I don't understand why this mask has such a low rating despite all the goodness it has.

Before I used the one from Japan, but since I moved to Europe they don't sell it there, so I switched to the Himalaya peel-off mask. Unfortunately, the tube pacakage was discontinued last year and I didn't want to buy the small packet for it would producing more unnecessary plastic waste.

I need a heavy-duty mask that could actually pull out almost everything. I read the review here and people described it as "hurtful" and "ripping off skin" so I thought this would be perfect.

I bought this mask for €6 at Dm, a German retail, quite cheap in my opinion. At first try I could say this was not made for people with sensitive skin. The texture is quite consistent, I used only one finger to glide it on skin on one direction to avoid the mess. There was a cool and tingling feeling. The smell was fresh but would turned into kind of plasticky when getting dry, which was unpleasant. It was easy to peel, all in one go, removed all the hair, dead skin, black and white head. All I need was to wash my face with ice cold water to have a smooth and shiny skin result. I also suggest steaming your face before using this mask to open the pores and for dehydration.

If I run out of this I will surely buy it again. It's perfect!

I passed on this originally for the glacier water one, but when I loved that and was looking for the larger tube size, I found this one more easily. So I bought a small pack to test it and found I liked it a lot as well. It smells absolutely amazing and moisturizes just as well as the glacier water one.

It's sold in a larger 6oz tube at Ulta and I scored two on a sale, making it extremely cheap. If you get the packet it's quite pricey, being $1.40-$2 for .5oz. so seek out the tube if you like it.

I also messaged a reviewer under the glacier review to ask where she got hers in the 6oz and Five Below sells them, so I picked that up as well. Stocked with moisturizer for life.

I also have a pouch of a similar '10 minute mask' (watermelon and aloe) from Freeman that I haven't tried yet, but that one is marketed as a rinse off while these can be a 'leave on' (aka, moisturizer).

I was so excited when this finally became available in stores. Hydrating sleeping packs are hard to come by in the drugstore so I grabbed a sample pack of this the first time I came across it. Unfortunately my skin is pretty sensitive and this mask caused a strong burning sensation on my skin while I was applying it.

I love this! Never aggravates my roseacea. I use it on my scalp once or twice a week to get my hair really clean and keep my scalp from getting the pimples I get from sweating. Really a great product.

This scrub is hard core and I love it!! I prefer a strong scrub so if you have sensitive skin I could imagine this might be too much for their skin. Definite repurchase

I love this stuff! I'm finishing my first tube now and I'm definitely buying more. My best friend sent this to me in a care package because I was having trouble finding skincare products that I liked. I like the smell and it doesn't irritate my skin at all. It's leaves my skin soft and silky smooth. It's really great at getting all of the dead and dry skin off of my face. I couldn't believe how well it worked just after my first use.

I use it twice a week after washing my face. It is really exfoliating, so if you don't like scrubs, this isn't the product for you. I apply a thin layer over my damp face and let it sit for 7 minutes. It feels like it heats up just a little bit while it sits. Then I get my hands wet with warm water and gently massage it for a minute before rinsing it off. I follow it up with the rest of my routine (toner, moisturizer, ect.) If you use pore strips, I find that using this before hand really helps the strips get more stuff out.

This is definitely worth a try!

This has become my daytime moisturizer, and it works fantastic! I like using it in the morning cause it's lightweight and doesn't feel greasy on the skin. It's very affordable, being $5 a tube. It will last you a long time, as you don't need to use more than a pea size amount for daily application. Pick this up, and you won't be disappointed.

I hadn't used many masks before, so thought I'd try this out since it was fairly inexpensive (CAD$4.99). I like the smell, but I find the thick texture makes it a bit tricky to apply evenly. I've been using this mask twice a week for about 3 weeks now, and I can't say I notice much of a difference in regards to it helping with breakouts. I read someone else's suggestion to use it as a spot treatment over night, so I tried that and it did help, but the results didn't blow me away. I think I'd still try other Freeman masks, but I don't think I'll purchase this version again since I don't know if it's really helping my skin.

