I went to get another Gosh mascara that gave me awesome lashes years ago, and found out that the drug store chain is getting rid of Gosh. Everything was 50% off. I found the one I wanted and also decided to try Provocateur. It is also awesome. It gives nice long lashes and works well as a top coat over ones that volumize but don't add length.

I think this is a great choice of foundation for people with dry skin as it does not look cakey or cling to dry patches. The coverage is buildable too which I think is great as I can apply a small amount for work etc. but then apply more for a big night out rather than having to have two separate foundations.I would say this foundation has a satin finish which I love because I am not a fan of matte foundations (especially with having dry skin). I love a dewy look and for me this foundation does just that, for me it is a 'your skin but better' foundation. It lasts quite a long time on my face, I usually apply around 7:30am before work (without primer) and do not have to reapply. It definitely fades after say 9 hours or so, however it is consistent rather than leaving patches of foundation on your face. It is extremely lightweight and feels breathable which I love. Great value for money and one bottle usually lasts me around 3 months with almost daily application. The only con I would say is there is an extremely limited colour selection, and so people with darker skin tones may not be able to use this product- but maybe the colour selection will expand someday!

I went into Shoppers Drug Mart to kill time while my car was having an oil change and noticed that all GOSH products were 50% off. I asked the clerk about this and learned that the line is being discontinued/replaced with something else. While I was glad for the savings, I was saddened that GOSH - a brand I like for many of its eye pencils/shadow sticks - would soon be nothing but a memory. I picked up backups for a few of my "HG" eyeliners and figured I would try one of these shadow sticks (I'd tried a similar product of theirs years ago as a dupe for MAC Shadesticks and found it very good). I think I paid $6 for this stick, which is nicely packaged and is a twist up. For a Metallic product, it is really nice - it's quite subtle so it isn't over the top for daytime. It's a lovely cool darker brown (looks darker on my eyes than when I swatched it on my hand) and lasts all day without creasing or fading. It's a very good base for shadows like MAC Tempting or Nars Kalahari....really enhances and gives them depth. The only thing keeping me from getting a backup for this is my concern that it might dry up over time, as these sorts of products often do. But I may go back to check out some other colours because at these prices, it's pretty hard to resist. Canadian makeup lovers, check out your local SDM to see if you can get this or any of your go-to GOSH products before they are gone.

I've used this for about 3 weeks and can't pin down exactly how I feel but I know I don't love it. First of all, it evens out my skin tone nicely and melts into the skin leaving a natural finish but there are things I really don't like which make me hesitant to keep using it. It is too luminous for my 41 year old skin. Every line and bump becomes prominent. I tried to mix it with a bit of powder to thicken it and make it matte. It worked but became impossible to blend well on my face. Now for an attribute that can be seen as both positive and negative. It stays all day, to the point that it is very difficult to get my face clean. I have to wash using 2 cleansers, 1 of which is a scrub, then my rose water toner and multiple cotton pads that end up looking like I never washed my face.

*This review is for the banana version as a setting powder, not a primer (Gosh recommend only using this as a primer if you use mineral makeup as a foundation. If you are using a liquid foundation, this should be applied as a setting powder*I have come to realise that, having tried three loose powders, they are not for me. I find them too drying; they accentuate flakes I didn't realise I had and also have a tendency to highlight large pores - particularly on my nose. Unfortunately, as a setting powder, this product made my foundation 'crack' towards the end of the day too - something I have never experienced before. That aside, I love the colour of this and it photographs beautifully. The packaging is very clever incorporating a twist-sifter mechanism so you never 'lose' any loose powder. There is no talc in the formulation and Gosh pride themselves on cruelty, paraben and perfume free makeup which is always a bonus. Overall, it's not for me but if you like a loose powder and don't find them overly drying, this is a good, reasonably priced option.PROSFabulous colourPhotographs beautifullyExcellent packagingCruelty, paraben and perfume free formulation - no talc!CONSDrying (all loose powders are on me...time to switch back to pressed, I think!)Accentuated flakes on my skin I didn't know I hadMade liquid foundation 'crack' as day progressedHighlighted large pores**UPDATE**I'm not sure whether the Maybelline mascara or this powder is to blame but since using this I have developed a sore reaction on the skin around my eyes. Blotchy, red, tender, slightly swollen...I look like I've aged about 75 years. Doesn't affect my rating as I didn't like the product on my skin anyway, but just a heads up to anyone who is sensitive or prone to allergies. Needless to say I'm having to go makeup-free to see if the reaction clears up.

