Nice colours but very bad formula. They are very dry, I prefer spending more money and buy the ones from Kat Von D

i bought one of these for my mom. ive always really liked nyx’s products but this one was seriously disappointing. for starters, it never fully dried. she wore it for less than an hour and it had already started coming off the center of her lips. after she reapplied it, the formula became sticky and patchy. she said it transferred everywhere too. i tried it out, wondering if she hadn’t applied it quite right (she hasn’t tried many liquid lipsticks), but i had the same results. i wont be buying this again.

I think some people might have this product confused and think that it is a lipstick. I'm kind of surprised by the bad reviews but it's interesting that two people can have such a different experience! I'm glad there are a million products out there so we can all find something we like. Onto my review...When I heard NYX had lip stains, I couldn't resist picking up a few colors that I don't already own in another brand. I grabbed Victorian, Obsessed, Heartbreaker, Fresh, and Slay. Victorian is the first one that I tried and is the one that I'm wearing in the photo I uploaded above. This is watery and VERY pigmented. I got a little bit outside of my lipline, but that's an error in my application and not feathering from the product. This dried in about a minute and it hasn't budged since. I've put vaseline on top to give a little shine to my lips, and I've been drinking out of a straw all day and there's no transfer on the straw. I've eaten twice and it hasn't moved. Color me impressed! I can't wait to try the other colors. I don't know how this is going to come off if it didn't come off with Vaseline... that's my only concern lol. Update: I've added pictures of Slay, Heartbreaker, Obsessed, and Fresh. Heartbreaker and Slay are my favorites. The best way to wash these off is with soap and water. Baby oil took off like 10% of it and then did nothing. Love these!

I got this in cafe brown. Very, very disappointing product. It behaves like soft, pigmented wax. I put it in the inner rim and it disappeared before I finished putting on makeup! It's more durable around the eyes but in a greasy - sweaty - messy sort of way. I'm gonna use mine for shaping brows now. PASS! try the Nyx faux blacks eyeliners instead.

This is my go-to for making cheap eyeshadows stay in place longer. I like to apply a thin layer of this over the lid, then go over it with a powder shadow (Wet n Wild's single in Creme Brulee(?) is my go-to), and then do the rest of my shadow on top of it. It's not completely budge-proof, but it's close, and it definitely makes a huge difference in terms of keeping eyeshadow from just sliding right into my crease.Packaging - 2/5 because the white printing on my tube has come off (I think maybe I got something oily on it? Still shouldn't have happened). And I'm not a fan of the doefoot applicator, but I do like the form factor of the neat black cylindrical tube, so there's that at least.

This looks like MLBB. It's neutral, buttery, glossy. Not too pink, leans more brown. I've included a picture so you can see the color.

This is a nice pink gloss. I was expecting it to be a little darker because the tube is darker than the other 2 pinks I purchased in this line (Vanilla Cream Pie and Eclair). I think this looks similar to Vanilla Cream Pie. I would probably pick one or the other if I was going to repurchase. I've uploaded a picture so you can see the color.

If Vanilla Cream Pie is bubblegum pink, then this is cotton candy pink. At first, I thought they looked so similar that owning both would be pointless, but that's not the case. This feels buttery, looks glossy, and smells sweet. I like this color quite a bit. I would repurchase. I've included a picture for reference.

This is bubblegum pink and glossy. It feels like butter on my lips so it lives up to its name. It smells sweet and has a doe foot applicator. The lasting power is OK. This was 4.49 at Target. I would repurchase. I've uploaded a picture for reference.

I am a fan of these lip colors, and have already gone back to purchase more. There a couple things I love about these lip colors and a couple things I don't- so depending on your tastes you may love or hate these (it seems people are really in or out with this product!!)What I love- the shades are amazing. My nieces were visiting and started looking through my ,make-up. They put these on their lips...they died over the colors (apparently one of them looked a girl from Riverdale's shade!!!) The next day they both bought a couple of shades. They mix so beautiful too, so don't feel confined to what's in the tube- layer a couple of shades. Amazing. They are a good price. If I can get a good lipcolor for 10 bucks or so I am happy. They go on smooth so you don't need to use a lot, these tube will last you.I also feel they have a pretty good wear time. Maybe not all day, but I get a few hours out of them pretty easily. What I don't love; the doe-foot applicator is just a NO! It's way to big for the product (pulls a ton out of the tube) and way too floppy to get a good line on the lips. I usually use it to get the color on, then use my finger or a small brush to distribute the color on the whole lip. They can be a little drying. To me this is a drawback but not a deal breaker. I have a BITE lipcolor stick and it is so dry- I mean, sooo dry- I realize that the drying tends to sort of seal the product and make it last and is pretty common with long lasting mattes of all brands. There's a couple easy fixes for this- either swipe a very light coat of balm under your application, or use a little gloss or shine just on the center of the lips after the color has 'set' (about 5 minutes). I prefer the second of the two, as I like using a lipliner and then letting the color really stick to my lips. Overall, I bought one...then went back for another, then went back for a third color. I currently have Urban Decay, Make-Up Forever and Bare Mineral matte lip colors that all go on very similar. This really feels like an equal to those products- I just wish the applicator were a little more on point!

Not a fan. It's not the worst concealer I've had but it just doesn't work for me. It looks okay at first but ends up being all chalky and just meh. Plus I bought the wrong shade, so I'll be able to use it only in summer.I like the Sephora brand High Coverage Concealer wand a lot more but it's quite expensive for a concealer so I was hoping to find something cheaper... I'll have to keep looking.

I am a bit surprised by the low rating for this product. For me it works quite well. It sets my make-up, creates a long lasting matte finish as promised. It is also absorbed quickly. For the price, I'd say it goes beyond the expectations.

I bought two of these because there was a sale going on at Ulta and the colors/packaging drew me in. I got these in "Bad Seed" (red) & Epic (purple). I did use another one in a gray shade a long time ago but I cannot remember what the name was. I swatched them both, not very good but you can't always judge by a swatch on the arm. I've been using Epic for quite some time but it's kind of difficult to apply. I always use eye primer but this requires applying it to the eye at least 3 times. It's very sheer and I didn't care for it. :/ it ended up going in the trash. All in all, the packaging is cute but it's not worth the money and the color payoff isn't that great.I'm going to try to use "Bad Seed" and give an update, but I don't have high hopes for it.

I’ve bought two different shades of this product (Bedtime Flirt and Lace Detail) and the former had a significantly drier formula right out of the gate, to the point where I had to chuck it. While I do like the product, I’m iffy about buying more, because nudes are so difficult to pin down on my lips.

These lipsticks are very drying and can be flaky, yet they also feel slightly sticky around the inner portion of the lips. However, some people do not care about drying liquid lipsticks. I find that my adding a waxy lip-balm underneath I can make it work. The colour "embellishment" is gorgeous and I'm trying to find a colour dupe, I will only repurchase again if I am incapable of doing so.
