This mascara is pretty standard: it applies well, dries nicely and does not flake throughout the day. I did find my eyes a little irritated when I was sweating my make-up off at gym, but no dark circles! It is extremely affordable, so my expectations were low, but it did exceed them. This is a great mascara, if you are looking for a cheaper option or want a 'natural look'. If you're like me, who prefers a more dramatic look, this mascara isn't for you. (Unless you have ample time to spend applying layers of mascara...) There are definitely more expensive mascaras that are worse than this though. So if you're looking to cut costs, this isn't a bad option. I on the other hand would pay a bit more for the Lash Sensational Mascara, as it's an all-time fave and I can achieve the look in fewer coats. Pros - Super duper affordable - Cute, sturdy packaging (which feels high-end) Cons - Not much volume

I really like this foundation. I have it in 52 and it is a good match for a pale olive skin. Only thing I don't like: Does not last well.

Mediocre foundation for me, gets really oily on my t zone and performs worse than other drugstore alternative. Colorwise 55 dark beige was a good match for my nc35 skin.

What a pity that this beautifull product is almost nowhere available now. I really think this was a master piece of bourjois. Everytime it came in the shop the next day it was sold out. While the other ones were still there. It is so beautifull on a coloured skin. The glitter is elegant, the smell amazing. Absolutely fabulous. I know a lot of woman around me who wished that this product was still on the market

Really like how it looks on my skin however unfortunately it does not last that well on my skin. Usually by around the 5 hour mark I'll start to see it breaking up on my skin. Could be due to the fact that my cheeks get really warm at times though

I have Olive/Asian combination Skin. Have a very oily T-zone but normal everywhere else. I prefer a satin finish and sheer-medium foundations rather than a full coverage matte foundation. I love a natural finish or the "like skin" bases. I'm about an NC30 in MAC and have the Light Beige 53 + Dark Beige 55 in the Serum Foundation. I'm on to my 3rd bottle and I also use the Healthy Mix Foundation from the same Brand.Pros:- Amazing for people who don't like wearing heavy foundation- Has a pump (MAJOR PRO)- The finish is light and feels plump on your skin- Smells fruity- Does not oxidize- Bottle is travel friendly- You can layer the foundation to full coverage but I would not advise it as it starts to get heavy on your skin- Does not separate on my nose be the end of the day- Decent longevity (I would say between 8-10 hours of wear, anymore than that it will start getting a bit dull) - Satin/like skin finish- Mixes well with highlighter liquid, other foundations, moisturizers & primers- Better application with fingers, flat top dense brush or spongeCons:- Only 6 shades in the range with 0 dark shades. Darkest shade they have is Hale Fonce which is similar to an NC 45 in Mac (I have never seen this shade at any of my local Priceline)- Contains some ingredients which will not gel well with sensitive skin: Fragrance, PEG-10 Dimethicone, Sodium Chloride, Alcohol Denat & Silica- Foundation becomes shiny on my nose after about 3 hrs then I will need to blot every few hours after that (to deal with this I use a mattifying primer on my T-zone, then a pore minimizing primer on my T-zone, then I power with a translucent powder, then I go in with the foundation. This method gives me at least 4 hrs of wear before I have to deal with blotting but I have very oily T-zone so blotting is inevitable).- Is not full coverage- Pretty expensive for a drugstore foundation (about $30 at Priceline but they do 40% sales every now and then)- Cap can break easily or I just loose it- Not easily obtainable online or in-stores

I find this foundation does not stay well on the face. The coverage is also Not the best. It’s very prone to smudges. The only thing that’s good is it looks natural. But will not repurchase

I’ve sworn off foundations and have only stuck to concealers because of how cakey and OBVIOUS they all look on my skin. That was, until I had a night out and desperately needed a foundation and picked this one up because it was cheap and convenient.I LOVE this. It makes my dry skin look like my skin but better and it’s so incredibly dewy. I love love love this and don’t think I’ll use another foundation. The ONLY thing I can say about it is that after having it on for 8+ hours and dancing and jumping around at a concert without a primer or a setting spray it started to melt in my T-zone - but that would have happened with ANY foundation and it’s nothing powder wouldn’t be able to fix. It’s also buildable. Perfect, just perfect.

Éclat de Rire means Peals of Laughter. :DI have Ciel Mon Mari, a pretty pearly pale blue. The name means Heavens, My Husband. ;) The color-keyed packaging with its little raised gold dots is well made and attractive. It feels sturdy and secure. The color is very sheer and needs a heavy hand to make it show up: primer, concealer, or foundation is obviously required. It feels wonderful during and after application, though - V smooth and V creamy. I applied it to some really sad dry lips, and immediately they felt - and still feel - very soft and much happier. It's also surprisingly tenacious for such a creamy lippie. sonicRED complained about the scent, and I sure don't blame her. Its 1970s cheap drugstore lipstick fragrance is unpleasant . It doesn't linger, and I am thankful. The taste does indeed hang about, more's the pity! I may have to apologize to my BF when I kiss him while wearing this.It just arrived today, from a US ebay seller, and I haven't yet worn it while out n about. If it draws comments and/or compliments, this review will be edited. It will also be edited if I fall in love/hate with it. Despite its good points I am currently relieved that it didn't cost $12.99, and that my BF did not purchase two. : / My glittery fuchsia Bourjois Docteur Glamour lipstick is far superior, though less creamy - a lifetime's supply would be welcome!

What a great eyeliner! The liquid formula is magic and/or the brush is fine & high quality so that I can get a fine, smooth line across crepe-y lids. I got some IT Cosmetics hero liquid eyeliner on sale at Ulta recently and, although it is good, I won't be repurchasing, as the Bourjois product is far superior. I have tried Bobbi Brown gel, everything MAC, Kat Von D liquid eyeliner, and this product beats them all IMO. Now I've signed up for a subscription with Amazon to get one every two months ;)

Normally I'm a fan of Bourjois' products, they are a cut above most drugstore bands in my opinion, but this really didn't work for me. I love Bourjois' pink toned highlighters - the brow highlight pencil and the cream highlight in the brow palettes are a very pale baby pink that flatters my skin tone, so I thought I'd love this too as it has the same pink tone in it. It actually does look nice on provided you can find a way to blend it effectively, and it starts to set quickly. I just about managed with a wedge sponge and stamping it on, but when I tried to apply over foundation with fingers or blend it into the base make-up, it starts to pill and almost "peel" at the edges, it's like this film sat on top of foundation. Sadly, when it pills, it takes any foundation or powder it was resting on top of, resulting in a smudged and patchy mess that will necessitate taking off my foundation and doing it all over again. The gaps it leaves are too big to simply retouch. I love the colour, I just really wish the formula was better.

Can be clumpy on application - at times have to use a trusty DHC mascara wand to comb through my lashes. Has a tendency to flake during day. Gives medium volume and length to lashes. Overall a very average mascara

Overall a very good mascara for its price range- I've used all sorts of mascara previously, from both Western and Asian beauty brands, and with all those products I've always had an issue with smudging, especially at the dreaded 3pm. However, this mascara does not budge at all- it stays where it has to stay, doesn't leave a mark, and makes my lashes look pretty and natural. If you're going for a super dramatic look then this mascara isn't for you, but I'm more of a natural look gal and I prefer my mascara to just lengthen and thicken my lashes slightly. Also, I find the product slightly hard to remove, but nothing a wet wipe can't do.
Are you sure this product is discontinued?