First review on here, but this eyeliner is amazing - for the price and quality! Goes on very smoothly, and only smudges slightly by the end of the day (that's every eyeliner on me except the Milani one, which stays on even after snorkeling but is a pain to remove and doesn't go on as smoothly). I actually walked into Sephora one day looking for face products and the lady helping me asked me which of their eyeliners I was using (she was surprised when I said it was from Shoppers!). Pretty much a dupe for the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner. If you're in Canada, Shoppers is currently having a 50% off all GOSH Cosmetics so you could get this for $6 CDN.

Got one called classic red, when it is on sale for 6.99 CAD. Very good deal. It is easy to wipe off, nice color, does not dry out lips. Looks gorgeous on me.

I love this! This is the first mineral foundation that I have tried and it is gorgeous. It is so easy and quick to apply and is lovely and natural looking. It is buildable and evens out skintone. I am NC15 and I bought Ivory 002, I found this to be slightly light on me as it's summer now. It will be a great match in winter though. I have Natural 004, which is great for my tanned skin over summer.I am oily so I use a primer underneath. This foundation does not get cakey, doesn't oxidise or show up the pores on my cheeks or my fine lines. A little goes a long way so this is going to last me ages. I apply it with a big brush and it is so much easier than liquid foundation. My oily skin doesn't shift this about and later in the day I do sweep a little powder over if I am a little shiney. I really love it and I love it even more because it is cruelty free. I would definitely recommend this and buy again.

Gosh cosmetics is a cruelty free brand. I personally bought this foundation at my local Shoppers Drug Mart for 20 dollars Canadian.I love this foundation - with that said, I would completely ignore its name/description. I personally prefer a more natural look, and so I typically lean more towards BB creams or light coverage foundations. The description says that this is a long wearing, matte foundation, with exceptional coverage, which I think is a bit of a stretch. I have combination skin which leans more oily in the summer. I do not personally find this to be matte but! With a powder and setting spray it is easily made matte. Without any powder the foundation looks more glowy. I personally prefer this foundation in the fall/winter, though. In the hot (30 degrees Celsius) it doesn't hold up very well.Exceptional coverage is not how I would describe this. It is light coverage, in my opinion. Light to medium at best. It perks my skin up but doesn't cover acne or under eye circles completely. I still need to use concealer with this foundation. However, that is the type of coverage I enjoy!I am *very* pleased with the shades! I have some tricky skin when it comes to matching foundations. I am rather pale (porcelain in this line) but just a touch yellow. If a foundation is even slightly pink it'll either oxidize like crazy or it just doesn't match. If a foundation is too yellow, it doesn't match either. This is a nice middle ground of still being pale enough for me without butting heads with my undertones. In the summer when I tan ever so slightly I can bump up to the second shade in the line and it matches nicely as well!I apply this with a damp beauty sponge. I wish I got a bit more foundation for the price but it matches me so well I'll continue to buy it.

This is a great BB cream. I do like a *tiny* bit more coverage in my tinted moisturisers, but I can make it work. A benefit is that it blends instantaneously, but that is typically the case with BB creams. And, I do wish it came with a pump, but I won't stop using it because of that. Finally, the price is more expensive on the high street cosmetics market. I paid €13 for it. Overall, I recommend. P.S. I am really really pale and I found my shade easily, which is rare for drugstore face products. I am: 01 Sand

My favourite lip liner so far. I use it to contour my lips everyday, even when I don't wear lipstick I use Nougat Crisp color and it looks very natural, usually people don't even notice that I'm wearing it and I can make my lips look a lot fuller. It is really long lasting and has a nice texture.

I bought this product thinking that it would be better than what I normally bought because it was more expensive. However, I could not be more disappointed! You should know that I do naturally have an oily face, but this product took it to a whole new level. The first day that I wore it my face became to oily that it looked shinier than a mirror and I was at work so all I could do was try to dab the oil off with paper towel. It also caused me to have a massive breakout. I had gotten that many zits in that short of a time since high school. Plus, the other night when I was wearing it a second time, I laid my face on my boyfriend's chest while cuddling and my foundation came off like a mask and was left on his black shirt. If I even touch my face while wearing this foundation, it comes off because of how much oil it creates on my face. I can only see this product working for people who have skin drier than the dessert. But for anyone who has oily skin DO NOT BUY!!! And on a side note, it also provides very bad coverage just to add on to everything else (I bought the porcelain shade).

I love Gosh products, but this one did disappoint me a bit. I applied it to my nails and I ended up with white streaks all over my nail polish. I tried to fix it with applying a bit more of the top coat and blend out the white, it did somewhat work, but a few of my nails look very strange. I am not impressed and I am not going to repurchase this product.
