Man this stuff made me look like Jermaine Jackson. My face is so greasy with it. I'm not sure what airbrush they are talking about. It does sparkle but what good is that with oily skin? The coverage is good, will grab any blemish, and the pump is always my fave to prevent breakout activity. I tried two different primers and it was oil city both times :(

I just find this too soft..or something..it makes a mess, slipping and sliding outside my natural lip lines, is my main complaint. Just feels too soft when applying. I picked up the shade Dessert and it looks a bright peach on my lips, nothing like imagined or pictured in online swatches. And I realize lipsticks look differently on everyone, but I was not expecting a bright peach shade from Dessert, an 'a very unexpected color' to me is something I usually get from cheap low quality lipsticks. Also disappears within about half hour. Pretty much a colored lip balm, and an overpriced one and bad-performing one, at that. Just not a fan, and I will usually try 2 shades before deciding, but my experience with the one is so unfavorable, I am not interested in trying another. To me, NYX gel plush lipsticks, which are similar in theory, are nicer than these and perform better, and are along the same vein of these.

This color is really nice. A medium pink it is not too dark or light. I do need to apply once let it set for a minute and add a second coat if I want the full intensity. I have just gotten into the Revlon lipsticks and am impressed with all of them so far :)

I also am pleased as punch that, Revlon has added a pump to this foundation, and yet, the price is the same (in the big box store) as this was, some 6 or 7 years ago, so kudos to Revlon for not only NOT raising the prices, but ALSO ADDING a pump applicator. Some companies want to charge you extra if you want to purchase a pump applicator...*cough*cough*MAC*cough*cough... So, the pump is a great addition. The SPF is also a nice addition. Now, for me, I call this the foundation that needs to be applied at the speed of light, otherwise it settles ASAP and looks kind of dry and patchy. But I apply one area at a time and blend that area: ie, I apply this to my forehead, blend it in..move on to one cheek and apply to one cheek, blend in..move to next cheek, apply and blend in..apply to nose, blend, apply to chin, blend.. then blend down my neck a little bit.. But I find applying and blending one area at a time works best, otherwise this can look patchy and cling to dry patches, just settling too fast. I also find this to be a little tacky (slightly sticky) feeling for about an hour after application. I do blend well, so my guess is the SPF gives a slight tacky feeling. No biggie, and the tackiness is barely noticeable, unless you tap your face lightly, then you might notice it. There is a very SLIGHT scent to this, but it is only detectable really if you strain your nose to smell it or your nose is sensitive to scents. But the slight scent is there, my guess is it is due mainly to the SPF. A pretty decent shade range. Keeps shine at bay but I think if you have really dry skin, this might be drying for you. I did see on the display this is billed as 'demi matte'. So this does seem to have a slight drying aspect about this. But the plus side is this keeps the shine at bay pretty much all day. I sometimes have to use a mattifying primer with some other foundations, and I do not need a mattifying primer with this. I like picking up a bottle of this for vacations. It performs pretty decently, no major issues and I can work around having to blend this at the speed of light. But for me, this is just not nice enough for everyday or holy grail. Just kind of a pain to apply and blend fast fast fast. and can also accent dry patches that other foundations do not accent. I really think this should be labeled for 'normal' skin. JMO. But for vacations and quick trips to the grocery store, that kind of thing, this works just fine. Very nice for the price. Great to take on the go and not worry about it getting lost or breaking mainly as it does not cost a pretty penny. Yes, I have repurchased this (more than once), and yes, I would recommend it. Not an absolutely perfect foundation (those are hard to come by, anyway), but very nice, especially for the price!

Why did I have to spend $67.00 on a primer (Hourglass Mineral Veil) when this primer just gave me the smoothest canvas a makeup can be applied on. First off, if you are suffering from textures (pit scars, uneven skin tone) with some forehead wrinkling this will save the day for you. I can't rave enough about this primer and it works well for my combination skin.I also can see how dry skin folks would want to stay away from this primer. It is quite mattifying and may exaggerate dry spots on your skin.Overall, an amazing primer I will be repurchasing over and over again.

I've used the Brown-Black shade for years, it's one of the few really dark brown liners available in drugstore brands. Solid black is too harsh for my coloring, but I want something darker and more neutral than the many bright chocolate liners. I liked the original formula better, it stayed where I put it. The new formula is OK though especially at this price point. I line only my upper lid and partly under bottom lashes, then slightly smudge the bottom line as I do not want a solid heavy eyeline. Sometimes I layer navy or teal over the bottom line after smudging. I do use eyelid primer. Unless weather is extremely hot and humid, the liner stays put at least 8 hours. This liner loses points on packaging. The sharpener is, as other reviewers note, a joke. When the point gets too blunt for me, I pinch the tip between my fingers to reshape it. The pencil is easy to hold and balances well during application, but the crayon is not inserted well and often falls out, so pay attention how you handle the pencil.

