Something about this formula doesn't sit well on my lips. It is indeed very lustrous and glides on the lips easily, but it's also kind of grainy and patchy at times. It's passable, but it's not quite up to par with most of my other lipsticks, especially mid-range/luxury ones. The price point is nice and there are some really beautiful colors in the range, though, so it's always worth checking out.

I have used many foundations from just about every high and (low-end) brand you can think of and I have to say that this one for combination-oily skin is simply the best IMHO. The formula makes the skin look fresh and vibrant no matter how much sleep I got the night before and lasts all day long. Also, being on the oily side, my pores seem to vanish and no oil build-up is visible throughout the day. I haven't tested its wearability for the 24-hour period, but wow, after eight hours of work, rain or shine conditions, sweat, humidity, heat and you name it, my face still looks flawless and fresh. On top of all that, unlike its sticky-to-the-touch original formula of the late 1990s, approximately when this debuted, this newer formula is super easy to apply with my makeup brush and super build able, blends easily into my skin and stays put, even without primer. I also like the fact that it has sunscreen, though I wear a separate one anyway underneath, I like the fact that the sunscreen doesn't "blur" or look greyish in photos, which some foundations containing sunscreen can, and it doesn't seem to oxidize either. The price is right, the matching powder is also awesome, and the color range is pretty decent for a drugstore brand. All in all, this one is my HG! Neither my Dior nor Urban Decay foundations can hold a candle to this one; it's a keeper for sure.

My fingernails are almost always shorter than yours, guaranteed, so I can't properly paint the edge of my nail as one is supposed to. Consequently I get tip wear with almost everything, including this, but I don’t get chips, and in my book chips are worse than edge wear, especially with a deep red color like this. I’m on day four and it looks decent.Speaking of this color: gorgeous, gorgeous deep blood red with a few drops of prune. It is so, so sophisticated. It certainly isn’t a bright red like the pic. It is dead pigmented one, no jelly or crelly here. I have to say that my attention was draw to it by the reviewer(s?) who said that it was a vintage 1945 color. I can believe it and I love it. More, Revlon, MOAR!

Rich girl red is exactly what I had hoped it would be. It's a warm toned red, but very "safe" because it is super sheer. You can put one layer for that barely there warm red tone, or build it up for more impact. Love it. Sort of like black honey but a red version. It feels nice on the lips, really nice actually, and hasn't migrated out of my lip lines being worn without a liner. I suppose it would look good with a red lip liner, but that would give the overall look more opacity. It looks slightly shiny but not particularly glossy, and not as shiny or slick as urban decay sheer formulas. Just a moisturized looking, barely there type of shine (once again reminds me of the clinique almost lipstick in terms of shine and opacity and even feel on the lips). I really like it. It was like 5 bucks at Wal-Mart. My only complaint is the packaging. The lid on the one I got is a bit loose and I'm worried it mi get come off in my bag. Other than that its great for what it is, a very sheer, very slightly orangey red creme lipstick. Very nice.

Have this in Coral, it's very similar to the discontinued lip butter in juicy papaya. I actually like this a bit more, nice shine, great colour not too bright but a lovely sheer coral. Would repurchase.

I bought the one in tropical summer. This product is very useful for the spf 20 protection it provides. However, it does get a bit drying so I'd carry another balm to help with that if you plan on using this over several hours in the day. The smell is fantastic and isn't off-putting. If you're looking for some lip protection from the sun, this is for you!!

So I am in this age range for this product and thought.. wow .. lets give this a go. I have worked in the cosmetic industry and have always used great skin care daily. So I have now been trying out some drug store brands of foundations. I guess, always looking for that "OMG" product. I have been using Cover Girls Simply Ageless foundation and surprisingly LOVED IT. So I ran out and thought, let's try this. I love Revlon products.... ;however.. this one I do not.I gave it a few chances. With my moisturizer underneath, without..and both times it was difficult to apply, it actually dragged over my skin leaving "empty patches" and settling in spots around my nose and mouth. There are no wrinkles there, just the regular textures of my skin.It wore off, and felt like it was actually slipping off. I was very disappointed. I do love the packaging. I think you would get all of the product out unless, like me, you return it as throwing it away at $15 is really a "hell no."Id not recommend nor buy this again and for something I am shocked I love.. I will go back to Cover Girls/Olay's foundation.

Okay, so, I’m a pale girl who likes a full coverage and you know what that means? The little amount of colour you have ends up getting lost. I also have dry skin so powder blushes just look bad. So, when I heard about Revlon’s new cream blush that reportedly gave a sheer amount of colour, I was over the moon! Sure, it’s expensive but I though, “Well, hey, I’ve heard good things, I’m sure it’s worth it!” Boy, was I wrong. I bought ROSE GOLD KISS and went on my merry way. When it came time to swipe the colour on my cheeks, it wiped off my foundation. Huh. Okay, I’ll fix my foundation and dab it on my fingers AND THEN apply it to my face. Hm, nope, this time the colour barely showed and when I blended it out, the colour disappeared. Alright, I’m not applying enough. I grab a concealer brush and cover it in a force to be reckoned with amount and try applying it to my face once more. NOPE, nothing! At this point, I’m like, “What am I doing wrong?!” As it turns out, I wasn’t doing anything wrong, the product just doesn’t work. The packaging is beautiful, the cream consistency is gorgeous but at the end of the day, if it doesn’t work or at least show up on PALE SKIN, what’s the point? I’m so disappointed because this product sounded like it would be what I was looking for but...it wasn’t.

