I bought this in pink "Parfait" and cannot be more disappointed in the texture and terrible application. NYX is one of my go-to brands for their amazing lippies but this is a definite fail. The balm is cakey and uneven when applied, and you can absolutely not wear it alone. Moisturizing your lips prior or applying a layer of chap-stick underneath seems to help but I still would not recommend this product or purchase it again.

I love the way this feels on my skin. This definitely gives my skin a glowy look. I can use foundations that I normally can't use because they're too drying, if this is under it. I'd give it 5 stars if it could also handle my pores. I find myself using a primer for pores and this. Which ya know... more products used, more money used. THAT BEING SAID I still love this stuff. It's hydrating and helps create a really nice base for my foundation! Will definitely repurchase :) Keep in mind, as others have said, this doesn't create an insane glow. It's just a nice dewy glow. If you want a glow to the Gods kind of glow you're gonna have to probably get some liquid highlighter. This is perfect for everyday use though.

A THANK YOU to NYX for not ignoring us redheads first of all. I spent over a month trying to find something for my eyebrows and even most expensive brands either don't have anything or only offer a single product for redheads as if we all have the same shade of hair color. Yes I know we can also use eye shadow on eyebrows but I'm not going to do even more research and tests to find something. The only tiny negative thing I can say about this product is that the packaging is a bit difficult to open. The rest is all good. The color looks dark in the package but its lighter shade red is lighter than it appears when you put it on. It might suit for strawberry blondes too. I'm auburn redhead for me mixing the two colors gives a great result. The wax doesn't shape the eyebrows much if you have stubborn hair that grows upwards like me but it helps a lot for the powder to stick. The price is reasonable for the quality too. I will definitely repurchase.

This is one of the best products I've ever spent money on, hands down. I used to have cystic acne and even though it's since cleared up with age, I've still been left with large pores as a reminder as well as sensitive skin. This product is phenomenal in making my skin look so much smoother and poreless. Hasn't broken me out at all, either. **But a little also goes a long way, I only put a pea sized amount on my fingertips, rub the product with my hands a bit first to warm it up and then put a thin layer over my t-zone. Will definitely repurchase till forever!

Gives length, volume, and curl. I don't own a bunch of drugstore because I usually stick to what works for me but I needed a new mascara and wanted to test this out. I honestly like this one and I've tried higher end brands that aren't as good as this. Gives volume but you can't expect it to be as voluminous as bold false lashes. Good boost for natural wearing lashes.

Disappointed :( it goes on nicely at first but once you try to blend, it just disappears! I tried applying it different ways and tried using more product but still happens. Maybe it is not thick enough of a formula?

I own Cherry Pie, plus a fuchsia one whose name I don't remember.I find these glosses to be pretty, moisturizing, minimally sticky, and reasonably long-lasting. I wish the containers were larger, and I'd prefer a brush-tip applicator, but for the price I'm not going to complain. Of the two Butter Glosses I currently own, I prefer Cherry Pie, which is a moderately opaque blue-red. It does tend to go pinkish if worn on its own, but over a true red lipstick, like ColourPop "Trust Me," or NYX "Lucy," it yields a jewel-tone red. Inexpensive, cruelty-free, great quality, readily available? Those traits are enough to make Butter Gloss one of my favorites!

Cherry Pie is an inexpensive, cruelty-free, minimally sticky true blue-red gloss that is widely available in drugstores. What's not to love?I wear red lips often, and one of my very favorite combinations is ColourPop Lippie Stix in "Trust Me" + Cherry Pie = a classic blue-red lip for <$10! I'll most likely buy Cherry Pie again, unless I decide to try one of Kiko's or Buxom's stellar glosses in a red shade, just to see how they compare.

I live in a very hot, humid climate which tends to make my makeup very oily if I do not use some sort of a setting spray to set my face. I use it as a primer to prime my face before my foundation and I also set my face again once I’m done with my makeup. Ever since I tried this trick, my foundation doesn’t have a streaky or oily look to it. My face stays fresh all day with only a hint of oil on my nose which is amazing! I’ll use blotting sheets for my nose but overall, this spray does the heavy duty work of reducing the oil. It’s budget friendly which is awesome! You can’t beat the $8 price tag! I love the packaging which is very simple and sleek. In my opinion, this is the perfect dupe to Urban Decay’s All Nighter Setting Spray.

The highlight just doesn't sit on the skin very well and doesn't leave a smooth looking texture. The contour does not blend out well at all, leaving patchy stripes on the face. When it comes to the packaging, the little dofa applicator is too short to get the product from the bottom.

This product comes off ridiculously greasy. The contour stick side isn't as greasy and blends reasonably good but the highlight literally doesn't just give you a glow, it makes you look like you've sweated for a decade. Along with being greasy, its also very sticky, so applying powder over that highlight will come out very cakey. I would buy the contour side if it came on its own though.

Let me start off by saying this is my holy grail foundation. That being said there are a few things I don’t love about it.I don’t have terrible skin so I find the coverage to be perfect for me and so light but if I do have to cover anything I don’t find it incredibly buildable. I think if you need a full coverage foundation then this perhaps would not be for you.The bottle and dropper are easy to use and I don’t find it particularly messy but I wonder about how hygienic it is and more importantly how such a tiny bottle can cost so much. I have been using it for about a month and a half and it’s almost finished. All that being said, this foundation goes on flawlessly and feels as if you aren’t wearing anything. It dries quickly with a chalky but still slightly dewy texture which I love. There are so many shades to pick from that it’s easy to find the right match. I use shade light and will be purchasing forever more or until I need full coverage

I picked this up at the drug store on sale for $5 the other day, I imagine they're discontinuing this. I am reading the comments below and I can see why people would find the texture tacky and not amenable to blending. I found that, because the product looked so white after application, I wanted to use a nude coloured Sephora powder primer that I happened to have over top of it. I found that helped even things out and blending is actually a dream. This isn't an all-in-one product but it still does a good job at setting up an even base that will make your shadow colours pop a little more.
Are you sure this product is discontinued?