Surprised by this! I didn't like most Freeman masks because they use propylene glycol which breaks me out and to me, is a cheap filler ingredient. I found this sachet on sale at Sally's and decided I'll try it after looking at the ingredients list. It definitely is a fancy lotion, but it didn't break me out and it feels very nice. I don't slather a ton on either, just a regular lotion amount. Now, being a bargain hunter, it makes more sense get the 6oz for a couple of dollars than to get this small .5oz for $2. However, it's really hard to find online, and when you do, the shipping makes it expensive. So this works out to being one of their pricier masks, but it's still not that bad at all compared to other creams.

Now for useless info, I have so many boxes of a discontinued Garnier overnight gel cream and it's very similar to this. If I didn't have so many, I might go get the overpriced 6oz of this online, but it's not really as necessary for me. However I also use Vichy skin sleep, which feels similar but possibility more emollient and that's like $35 a jar. So I do like this and in theory would purchase it again, and might in the future, which is what matters.

Update: I asked a reviewer on here where she got her 6oz and she said Five Below, so I picked one up! Worth it!!! (And the Cactus one from Ulta... I'm stocked for life. Again.)

Just bought this mask abt 2 weeks ago, and have used it 4 times since then. My skin actually looks a lot better, no threatening pimples or bumps underneath the surface and a LOT LESS white heads around my chin and forehead- which I almost always have. But the best part is right after you apply it-- your skin will literally feel like a baby's bottom. It feels super smooth, tightened, cleansed. I use this in the morning before makeup, as foundation lays nicely on top of smoother skin. At this price, I really do recommend it if you want smooth skin and a nice clean scented mask.

I love this prduct. Been using over two months and I will never be without it again!! I have sensitive, acne prone skin, and I am 53. J don't understand the people who say back things about it at all. It can be used as a cleanser usi g more water, scrub, mask and it is a toner. Makes my face feel so soft and it's clearing it up. I love it and can't say enough good things about it. Give it a chance before you make hadty judgement on this product.

I just tried this for the first time. Bought the tube at Big Lots for $3.50. Only used a small amount, but the particles tore my skin apart, and irritated the rosacea on my cheeks. The scent is also very strong. It's odd though. I've used the Apple Cider Vinegar Scrub with pumice frequently but never had any problems with my skin flaring up. My cheeks feel like they have been slapped or stung by bees.... I'm tempted to try it again, to see if it is a fluke, but for now, I would not repurchase.

I use a clay mask twice a week for my oily skin. This smells nice (although, in general, I prefer my skincare products fragrance free) and skin doesn't feel dry once you've removed it. It's more pleasant to use than the Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask, which I also have in use at the moment. (That one doesn't smell too good and it can feel a little drying. On the otherhand, it just might be a little more effective at cleansing, too.) I have also tried Freeman's lemon and mint clay mask and charcoal clay mask (the one without the scrubbing particles) and I like them too.

So I just purchased my 7th bottle of this magical stuff. I used to have pretty clear skin until last year I started having a lot of breakouts in the chin area, and by a lot, I mean at least 12-15 pimples at a time, and really big ones. I tried basically tens of products and paid a little fortune for Paula's choice or Mario Badescu's fancy products, and my acne was only getting worse and worse. Then I accidentally picked this one to try but with little hopes. I had a huge breakout and I applied this twice a day, every day on the chin area, and in 2-3 weeks only the scars were left. No more bumps, no more huge pimples, it was a little miracle. Of course, it helped along with the healthy eating, but honestly, whenever I forget to apply this regularly my skin begins acting up a little bit, but just a couple of pimples, nothing major. Even with those and in that time of the month, this helps to dry them and heal the area, I feel like it's healing the scars. For me, it made a huge difference and I am addicted to it, it even controls the oils when I apply it all over the face(1-2 times a week). I recommend it.
