I hate this thing! It's even worse than Sisley. Pros: - frankly, I don't think I see any. Well, the packaging is well designed, and the smell isn't bad. Cons:- I have genetically dry highlighted hair, I never get a greasy scalp, but when I use this shampoo by the end of the day two my head looks terrible;- it made my scalp flaky and itchy;- it made my thin hair strands thicker, but not in a nice way, it feels like coated messy wire (perhaps I can't coop with the wheat protein);- I can't see any moisture in my hair only a greasier roots;- it's impossible to brush my hair at the parts where I don't apply a conditioner, and even with a conditioner, it is still a very hard job;- it gave me eczema. I'm very surprised that so many people love this. I'm sending this back.

I tried this stuff for 5 min. It smells like asparagus pee, I'm not even kidding. Horrible, had to wash my hair right away. Unreal. I bought this at a reputable beauty product store, so at least I can return it.

I've been using this product for 10 years! I love it! My hair is thick and naturally wavy (Type 2c). Even when my hair is in good shape, it does not naturally have shine. I like to use this when I flat iron my hair, and want to go for that smooth, sleek look. This works best when I apply to dry hair. (It does nothing when I apply it to wet hair.) After I flat iron my hair (with a separate heat protectant), I apply this a few inches from my scalp and focus on my ends. It turns my hair from dull to having a healthy sheen (not a fake looking shine)! The great part is that there is no sticky residue the next day. I wash my hair every three days; so, it is very important not to have residue. I don't need to apply it again after the first day. I honestly haven't tried many other shine serums, because I don't have complaints about this one. The only other shine serum I have tried was the Paul Mitchell one, and I like the Brocato one better.

I rarely have anything nice to say about shampoos. Mostly because, in the past, they've more or less wrecked my hair.I started box dyeing my hair in high school, and only now started using a 10 volume developer from Sally's. So you can sort of imagine the damaged hair I'm working with. It's thick as hell too. I dream of Diana Prince from "Wonder Woman" hair, but mine's more of a straw-like quality.I've tried using high end shampoos before. They never work. Biolage, Redken, Abba... hated them all. But I still make the yearly trek to Beauty Brands during the liter sale, hoping that there's some miracle shampoo for my poor hair. And thanks to the many reviews on MUA... I finally found it!I bought the shampoo and conditioner together, so I can't say what it's like to use them separately. But I could tell an immediate difference from the first use. My hair just felt lighter. Usually, it's weighed down and I have to pull out all the stops to add some volume, but that was not the case.As I've continued to use it, my hair has gotten nicer and nicer. It retains water so much better now, is a lot more smooth and sleek, and just feels healthier. I'm in love.I just hate the price. My username probably indicates that I love a good deal the way most people love their first born. So I'll probably just stock up during liter sales. And I mean... I guess this is technically saving me money, since I no longer have to shell out on products that add volume, shininess, tame flyaways, and the like. I'm down to using 2-3 additional products in my hair (down from who knows how many) so that's progress.Anyways, buy this shampoo. It's witch magic. Probably. Thank me later

There's something kinda gimmicky about the vibration, but i think it gets my super thick hair straighter. I have extensions sewn into my head and get super shiny gorgeous hair with this. I can also make pretty waves and curls with it. Most of all I love the auto shut off. I'm a crazy mess in the morning and my house burning down is the last thing I want.

I've used this for years with great results. My hair is 3A curly, but thermally straightened and colored. Cloud 9 provides good moisturizing with just enough slip and a clean scent. It rinses easily, even in hard water. Love this stuff.

I had been using my Bespoke (the T3) flat iron for 7+ years. Loved it but it finally gave out. I did a lot of research as to which one to buy and decided on this one due to the great reviews. I brought mine at Ulta for $160. I have been using it for the past several weeks and I am absolutely amazed at how well it straitens my hair. But it does much more than just straighten my hair. I wash my hair every other day and but I blow dry and flat iron every day. With all that drying and all the products, my hair is usually dray and dull. I thought that was just due to my age. But then I used this flat iron. My hair was soft, shiny and so soft. In addition, it did not leave my hair flat. My hair was straight, but it had body. I really love this flat iron. It is well built, closes completely. The setting are digital and can go all the way up to 430 but I use the 380 setting and it works very well for me. The 1” barrel has beveled edges so you can round hair up or under and (if you are talented) you can even use it to curl. I do not have the skill to curl but it is easy enough to use otherwise. It is smooth, does not tug on my hair and is just perfect in every way. The reviews are all correct. This is a great flat iron. I recommend it.

Overall I am very happy with the results this had on my hair. My hair is not in terrible condition or anything but I dye it every 2-3 months and that causes lots of dryness especially on the ends. I have used many hair masks/deep conditioners and I can tell you that this one definitely delivers what it promises. This left my hair very soft and tangle free and looking beautiful and shiny after blow drying. It smells really good too, kind of like a Gap perfume I had when I was in high school :) Can't remember the name of it now. I think this would be too heavy for me to use every time I wash my hair, but used as a once-weekly treatment (leave it on for 10-15 minutes) its just perfect!

