I LOVE Glossier products- use the balm.com and jelly cleanser religiously. However, this product gave me perioral dermatitis. Whenever I use it, I get small red itchy dots all around my nose and mouth and its horrible- takes a week to go away! Wanted to love this, but I would stick to other glossier products, this one is not a win :(

I have bought this product a couple of times. The first time I purchased was soon after it launched and I loved it - gentle, lightweight, perfect under makeup. I repurchased recently (mid-2018) and found it quite aggravating on my skin. My skin felt hot, and became red and blotchy after use. Having previously loved it, I tried this second tube in a range of different conditions (with and without serums underneath, directly after a hot shower vs after cold, gentle face wash etc) - and had the same flare ups every time. i wonder if it's been reformulated?

I love and have repurchased other glossier products (milky jelly cleanser, boy brow etc) but won't buy this again.

Blush -Glossier -Cloud Paint Seamless Cheek Color

I really love the consistency and finish of these blushes. I purchased beam and puff and the colors work well with my pale skin. They apply really smooth over my skin without bringing attention to my pores. I haven't had any issues with longevity but I do use a setting spray over top. My only problem is the tube, you have to pay close attention not to squeeze out too much as a little goes quite a long way. Excited to try some different colors!!

Ok, this stuff is insanely gorgeous. I have Dusk and Puff. Just tried Dusk on my NW20 skin and it's like a light kiss of sun, not too pink, not too brown. Two drops high on each cheek and voila!==no geasiness or tackniness. Tapping blush in works well with this and it does set like a cloud. Really, really lovely. Now if it doesn't cause breakouts and can last the day, it would be holy grail status. I've always liked gel blushes but this takes blush to a new level!.

Highlighters -Glossier -Haloscope Highlighter (ALL COLORS)

*QUARTZ*
*I have sensitive, acne prone skin.I have a little it of redness on my cheek. My skin did NOT react to it at all.
It lasts a day, if ind it looks better when you wear it for a couple of hours. The product has no smell. The pigmentation is NOT like OFRA's powder highlighters instead of the highlighter giving a powdery,Powerful look it gives a 'my skin but better' glow,it does not contain chunky pieces of glitter instead it glistens.
I would recommend it for someone who wants a natural glow.
This is one of fav highlighters ever!

Blush -Glossier -Cloud Paint Seamless Cheek Color

I learned about this blush through the website when researching skin cleanser. I liked the idea of a creamy liquid blush instead of the old powder version. I decided to order this along with a few other things from the Glossier website directly. I was a stunned at the small size of the tube of blush and smiled when I noticed that it was styled after an artist's tube of paint - cute. The tube came in a little box that had a clear lid and the tube itself was simply designed with a strip of color that advertises the actual shade of the blush. The cap is also that same shade as the blush. It's a simple aluminum tube and you have to gently, gently, squeeze with your finger tips to get the blush to come out. The first time you will squeeze too much and luckily I was able to get the excess to go back into the tube. I thought that I needed about half a pea sized amount... no. big mistake. The reason that this tube is so little is because a little tiny amount goes a long long way (unless you are a clown). I literally squeeze just enough for the product to "peekaboo" out of the opening and even it out between both index fingers and dot the apples of my cheeks and lightly blend with my fingertips. It creates a pretty and healthy color that is natural, yet you look amazing. I decided on the "storm" shade and it complements my skin so nicely. I love that these colors look great on many skin shades and the website does a bang up job of letting you see the product on multiple skin shades. I feel like this blush goes on airy and light and there is no heavy feeling after wearing it all day. it is barely there and the pigment is amazing. The price point is very very good considering that it will last you for a long time. It costs $18 and I think that is very reasonable. I will definitely be buying this blush again and I plan on trying several shades soon.

Eye Shadow -Glossier -Lidstar

I bought cub and fawn because I heard that these had the best consistency compared to the other lid. Fawn looked grayer than I would have liked because I was expecting a taupe, and it was patchy. Cub also looked really pretty, but I had issues blending it out because it would also get patchy and layering these just made them crusty looking. I never get patchiness with eyeshadows, and these were the first ones. I’m disappointed with these because they’re pretty pricey for what they are.

Brows -Glossier -Boy Brow

foto

I bought this in black and it did thicken up my brow hairs quite nicely. Doesn't make them crunchy or stiff feeling. But for the price, I'm underwhelmed. It didn't hold up my thick brow hairs at all. It didn't even last through the morning for me. I'll be returning this for sure.

