complain that I would like to see the Vitamins C & E, Shea, green tea, aloe, and ginkgo biloba higher on the list. I'm not a chemist so I leave that up to them. For all I know if those were higher up I might not like it as much.Ingredients:Water (Aqua), Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride, Glycerin, Paraffinum Liquidum (Mineral Oil), Dimethicone / Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Cetearyl Alcohol, C12-14 Pareth-12, Steareth-21, Polyisobutene, Steareth-2, Polybutene, Ozokerite, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Tocopheryl Acetate (Ve), Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Polyacrylate-13, Polysorbate 20, Methylisothiazolinone, Ascorbic Acid (Vc), Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract, Chrysanthellum Indicum Extract, Silica, Green Tea Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract. I have been looking for a light brown bronzer. Majority of bronzers with shimmer have lots of gold or orange in them. This is one of the few which does not. The shimmer is not overwhelming either. The blush part however has more shimmer. The combo looks fantastic on my NC37 skin. It provides a healthy glow and with this price tag, it is a given that should be tried.

It well................... i like the wand brush. ....At first i liked it. it not really wet and that was a good thing and it hold true to where it stayed all day and you can make it as dramatic or natural as you want. No length but that not something I care for too much as my natural lashes are long enough.Problem.......the removal was scary and weird. i thought I might lose my lashes! It like plastic! No wonder it smudge free. took almost 40 minutes to remove and Im sure some was still there. My lashes stayed clump together the following day. So i put oil on my lashes all day and by my night shower I was able to complete rid my lashes of it.The brush design is the only thing i like and love. I kept the brush and thrown out the rest. I love the conception of the nearly already "dry" mascara thing but using this stuff everyday. is a no recommend from me.It was only a dollar...but never again

I got it in Sheer. It has a slightly whitening effect on the lids and is a little opaque. My skin tone is NC 20 (warm-neutral, fair) and it is lighter than my skin tone. On applying, it spreads easily. It doesn't feel sticky. It dries on the lids quickly (<20-30 secs) and the tackiness completely disappears.I applied my eyeshadows directly (without a base layer) onto 1 eye and it blended well. On my other eye, I applied a base eyeshadow layer followed by my eyelid shadows. The 1st eye had eyeshadow which was brighter and not diluted in color.I noticed within a few hours that the eye where I applied the base layer ended up smudging badly. I had a racoon eye. The other eye (where I applied directly) did a lot better but it still smudged. Now I should mention I do have somewhat oily eyelids. But I don't have this problem when I use my anti ageing Urban Decay Primer Potion - it's very tacky and my shadows stick like glue regardless of the number of layers of shadows I use.Tldr - lasts for short durations to brighten shadows; but will have smudging/transfer of shadows for oily eyelids. Cheap primer for ppl without oily lids. Not a dupe for UDPP.

This is a great and inexpensive product. I picked it up at Walmart after reading it was a dupe for Urban Decay Primer Potion. I also tried the UDPP and loved it too. This primer has an opaque, light nude color which can be rubbed in sheer. I found it to hold onto my pressed eyeshadow for an evening out. The sponge applicator is fine but after I apply a drop, I use my finger to finish. It’s easily removed with a wipe or cleanser. A great product for a sweet bargain.

Honestly, this pencil beats out It Cosmetics and NYX - no question. I have it in the shade deep brown and it is the perfect cool, deep brown. The formula is more of a powder than a cream, so it goes on a bit softer and you don't have to press hard to deepen the shade. I also find this pencil is easier to blend than any other I own. Granted it's not slim, but I see absolutely no difference in application or performance. The spoolie is perfect for blending - its just the right size. I find myself reaching for this more than the other pencils I own and I have every intention of repurchasing this when the time comes.

This product has a learning curve. Although I purchased the Light Brown shade, it is actually more dark brown upon application. I found that dabbing a small amount on with a Q-tip and using the clean end to remove excess works best. Also, following this with some spoolie brushing helps. The product is bold and requires care not to look too artificial. The Pros: $1 and it stays on until you remove it. It works much better as a liner under the eye than it does on the brows.
Are you sure this product is discontinued?