I used to only buy Maybelline lipsticks because, well honestly they looked "younger" and i didn't want old lady lips...but after a ton of tries I give up on maybelline. All of there lipsticks look nice in the tube but never wear well (for me at least). I finally broke down and bought some Revlon lipsticks and I am sad it took me this long. First off at 4.99 a piece you can experiment with the colors. Second there are SOOOO many different shades to choose from. Third they wear so much better. Not sloppy and doesn't dry out the lips. Really impressed and will definitely will be buying more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This color in particular, Berry Rich, is very pretty. I will say it looks different on then it does in the tube. Looks like a light rose in tube but is more of a strawberry pink on me (I have very pigmented lips so things look different on me).

I wore this a few years ago and tried it again recently. A wonderful colour! I'm fair with pink undertones and this looks completely fine on my lips! It wears well and is super comfortable, not drying at all. Revlon lipsticks are the best in the drugstore and this one takes the cake. I'm nw10 btw. Not sure if this is helpful.

Big MEH. Revlon's Untamed is a blackened burgundy-brown with tons of bronzy-gold microshimmer. Very autumnal, but darker than I expected. Not my cup of tea exactly. I didn't think it was flattering or fun or cute.Good formula though. Opaque in two coats and no problems with application or wear. But I didn't love the color and I wouldn't buy this one again.

Gentleman Prefer Pink comes in two shades. 450 is a blue based pink. 451 is a warm pink. I have 450, which I love. It's a light/medium true pink with a bit of frost. It really works with my fair pink-toned skin. It's moisturizing and comfortable to wear. Wear time is decent. I only need to reapply after eating or drinking. It's a terrific everyday color. I also love the name. I've already bought a second one for my purse.

This has become my favourite foundation. It is less than half the cost of one Make Up Forever Mat + Velvet foundation and I find it to be lightweight yet full coverage. Though it isn't super mattifying for my oily skin, I still love how it wears. It is the best performing drug store brand and feels like a high quality product. The shade selection is very good. Other foundations melt off in humid weather, but this has staying power. I wear Medium Beige but can probably go to Nude in the Winter. Would definitely recommend the oily/combination one.

This is absolutely the worst lip product I have ever purchased.Pretty packaging and the good things end there. The texture is lumpy, heavy and resembles creamy lip gloss or melted in the sun creamy eye shadow. This is NOT a matte lipstick. It can not be applied evenly at once without having to re-apply and you have to go over the terrible lumpy streaks the applicator leaves. The amount of liquid the applicator takes out is barely there as if the bottle is empty.Feels smooth but it bleeds all over the lips leaving coloured blotches on the skin around my lips.I bought four and I threw 3 of them almost immediately.I am so disappointed at Revlon for putting out this crappy product and the price is definitely not cheap at $7.99 a piece.A Family Dollar has better quality! Stay away!

I bought this product having high expectations however I was so disappointed!! The shade I bought was 330 in natural tan and for reference, i'm about NC20-25, and good lordy it looked so orange and pink on me at the same time somehow! Other than the shade, the formula wasn't too bad although I found that it really stuck to every single bump and piece of texture on my face :(, I really wanted to like this product but sadly it just didn't work for me!! It's also so expensive in Australia

I like the packaging, pumps are the way to go for foundation. The first time I applied this, I used one pump on each side of my face and used a Beauty Blender. Although the application process was pretty good, it felt heavy on my face. And when I applied a very light dusting of powder, (I use a 5x mirror) I noticed a shimmer all over my face and for some reason thought it might be the powder. It looked crazy on me so I washed my face and started over. This time I used a little over a half pump each side. I still noticed the shimmer. So now I'm returning it.

I bought this pencil in Blonde after my HG brow pencil was discontinued. Pro:Formula/texture - soft enough to make it easy to "draw" with and doesn't drag skin or brow hairs; hard enough to actually show up; not waxy or sticky.Lasting power - stays long past an 8 hour day without smearing or fading.Style - automatic pencil doesn't need sharpening Eh:Brow brush - the other end is a spoolie style brush. It's a good spoolie (soft, big) but I prefer more of a flat brush style for brows. Con:Combination of pigmentation + thickness = severe browsIf you like a strong brow look, you might love this pencil. I'm a primary teacher with naturally square arches so if I have too strong of a brow, I look mean! The blonde shade is just a tad darker than a dark neutral blonde (though with zero redness/warmth like a many other brow pencils to varied results) and while I am a light brunette, the depth of color and great pigmentation made my brows quite dark. Combined with the thickness of the brow pencil - it's no micro - it really made my eyebrows look severe.End result: Has lots going for it, but a no-go for those (like me) who want a softer brow look.
Are you sure this product is discontinued?
