I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the Banila co. clean it zero cleanser when I came across this product. It's a bit heavier than the Banila co cleanser and you have to use a wash cloth to remove all the residue but so far I am really happy with the product. It didn't make me break out and serves as a perfect first step in my double cleansing routine.

I have been in search of a daily moisture cream. I have found many i have used leaves my skin itchy and red. I stumbled across this product by total accident. I asked my husband to buy me a moisturiser when he went to the shopping centre, i even wrote the name of the product for him and he totally bought the wrong product as this product is for dry skin. I was out of any cream, i gave this one a go feeling not confident prior to applying, after applying this product my skin felt smooth and supple and also i didn't get any itchiness or rashes, i continued using it for the week and was amazed. with the results.

I’ve been trying so many different dry skin moisturizers for years now but have always, always had this one at the same time. It’s definitely a holy grail product for me. I have INSANELY dry skin that flakes and gets severe dry spots especially during the winter. I’ve tried everything out there from expensive moisturizers to the cheapest ones. This one is just SO good!! I always go back to it no matter what. It doesn’t clog my pores, it’s not too thick, and my makeup goes on amazing whenever I use this underneath. I put this on my face and neck tonight after I tried everything to get the moisture back into my skin. I looked in the mirror a few hours after and I’m so glowy and fresh looking instead of the dull dry appearance from other products I’ve been using a lot instead of this. So I’m going to pick up another one this week just to have a backup. I love it! I can’t say enough good things about it!

They have ruined this by putting so much heavy perfume in it. In the last few weeks I tried it along with several other moisture creams to repair my skin barrier because it is obviously a lot cheaper than the high end products. It is a very nice moisture cream but I can't tolerate the amount of perfume in it. This was only $5 on sale at the drug store and it's a huge jar. If they came out with an unscented one I'd buy it again.Note: it has better ingredients than Night of Olay or No. 7 Restore and Renew cream. So despite the strong perfume I will use this now and then. I am not using products with cyclopentasiloxane anymore and this doesn't have that ingredient so it's on my OK list.

Well i first tried this product after a filippino friend of mine suggested in for my acne,so the first thing i bought from the states was this cream. When i saw the price i thought that probably its going to be a worthless cream but all of a sudden it did the job quite well. It dissapeared my pimples and my acne and despite my skin is dry it hydrated it very much also i saw an improvement with my acne scars and some discolorated parts on my face. The scent is pleasant. One thing i didnt like about this cream was the packaging you have you wash your hands very well before you take the cream. I used the cream for one month. Now im using it rarely cos my face has not acne or any spots. Overall a good cream you should give a try

Cold cream is the original beauty multitasker: an all-body and face moisturizer, and make-up remover. I believe it was DulceCandy (the YouTube beauty guru) that got me into trying the cream. Whenever I had cystic acne, I remember scouting for skincare tips, and I came across a 1950's simplified routine of cold cream, witch hazel toner, and soap. So, I threw everything out for a couple of weeks and used only this cream, the toner, and soap to wash off the excess -- and my skin slowly but surely cleared up! I like this more as a make-up remover -- I've never used it as a face moisturizer (though some people do). Pond's cold cream is a little greasy, but it really does cut through waterproof mascara. You have to do a bit of massaging into the skin and eyelids to lift the makeup out of your skin, and then wipe off with a tissue. That's it! Then follow up with soap and witch hazel toner. CVS and Equate brands also work just as well.

I've used all of the high-end products and popular brands: La Mer, Lauder, The Ordinary, the Sephora boutique brands.I know the good ingredients and I know my skin. I bought this (on sale) at CVS because my hands are just a mess with these temperatures and the need to wash frequently during flu season. So I used it on my face, too. And I love it. LOVE IT!Lactic acid is the number two ingredient along with borage oil, glycerin in a mineral oil/silicone base.Old school formula but it works for me.Yep it comes in a jar. Not a great delivery system. But it is a 20th of the price of La Mer.There is a lot of talk about mineral oil - but when my skin is super dry, it is the ONLY thing that works fast.

