This has a really good price for a lot of product. I've seen alot of setting sprays that are overpriced. It sets your makeup and keeps it in place all day ! Only thing is I'd say its not really dewy. I kept my makeup looking nice all day though just didnt give the glow I was looking for .

So I'm loving Black Radiance new pressed powder shades. I use Rich Mahogany for a contour with i want a deep brown without slight reddish undertone. Finely milled powder blends so very easily. Deep true pigment. Little goes a long way. Purchased from walgreens for $5. Its been 1 year and havent hit pan yet.http://www.blackradiancebeauty.com/makeup/pressed-powder

So I have this palette in Medium Dark. Hit pan on the contour and sculpt colors 1 years of use. The powder is finely milled, easy to blend, perfect shades to contour., and sculpting color adds a natural flush for dark skin. The Highlight color a frosted fire-gold with slight shimmer. Subtle light reflecting. Not my favorite highlighter color. Wish is had a bit more shimmer. Wiorks better as an eye shadow for me.This is my go to palette for daytime or date looks; face full of makeup without looking made up. It never leaves my makeup vanity. Purchased from Walgreen for $8 and last on year. http://www.blackradiancebeauty.com/makeup/face/true-complexion-contour-paletteI'm a bronze-brown DDD; MAC NW45ish, Iman Earth 1, or Black Opal Nutmeg/Beautiful Bronze.

I purchased this product on clearance for $3 (usually about $7) on a whim just a few weeks ago. I had never used a setting spray before purchasing this product, and can say I do see a difference. I typically start to see my eyeshadow and eyeliner start to fade and crease throughout the day, but not when using this setting spray. I no longer have to worry about checking to make sure my face is as I had painted it on hours prior. This product is advertised as giving a "dewy" look, but as someone with skin that's slightly on the oily side during the winter months, this formula appears completely natural to me.Pros:-can be used under makeup as well-not too dewy-works as advertised-no unusual aromaCons: -not dewy?

I use Golden Almond all over my face and Milk Chocolate as a bronzer. These can be a bit hard to find as they are only sold at Targets in areas with a large black population. These set makeup just fine and gives a matte finish. Golden Almond can lean a bit orange, but its the workable type of orange. Be sure to use a primer or something that fills in pores as this can accentuate pores and texture. Overall, its a simple powder that sets foundation. I am G100 in Cover Fx foundation

I almost made the mistake of skipping out on this brand. I was afraid formulas would be old-fashioned (read: thick and cakey); color selection would be too boring (because obviously burgundy is the only colorful color for deeper skin); or products would not be great (read: how drugstore products once were). Years before I got interested in makeup, I tried some drugstore makeup products and they were not that good. That made me give up on makeup instantly. Foundations never had my shade. And even the one time they did, it would be thick, cakey and dry. Eyeshadows did not generally show up on me. I literally could only wear lip gloss...and that worked for me for years. So when I got into the makeup, I assumed drugstore products were just like the ones from the past.Oh girl. I was so wrong. Every single item I have purchased from Black Radiance met or beat other drugstore classics and even some high-end. So far, over the years, I have tried products for contour, highlight, eyeshadow, foundation, bb cream, face powder, blush, eyeshadow pigments, lip gloss, lipsticks, etc and everything was extremely reasonable and perfect. Black Radiance makes my favorite bb cream out of drugstore and high-end brands. While it has far less pigment/coverage, their face powders are just as good as MAC. I can even contour with these powders beautifully. Any time I wear their $4 main foundation, someone compliments my makeup as some of the best they have seen period. It's matte with a pretty finish. Their blushes and eyeshadows are quite pigmented with tons of color selection (peach, orange, rasberry, etc...not only burgundy)! Toasted Almond is one of the prettiest peachy-pink bronze neutral blushes out there. Heavy pigmentation continues with their lipsticks. Their lip glosses rival Victoria Secret's awesome discontinued lip glosses. Usually I will enjoy one foundation or one lipstick from a line. There aren't many brands at all that I love so many products in their line. At the drugstore at least, Wet N Wild would be one of them...and guess what? Wet N Wild and Black Radiance are sister companies! Go figure. I love that I can enjoy extremely quality products for an amazing price. Black Radiance truly will make you more radiant.

You will Not find a better product for the price that performs like a higher tier item. I have repurchased these in Ginger Snap the past 2 years. As the MAC bronzer limited edition items that I purchased like Whisper of Gilt have been more light gold than bronze.Darker golds and bronze fits our complexion better. My mom loves it.

mac fluidline is the best but if you're looking for an affordable gel pot eyeliner, get this and the elf angled eyeliner brush. i included a picture of br vs mac and you can't tell the difference. in person the mac's more black and applies easier, even after 4+ years of having it while i've had the br for half a year and it is drying up, like it's foamy or spongey. just takes a little more time to apply. i recommend this drugstore find, no question.

I am not a woman of color, but I was really drawn to this product because of its deep, almost black appearance in the tube. I love really dark colors that "transform" on application, and it's always a bit of a surprise whether they're going to look more brown, red, or plum. Blackberry is pure PURPLE! And it's very pigmented-- so much so that I squeeze out a tiny micro-dot of product and that's enough to provide a wash of purple stain to my lips. Luckily this is a squeeze tube with a slanted applicator tip so I just use the tip to blend it into my lips. Even that tiny amount is very long-lasting on the lips. If I had a deeper skin tone, I'd probably apply a more opaque layer for a really deep plum effect. This is more of a liquid lipstick than a gloss; great value and looks beautiful on!

This eyeshadow trio costs $2.99 at my local Walgreens and Rite Aid (not all of their brick-and-mortar stores sell Black Radiance). The 3 colors are: a dark glittery silver (my least favorite as it is not as smooth and kind of patchy), a matte dark teal (leans more green than blue), and a blackened teal with subtle micro-shimmer (it applied more like a satin eyeshadow). The dark teal and blackened-teal colors are blendable and can be layered for more intensity. Packaging is bulky with the plastic, see-through cover/top of the eyeshadow trio (unnecessary space).Black Radiance is owned by the same company that sells Wet n Wild and is also cruelty free.

Black Radiance is quickly becoming a household name among w.o.c(women of color) and for good reason. It's often hard to find cosmetics that work for different skintones and complexions. This shade in particular is amazing!! It's the perfect compliment of red and would flatter any skintones. The application is smooth as silk. Because it is a baked blush it is highly pigmented a little goes a long way. I have purchased three other bakes from Black Radiance( rich peach, toasted almond and flawless) and love them. The price is unbelievable ($5). Plus, the packaging is neat and clean so it won't take up a lot of space.

I bought this foundation in Brownie and the color matches perfectly but after five hours I was very oily even though I primed my face, used setting powder, and used matte setting spray and my oil still came through. After using blotting paper the foundation looked good again. The price is great and it does dry very quickly so work in small sections. It comes with a spatula applicator but I wish it had a pump.

I wanted a darker powder to serve for use as contouring. First of all the enclosed brush is useless. Don't even bother. The powder itself felt chalky and it was difficult to apply. The powder was not fine it came off in larger particles. It went on very blotchy no matter how much I blended. It does look nice as an eye shadow, but I do not like it as a face powder.

I absolutely love this mascara. Best (AND least expensive) drugstore mascara I've ever tried. It gives me really good length, volume, and separation. I do have to build it up but it's the only mascara I've tried (drugstore or high end) that allows me to add more layers even after the previous layer has dried. It doesn't flake at all throughout the day, even on my bottom lashes. And it's a formula that's on the drier side, which I like. Definitely a win.