Sunscreen -Glossier -Invisible Shield Sunscreen SPF 35

foto

I love the feel of this sunscreen, it's practically weightless and truly feels and looks like I have nothing on. It doesn't make me greasy nor dry me out, it doesn't pill with my other skincare or makeup, and there's no strong scent. However, I don't know how much protection this really offers because I never use chemical sunscreens alone. I'm always setting eveything with my It Cosmetics powder which offers physical sunscreen protection. I would buy this again for sure because I've never had a formula that I've enjoyed using as much as this one. But I think it's overpriced, so if there's something out there with a similar feel but cheaper then I'll be all over that dupe!

Lip Treatments -Glossier -Balm Dotcom

I have to admit when it comes to lip balm unless they are horrid, I tend to buy based on what smell it is and if I like the texture. The rose version is absolutely divine and despite it being a more pricey alternative to the average lip balm, I really like the texture. It's thicker and less slippery than others I've used in the past but also isn't sticky. As for a tint, I imagine if your lips were less pink, it'd give a slight healthy glow to them but I am bless with overly natural pink lips so didn't notice a big difference.

If it's in your budget, I'd definitely recommend buying it.

Tinted Moisturizer -Glossier -Perfecting Skin Tint

I have a love/hate relationship with this. I'm nearly done with my first bottle, and was on the fence about shelling out $26 to try the new formulation. It's marketed as a "sheer skin enhancer" and it does exactly that and no more. I love it for days when I want my makeup to look natural and undetectable. I think my bottle is busted because liquid comes out the sides of the dropper and gets everywhere. I also wish there was a shade between Medium and Light. Regardless, I'll probably splurge on the new formulation.

Lips -Glossier -Generation G

The packaging is pretty crappy for the price. After a few months, both of the lipsticks I purhcased had detached from the bottom of the tube and are knocking around. I'm a total sucker for the shade Leo though, so I would repurchase.

This lipstick is great. I'm more inclined to call it a lip stain because the color is so subtle (but buildable) and it goes on almost like a chapstick. The color payoff is awesome, I just wish it had more staying power - I find that I have to reapply a layer after a couple hours. And you HAVE to use a lip scrub before putting it on, or it will show all the imperfections in your lips (dryness, cracked or peeling skin). Other than that, Generation G is almost perfect, and I would definitely repurchase!

Blush -Glossier -Cloud Paint Seamless Cheek Color

I got two shades - puff (light baby pink) and storm (darker warm toned rose). Honestly, I'm not too crazy about the shades I ended up getting because they look a bit too similar to blushes I already own (what happens when you judge based on pictures online and can't get to an actual store so you ask your hetero male cousin to buy it for you in the US lol). But I do like the way these blushes apply. There's definitely a learning curve to using this - like making sure you don't squeeze out too much, dispensing just the right amount for your cheeks etc. I find that with the shade puff, I have to use more of it for it to show up on my cheeks the way I want to compared to storm, which I use just the tiniest dot for both cheeks. Overall, I like how I don't need any tools to use this and I like that the packaging lends itself to mixing these with other shades to create your own shade of blush. I want to get more shades in the future, maybe dusk (the nude shade).

Lip Treatments -Glossier -Balm Dotcom

This product was a nice surprise for me! I've tried a lot of lip balms out there, and frankly I don't expect this to heal any sort of cracked or dry lips because I already have lip balms that do this for me and these are products that often don't use petrolatum as its main ingredient. Petrolatum is great at protecting from further dryness or from windburn etc, but in my experience it isn't too healing in lip balm form.

But what I've liked about this is the consistency. It's not too thin that my lips feel unprotected, but not too sticky like a lip gloss (Lanolips, I'm looking at you lol). It lasts all day too unless if I eat something very oily, which makes sense due to some of the occlusive ingredients included in this. My lips feel very protected from the cold and wind whilst wearing this throughout the day.

I have the cherry variant which is supposed to be tinted, and the tint does come up initially. But it fades away over time which sucks, but I'm fine with it because I'm using this mainly for lip balm purposes. The tint is just an add on for me. Do I want to get another one? Yes! Maybe the birthday balm one because heard that one smells really nice! The only thing that deters me away from getting this product is it's not easily available for me - it doesn't ship to my country. For something as basic as a lip balm, I'd prefer it to be something I can get to easily.