This is a wonderful barrier cream with multiple uses that is easily accessible at a stupidly low price. It acts as a decent budget eye cream if you are in your 20s and don't need anti-aging products yet or simply don't want to blow $50+ on a tiny pot of fancy eye cream from the department store. I've been using this on my eyes for a week and have noticed my undereye area appears a little plumper and well... moisturized. I've also been using this as a sealant cream to lock in my face oils before bedtime and it's been working fine for that purpose as well. It is also a handy spot treatment cream for specified areas that are suffering from dryness and flakiness during the winter months like between the eyebrows and around the mouth/nose. I also use it on elbows, knees etc..I wouldn't necessarily slather this stuff all over my face on a daily basis because it's a little heavy and I can imagine it would clog pores. All being said it's a cult classic cream that comes in a large jar that costs $5. What's not to like?

I have extremely acne prone skin that’s also extremely oily. For the past 4yrs I’ve had cystic acne all over my cheeks that leave really dark marks. I was on the verge of getting on acutane. I decided to try the whole idea of double cleansing. At first I used the pixi double cleanse. Worked but was leaving me really dry and also hard to find the product. So I made up my own double cleanse. First I use the pixi nourishing balm to remove my makeup, then I go in with the pods cold cleanser, then differing gel, then the ponds dark mark correcting cream (by far the best moisturizer I’ve found)I wait about 5-7mins between the differen gel and moisturizer. My skin feels so soft and moisturized. My dermatologist was so taken a back that we put off me doing acuntane. Since being on this routine I’ve only had one or two pimples pop up and honestly they would be gone within a day or so.

I don't leave this on as a facial moisturizer, I only use it as a makeup remover. It works very well. I've tried it as a moisturizer but it was just too heavy. It made me break out. I like using it to keep all my tattoos moisturized though. I wouldn't recommend it for a new tattoo during the healing process, but when used on old and healed up tattoos, it keeps them looking vivid.

On my third jar. I have found this doesn't absorb on my face fast enough for my liking. I have a weird thing about products sitting on my face (same issue with foundations). However I keep a jar on my nightstand to use on my neck and decollete areas at bedtime. Any excess left over I rub into my hands. Trying to combat signs of aging any way I can!

I bought the travel-sized version in Normal to Dry. This cream feels nice and hydrating on my sensitive, dehydrated yet oily, acne-prone skin. Especially during the winter months! It doesn't feel heavy greasy upon application, but I always wake up feeling disgustingly greasy and shiny the next morning. Thankfully, no breakouts from what I can tell. Next time, I'll check to see if they have a travel version of Normal to Oily. If all else fails, I wouldn't mind purchasing this one again, as it's a decent inexpensive standby for the winter months at least.

I can hardly believe how much this has lightened up my old acne scars. All my acne scarring is superficial, but since they’re tiny red marks it looks like i have acne. I’ve been using this for a little less than a month and they have faded almost completely. I was worried about the fragrance since i have sensitive skin, but this has never broken me out. I have oily skin so i don’t need a heavy moisturizer. If you have very dry skin i would recommend putting something over top of this or even an oil underneath since it’s not super moisturizing.

I have been using Pond's Crema S for about half a year now. I'm 26 years old and I have naturally flaky patchy horrible skin. Clinique's Dramatically Different lotion was getting annoying, as I had to apply once every hour or else my skin would burn from the dryness and there would be flaking and tightness. I gave this a shot because not only was it cheap but the ingredients sounded nice-- grapefruit and seaweed. Those are really reviving for tired skin, and everyone knows Ponds is super creamy. It smells very fresh and clean, is a very thick cream that sinks in after 10 minutes if heavily applied. I love washing my face and using a face brush and then moisturising with this afterwards. My skin feels so plump and it looks so dewy. My smoker's wrinkles around my mouth and my baby crows feet have also almost completely diminished in the 6-7 months I've used this product. I only have to apply once in the morning and once at night which is a miracle!! No acne, no irritation except for if it gets in the eyes so be careful around your eye area, it will sting! I advise using an eye cream specially formulated for the eye area in case your eyes are very sensitive. Other than that this product is perfection, the quality, the feel of the product, the results, the price, the availability, it can't be beat! I love this and have repurchased 3 times and I do not ever want to switch moisturisers ever again... I'm in love <3
