Mascara -W7 -Absolute Lashes Mascara

The packaging is clearly a copy of the benefit 'they're real' mascara. I bought this as I am away for a month and I brought some Rodial mascara with me which is utterly dissappointing, I wanted to buy a replacement that was cheap and if it was rubbish I'd throw it away - its a great every day mascara. I would compare it to MAC extended play but at a much better price point (I think it was about 5 AUSD?) and I think the wand is great! it also doesn't clump or smudge and you don't get panda eyes (which I have definitely got with benefit mascara before)

The downside is that after a few hours I don't think you can see it that well on your eyes so I wouldn't recommend using it for special events, as I said its definitely more of an everyday mascara. Its also quite small so I will be buying quite a few of these as I think I'll get through them quickly

For the price point this mascara is great, and its much better than more expensive mascaras I've tried (Rodial, heres looking at you), just don't expect it to work miracles or make you look like you're wearing falsh lashes

Cleansers -Avene -Cleanance Micellar Water

I got this in a travel size as I'm away for a month and couldn't bring my large bottle of bioderma with me. Its pretty good - does the job, it does have fragrance which might put some people off. I have quite sensitive skin though and this didnt break me out.

It doesn't trump my bioderma micellar water though so I wont buy again

Misc Beauty Tools -e.l.f. Cosmetics -Sculpting and Blending Sponge

well well can anyone tell me what the rage is about on this sponge is about? even though it was not expensive I would rather not waste my money .it feels soft compared to others but it does not blend it lift off the entire area if you are blending products on top of each other, it has some large pores, that just grabs products into them then leaving the are blotchy I am so disappointed I was expecting a better blending sponge from elf..I will try using if for blush and see what happens.iwill not repurchase

Unfortunately, it broke me out which I am sad about as it looked absolutely beautiful on my skin.

Masks -Giovanni -D:tox System Purifying Facial Mask

I used every last bit of this mask. It spreads evenly and easily without any mess or difficult application. It was comfortable for the 20 minutes required and didn't harden to an uncomfortable degree like so many clay masks do. It rinsed away clean and simply, plus there was no distracting odor here. It left my skin noticeably smoother and my pores felt clean after each use. I would buy it again as this line is great overall.

Lipstick -Jeffree Star Cosmetics -Nudes Velour Liquid Lipstick Palette

Jeffree Star is Nailing it with her Products.
I will Start with the Packaging, it Comes in a Smooth Elongated Large Box which is Magnetized to Close. Jeffrees team really puts a lot of thought and effort in their Packaging. Once you open it, you get a Gorgeous Display of 8 Shades of Nudes. These are Minis but they are just perfect. I tested every Color and it is the Perfect Shade Range. One swipe and it applies full Coverage. It dries in the Perfect amount of time. There is a Subtle Scent that is not overpowering but these Lipsticks have the Staying Power without Creasing, Cracking or Cakey feeling. You do feel the product on your lips which I love when it comes to Liquid Lipsticks. Unlike other products, I have to Constantly lick my lips to make sure it is still on and they start to dry out and cake.
This Palette is a Home Run. For $52 you get exactly what you paid, a High Quality Product and it was worth every Dollar.

Eye Shadow -ColourPop -Fault Line

This has a pretty poor rating on the Colourpop site. I don't think it's actually bad - it's just a different texture from most of the Colourpop shadows. While most Colurpop shadows are quite loosely packed, which makes them very easy to blend with pretty much any type of brush, this is more tightly pressed (similar to MAC), which also makes it more difficult to blend. It requires a specific type of brush: a tightly packed fluffy brush - fingers don't work with this shadow. My favorite here is he ELF Blending Eye Brush - cheap and a really practical brush to have for packing on color. I guess what makes people dislike it, i that they think that this eyeshadow doesn't have any colour output... it does... but only if you know how to use it

Anyway, I quite like this. I get quite a lot of color out of this and I like this shade: it's a purple with a blue shift. It looks quite bright and luminous, despite being a mid-purple. Wears all day on me, just like other Colourpop eyeshadows. I can not give it 5 lippies though, because I know how frustrated I would be with this if I didn't know how to make it work. Otherwise: I like to pair it with Made To Last in te crease - it's a great neutral mauve color with a great texture that is easy to blend color on top of. I've put up some pictures of the eyeshadow - hope they're helpful. My skin tone is about an NC20.

Moisturizers -Deciem -The Ordinary Marine Hyaluronics

As far as Hyaluronic Acid goes, this is one of the better ones I’ve tried in comparison to many others.

