Ok so I also have a love hate relationship with this foundation. I first fell in love with it because it gave a nice dewy glowy finish without looking greasy or oily (I have combination skin), the colour matches my skin tone (neutral leaning on yellow), and it did not break me out whatsoever ( I have sensitive skin). Previously been using Clinique foundations and while they didn’t break me out, my skin looked dull with that on. So this is a ‘my skin but better’ foundation. My only gripe with it: It’s truly a light-medium coverage foundation, you can’t build it up AT all or else you run the risk of it looking cakey, uneven or actually a greasy mess. Don’t look to this for full coverage as I’ve tried a few times. A little goes a long way with this product, it has good sun protection, it’s moisturizing and has a beautiful skin-like finish. But if you like matte and full coverage from a foundation, look elsewhere. This is still a CC cream, albeit better coverage than other CC creams so maybe I was hopeful in Trying to build it up to full coverage. But no. Don’t do that. Still a beautiful light-medium coverage foundation.

This is the worst foundation I have used. It is like a bottle of silicone.. it will give your skin a weird washed out look and never ever set. It just slides around even with loads of powder and on very dry skin.Everytime I wore this people said I looked sick. I am a foundation fanatic. I review them on YouTube and have tried over 1k different foundations and I am very well versed on formulas and what I expect from foundation. Some people blame everything on foundation and what it really is, is their unrealistic expectations but I promise that’s not what this is. This is awful, it looks nice at first but it’s almost got too much coverage and it just never melts into the skin and that makes it look really strange after a while and transfers so so badly. It will break you out! I never break out, I’m dry. I have a solid skin care regime but this breaks me out the next day every single time I would use it.The packaging is pretty, but I wouldn’t buy this again. It also feels oily and gross on the skin.Wanted to love this but I dont

This is not a soap but a creamy cleanser. I’ve decided to give Clinique another try after having last used it years ago as Clinique has *finally* changed a few things - just a few. I don’t remember if they had a liquid version of the soap last time I used it. I don’t feel this is anything special, there are creamy cleansers available at the drugstore that work just as well, if not better because they are formulated to remove makeup, where this soap is meant to be used on a makeup-free face. But since I’ve never tried it I decided to go ahead and get some. It freshens and leaves my skin clean without drying it out. But I don’t think it’s anything special, other than it’s indeed mild and all of the things Clinique is known for (fragrance free and non-irritating).

Lightweight, looks so natural and skin-light, and doesn't cake up no matter how much I apply. I wouldn't use if you were very oily because it does provide a nice dewy finish. It's also not buildable and the coverage is light, so I only use it when it's a good skin day or it's very humid out because of how light it is. I do not use the sponge it came with because it's pretty much useless.I took a lippie off because like most cushions, you do not get a lot of product on the sponge, so it will not last as long as tradition liquid foundations. For $13, I can get a full ounce of product that will last months and months.

This product contains glycolic acid, which initially gave my face a glow, but it made my cheeks very red and my skin became extremely dry, then my pores were all clogged and I got some bad breakouts. It was pretty harsh on my skin. The price I paid for it was ok but wouldn’t recommend if you have sensitive or acne-prone skin.

PALE friendly - I ordered samples in Light 1, 2 and 3. I’m extremely fair and both L1 and L2 are great matches for me in neutral very light tones. L3 is much darker and too peachy. Mehron Light 1 is comparable to the KVD Lock It in shade L41. The only difference in the Mehron L1 and 2 is that 2 has slightly more pink in it. I found this quite difficult to apply since it’s so thick. Shade wise this is amazing if your quite pale like me. I have very dry skin and I enjoyed the dewy moisturizing finish of this. I will try to mix it with a primer to see if this helps it apply easier.

Firstly the bad: unhygienic packaging, it's not always possible to wash my hands before applying so I end up using a cotton swab to apply which wastes some product in the process. Despite that (and the hefty price tag) I do love this lip balm and have re-purchased several times. It goes on well, not too oily and not too dry. You definitely get the minty taste if you lick your lips and I've found that it lingers for a few hours after applying. When I have to travel anywhere cold this is a staple for my trip as it helps to alleviate chapped lips and soreness. For what it does I can't fault it, although from an ingredients perspective I do feel it is overpriced, especially as there are lip balms a fraction of the cost out there such as Jack Black Intense Therapy lip balm that works just as well. Selena x~ My HG list ~(I've sampled 100s of skin, hair and m/u products over the last decade and a half, as I love trying out new stuff all the time - usually sample sizes via e-bay, also plenty courtesy of a friend who works at Sephora. I wasn't expecting to, but I really fell in love with the new Urban Decay Born to Run Eye Shadow Palette. I wasn't planning to review it as I have already review so many other Urban Decay Eye Shadow Palettes in the past, their formula is usually amazing, long lasting, pigmented, easy to blend, and this palette is no exception. I love that this palette contains so many different shades for many different looks. There are enough light shades for the brow bone area as well as pure black that you can use for powder eye liner. The other colors are everything in between from rich emerald to copper. Swatches can be seen here:

Sadly, I could not make this foundation work for me and I tried everything I could to make it work. Upon first application it is perfection. Very full coverage, only takes four little dots to cover my acne scars. Shade 27 was a perfect color match for me. It’s full coverage but not mask like since it’s such a thin formula. However, no matter what primer, setting powder, or application method I used, it started to separate on my face a few hours into the day. It was very obvious separation and looked horrific. Also I had to keep blotting every few hours. Probably the worst part about this foundation is how badly it transfers - don’t even think of touching your face or touching your face to anything for that matter. Really unfortunate because I wanted to love it.

I am quite surprised by the quality and tone of this product. I kept searching it in stores and I was hesitant to buy a cheap lipstick as I am quite picky as some lipsticks just don’t sit well with my dry lips . I bought 08 eternal beauty and the Color is so beautiful. A natural blush with the right balance of browns and pinks . The coverage is high , creamy finish is really nice , right balance of glossy .. love it esp for the Color . The rest of the colors .. available in my country are not too suitable for me though