YES. YESSSSSS. YEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSS.I went from a level 2/3 dark brunette (my natural color) to a level 10 platinum about six months ago, then back to brown in November, and then three days after going brown stripped it back to a level 8/9. Because my stylist basically overdosed my hair on Olaplex, it's still in pretty dang good condition; but my hair was never totally smooth, even undyed. And Olaplex will really only take you so far. So while the frizzy, unkempt look can sometimes be pulled off with blonde hair, I don't usually want it. I've tried millions of smoothing products, infusions, oils, you name it. They either did nothing to tame my hair, or just sat there -- an oily film on top of stubborn frizz is NOT a look that can be pulled off by anyone. My stylist recently moved to an Ulta, and the last time I saw her, she shampooed/conditioned my hair as usual, and used a basic heat protectanct on it before blowdrying. Even with a round brush and careful blowdrying, my hair still miraculously had tons of frizz. And then she put a dollop of this in my hair. As I watched my hair transform from a bale of hay to flaxen satin, I said to her, "I don't know what that is, or how much it costs, but I need it."So, it's Brocato Actives Restorative Hair Infusion, it's $20 at Ulta for 1oz (which will last you forever -- I only use a dime sized amount for my whole head), and yeah, you need it.I'm not exactly sure what witchcraft this is, but it never weighs my fine hair down, and always delivers a soft, touchable shine that makes my hair look and feel brand new and untouched - definitely a feat for hair that's been through hell and back, twice. Plus, it smells amazing. I put a dime sized amount into the palm of my hand after my hair is dry (I usually air dry it), rub it around, and then smooth it from about 3/4 up the shaft of my hair all the way down to the ends. I've included a before and after photo to show what it does to my hair: the first is after I've brushed my hair. The after is after smoothing the Brocato in -- no brushing. The packaging is really nice, too. It's a plastic bottle with a hidden pump. You twist the silver cap, and the pump rises up. Twist it the other way, and the pump goes back down into its chamber, and it can't leak/be pumped while closed.I will never be without this. You will pry it from my cold, dead hands -- but at least I'll have fabulous hair.

I think this product is misnamed. I don't find that it really adds much volume to my hair. Instead, it is a rare deep conditioner that doesn't weigh down my fine, straight hair. When I think of it that way, it works well. It conditions deeply, rinses easily, and leaves my hair soft and tangle-free without weighing it down. It has a pleasant but not overwhelming fragrance. I picked it up on clearance at Ulta for 50% off because I like other products from the Brocato Swell Volume line. However, the retail price is almost $20 for just 5.3 ounces. Although I don't need to use much each time, I find that true for any conditioner on my hair. Since I'm unlikely to find it so cheap again and since I can no longer get it from Ulta, I doubt I'll repurchase.Ingredients: Water, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearalkonium Chloride, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Stearic Acid, Sunflower Seed Extract, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Wheat Starch, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Fruit Extract, Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, Apigenin, Wine, Oleanolic Acid, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, PPG-26-Buteth-26, Phytantriol, Panthenol, Petrolatum, Kaolin, Butylene Glycol, Polyquaternium-10, PVP, Sodium Chloride, Aminomethyl Propanol, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Benzyl Salicylate, Limonene, Fragrance. continued >>

This made my hair incredibly flat. It's targeted towards those with fine/limp hair but honestly it just amplified the problem.I truly believe these are false reviews or over glorified reviews because there's no way, the previous reviewers and I, are talking about the same product. There was no fluff, there was no bounce, only hair that was incredibly sticky and dead straight, in the most dull and lifeless way.Goodbye Sam Brocato.

I got this on sale at Ulta. It was dramatically discounted so I am not sure if this is being discontinued. It is supposed to "gently straighten" your hair after application. The product does contain macadamia oil and shea butter. My 3b curls are not that curly since coloring it, but I still saw that my hair had controlled waves after using it. They were shiny and soft. It has good slip and I only left it in for less than five minutes. It has a pleasant scent too. Overall, I love the smoothing abilities of this and hope that Brocato considers maybe keeping it in the line.

Not bad at all. It has a very pretty blue color and is creamy in consistency. It has a pleasant scent, almost candy-like and it does leave my hair hydrated. If I use too much, then my hair feels gummy. I apply to my wet hair and can either use it alone or paired with a gel. This was heavily discounted at Ulta so I saved some bucks. There are better Leave-in conditioners but this is surprisingly decent and it does its job.

I bought this just because it smelled like cotton candy.it didn't provide nourishment for my hair. instead, it made my hair dry and not touchable. The only brocato products I've tried are this one and their movable hold hairspray (which I love) I'm still going to try more of their items!
Are you sure this product is discontinued?