When I initially tried it, my skin literally felt like water being poured on barren land. It drank it up and it was very comforting for my dry skin. But as I worked my way through half the bottle, it lost that hydrating effect. Maybe my skin was better. I also like this formula because it’s light and not tacky/sticky.
I’ve read feedbacks that the smell bothered some people but personally I didn’t get that.
I would repurchased because it’s really performs better than the other brands I’ve tried so far.

Treatments (Face) -Estée Lauder -Idealist Pore Minimizing Skin Refinisher

I have used this over 16 years. I initially reached out for a serum which would help shrink my pores and it worked wonderfully then. But as the years went by the serum seem to have lost its touch.

I continue using and repurchasing it because I have become accustomed to using it over the many years but I am not able to say that it is actually doing anything anymore. My pores have grown bigger and my complexion is not even.

In my country, this item has been running out of stock for some time and I went 2 months without it..didn’t make a difference though

Moisturizers -Yves Rocher -Hydra Vetetal gel creme 24h intense hydrating gel cream

My skin is almost normal except the times my Eczema relapses and changes it to superdry, sensitive, red and flakey.I bought this product when I was in one of my healthy, normal skin periods.as spring began, all of my rich, suitable for dry to very dry moisturizers felt too heavy and I bought Yves Rocher Hydra Végétal 24H Intense Hydrating Gel Cream on a whim, just because I knew the brand,it was written on it that it's for normal to combination skin and that it wasn't expensive(7.5 USD).I didn't want to pay much for my normal skin moisturizer as I suffer from Eczema 80% of the year and there are very short periods that my skin behaves.
It says on it's packaging that this formula contains more than 85% ingredients from natural origin.it's colorant free, mineral oil free and paraben free..it also says: "our Botanical Beauty researchers have selected Maple and Blue Agave Saps combined with Botanical Betaine for their ability to moisture capture.as a result, they lock in a water supply deep inside the skin.perfectly hydrated throughout the day, your skin recovers it's freshness.it is visibly plumped and beautifully radiant" instructions to use is: apply it's fresh and light texture morning and evening on entire face

Now lets start the review
I LOVE this cream! and I never expected to love it as it's not as expensive and hyped as the other moisturizers I usually use.it's what I wanted Clinique Moisture Surge to be and it wasn't
If you want a fragrance free moisturizer skip this one as it has perfume.when I first applied it I was scared that It's fragrance may irritate my almost sensitive skin but fortunately it never happened.there was no redness, sting or irritation.I'm a perfume junkie and this is a fresh, soothing scent so I don't have any problem with it until it doesn't cause break outs.and yes,it didn't clog my pores and didn't cause any pimles(eventhough I usually have super dry skin,it's also prone to tiny acne and blackhead and whiteheads,I have the best of both worlds :/ )
first days that I used it I wasn't so existing to see how radient, smooth and plumped my skin looks.I thought it's just silicone's temporary effect but gradually I started to see that it's really hydrating my skin.even relatives and friends had noticed a dramatic change in my skin,I even received complements like:you're skin looks so healthy and glowy, are you on a special diet?
If you'd like your moisturizer to completely absorb in a minute you may not like this one.It doesn't feel heavy or sticky on skin, not at all,but leaves a dewy, but not oily layer on skin for hours.I applied it every night and whenever I wokeup my skin was soft and hydrated.no dry patches.at the time that I used it there was no signs of Eczema but silly me traveled without it and had to buy another moisturizer which broke me out after a single use and my Eczema started.now that my skin is superdry and flakey, this Yves Rocher gel cream doesn't do the job anymore.I have to use lipid replenishing rich creams but whenever my Eczema calms down,I will definitely go back to my beloved Yves Rocher Hydra Végétal Gel Cream as this one paired with Yves Rocher Nutritive Ultra Rich Velvet Face Wash made my skin look at it's best
I haven't tried it as a makeup base many times but few times that I used it with Yves Rocher Zero Default Comfort Cream Foundation,it performed well.foundation blended on it smoothly as if it was a primer
The only CONs I can think of is that it comes in a jar, even though it's an elegant, good looking glass jar it's not hygienic.however I solved that by using plastic spatulas instead of putting my finger inside it
The above photo seems to be the older packaging.I uploaded pics of how it looks like nowadays.it says on it's packaging that it's made of recyclable glass jar and it's cardboard is from sustainably managed forests which is another plus
This moisturizer deserves being more popular.recommended if you're skin isn't extremely dry or extremely oily