These seem very nice, I purchased #730 yesterday and have played about with it a bit. It's a sheer, shimmery nude rose pink. The perfect natural polished eye look! The pigment intensity isn't very strong - I think the Maybelline Tattoo ones were better in that case. I have "Bad to the Bronze" which is by comparison much thicker and more metallic. This Revlon one seems thinner, sheer but creates a beautiful shimmery wash of colour that sparkles in the sun. I just used my fingers but the brush that comes with it also looks handy. I didn't notice any scent. Guessing they could also be used as a base for other shadows too. I always use eye primer but these seem to dry quickly and set well - it's been over 6 hours so far & no creasing or flaking so far. I would recommend these for people looking for quick, neutral eye shadows that are easy to apply and last all day.

Ugh. I read the prior reviews, but i really hoped this would play nice with my face.OMG - this is super light coverage. No joke. For the $$$ - right there, don't buy it. Go buy Burt's Bees BB cream or something. Better money spent and good light actual coverage for the money.I don't even like to wear a ton of makeup/foundation - and wanted something light coverage -but this stuff is TOO LIGHT. Like a prior review mentioned, where the heck does this stuff go? I swabbed some on one side of my face, and buffed it in with a brush (sponge no way) and ..... I had to put on more. After I got the hang of how much I wanted to put on - it buffed out nicely with a brush and did not sit on top of my skin like almost ALL foundations do (leave those little white marks in every pore and then get chalky)..this actually looked nice. I was so happy, even though it took more swipes than I thought. However, I got to work - and about 2 hours later, looked in the bathroom mirror and it looked like nothing was on my face. It's like it absorbed into my skin. This doesn't even give you BB or CC cream coverage, which I consider pretty nice and good light coverage. This stuff is WEAK. I also have oily skin, so that didn't help and I think it made it break down fast (emollient foundation to be in stick form..)The upside -- Vanilla was a perfect match to my skin tone. PERFECT. And for how well it meshed on my skin? Great. The bad?? Not worth the price. It was $12 for 0.24 ounces???? ZERO POINT TWO FOUR OUNCES. After seeing how much I needed to swipe on just to get some decent redness covered (I don't even have pimples!) - I'd use this sucker up in one week, maybe 2 weeks max. Such a let down. If it didn't make me more greasy as I get oily - i'd consider using it with other foundations, but I'm afraid it would just make everything more oily. Ugh. I had such high hopes for this. I'd consider returning it -but I think I'll just keep it for possible concealer or donate it.

I got this in Plum Brown as I haven't seen a mascara with that shade in years. Anyway, it's a very subdued colour and I needed 4 coats to create a finished look. It doesn't look plum, just lighter brown. It doesn't add much length or volume - just a little. It's quite a nice natural look, if you don't mind spending a long time brushing it on until it shows. It didn't irritate my eyes yet. I don't think I would buy this again but I will use it sometimes.Update next day: it did irritate my eyes after a few hours and I had to wash it off.

Revlon recently updated their brushes. The new version blush brush is AMAZING! Has the look and feel of a high end brush for around $12. The brush head is short and compact but soft so color glides on effortlessly. I highly recommend.

I paint my nails at home. I don't get manicures or pedicures. Natural nails. I've never used gel polish. That said, I have spent a fortune on high end nail polishes; OPI, Deborah Lippmann, Smith & Cult, Chanel and lower end polishes such as; Sally Hansen, Essie, Zoya, Wet and Wild...the list is very long!I decided yesterday to purchase 4 Revlon polishes. Not gel, just regular polish-the same I used years ago.By far, this is the most consistent polish, beautiful colors, fun colors, business colors, everyday neutral colors. The brush is thin, the polish is thin. I LOVE this so much more than thick brushes and thick polish. 2 coats-perfect! Truly, Revlon regular nail polish lasts longer and is easier to put on than ANY other brands I've ever used! The tip I do have to polish lasting longer is Seche Vite top coat. I paint my nails at night. No "sheet nails" ever!Tried and true, always! Thank you Revlon!

Purchased this in the shade Creme Brulee (705). Really like that this provides buildable coverage. Applying 1 coat gives just a subtle sheen - appropriate even for a daytime look. At 2 coats, the impact is almost like a foiled shadow and the effect is fairly close to what I can get using 1 coat of the much more expensive Stila Shimmer and Glow liquid eyeshadow. I like the Stila, but feel it is too intense to pull off during the daytime, so appreciate that this Revlon has the ability to pull off both day and night looks. I don't have oily lids so I almost never bother to use shadow primer and ColorStay lives up to its name - many mornings I can put this on at 7:00 getting ready for work and will find it still is in place when I take off my makeup before bed.The packaging is pretty nice for a drugstore - small glass jar and within the lid is a surprisingly usable synthetic shadow brush - great for traveling when you don't want to have to pack a separate shadow brush. I'll absolutely try this out in other shades and I would buy this again.

I like the coverage and look of this but hate the applicator. The more you try to blend with the sponge the more it rubs off. I use a brush instead. It’s also very expensive at $18.00 for a drugstore foundation. I’m in the shade 330 natural tan. Im an NW 35.
