I have only used this as a cheekbone highlightAnd underneath the eyebrow bone. It is definitely gorgeous In moonlight. However every time I use this it breaks me out in little white bumps exactly where I have placed it.

I got 3 of these as samples off UD dot com orders & I love this. I don’t know how much it costs I’m sure plenty but it really helps my fdtn game. I would put “maybe” on rebuy depending on its price. It sure does work on my crater face crater pores it really made my fdtn “stick” only had to blot once this entire day ehhh that’s awesome better than Benefit porefessional! I want to get UD fdtn too when I get paid! I have my HG loose powders (chanel, physicians formula & laura mercier) I would say this is the best primer I’ve tried on the market. I’ll find a way to buy it lol if I have to eat ramen for the next 3 weeks lol it keeps your fdtn in place if you are v. oily & have big pores it fills them in/“blurs” them & controls oil. Doesn’t break me out & I am break out prone! Pump packaging is nice but you can’t get the v. last bits out. It’s sanitary but it’s wasted a little.

I picked up one of these in Glisten a few months ago at my local Hyvee store. I find myself migrating towards tinted balms lately and thought I would give it a try. This is a very sheer pinky nude color, not much color payoff but I don't think that is the intent with this shade anyway which is why I like it. It just applies a tint of color and hint of shine. I find myself wearing this a lot on the weekends when I keep things really simple. It is pricey, I paid $9.99 for it but has good ingredients which I really appreciate. I have read other reviews on the packaging where the cap is not stable, so far I have not had that issue but I don't carry this with me either, probably for that reason. I personally like the chubby stick or pencil style, it's reminds me of a crayon I guess.Would I buy this again? Yes, I would. The price is a little steep, this is actually the most expensive lip product I own. Others have commented on the mint ingredient being drying, I have experienced that with other products but so far not this one. If I were to have an issue with that it would be the only reason I would not buy again.Overall, I give this 4 and a half stars. I may try one of the other colors at some point.

I am in love! It made my skin look very flawless and poreless. I only wore it for a few hours, but that few hours it looked perfect. It made my skin look dewy and golden like I had a tan. (while not being too dark). It felt very light, but it was still easy to make fairly full coverage. 100% my new favorite foundation. :)

I am a new fan of Essence cosmetics, after being so pleased with my first order, I decided to place another. In my latest Essence order, I picked up one gloss in the shade Happiness in a Bottle, it was a pleasant surprise. My favorite glosses of all time are the NYX butter glosses, specifically the shades Praline and Tiramisu. I have worn these a lot since discovering them almost 2 years ago. I like the smell, the colors, and especially the feel of them on. They are truly buttery, maybe a tad sticky but liked the butteriness so well that I didn't really give it a second thought. So why am I looking for another gloss? It's because the butter glosses contain mineral oil. I have used products that contain mineral oil for years without ill effects but going forward would like to limit the use of products with mineral oil which led me to try Happiness in a Bottle.Well, this rivals the butter glosses in my opinion. First off, Happiness in a Bottle is a very close comparison to the NYX butter gloss in Tiramisu colorwise, HIAB is a hair more pink though. The best part though is that it's less sticky, again the texture of the butter glosses don't bother me but the fact that the Essence gloss was less sticky really jumped out. They also feel nice on and last a bit too. I never found the butter glosses to be long lasting but it wasn't an issue, I would just reapply.Lastly, these are $2.99 where the butter glosses are $5, which to me is still inexpensive for a nice gloss, but the bottle is larger and it appears to have more product. The only cons I can think of are the shelf life which is only 12 months, where the butter glosses are 18 months, but really not a big deal at the low price. And I am not wild about the applicator, it's okay but I really like the doe foot applicator of the butter glosses better. When you pull the wand out it pulls out a lot of product which many probably prefer, I prefer the opposite which allows me to have better control of how much I apply. I end up wiping quite a bit back on the tube, which oddly I used to do with the Intense Butter glosses. I like shine but not too much shine. After wearing glosses primarily for a number of years I find myself preferring tinted balms and lipsticks lately, but keeping a gloss or two on hand for when the mood strikes. I do have one lip brush, I may just use that to apply this gloss. Another review mentioned the smell, there is a sweet candy type scent to this gloss but once I put it on I don't notice it. I give this 5 stars, yes I have a couple cons but it's not related to the product itself. Overall I like it quite well and would definitely pick this up again. I am tempted to try more colors but may just stick with this one for now.

This shampoo weighs down my hair and leaves a residue over time, which looks greasy. I also suspect it irritates my scalp a bit, as I get some flakiness after a few uses. I've used this on and off for a few weeks at a time, and I always end up going back to something else. I tried to use this up when I wash my bangs in the sink between hair washes, but it just weighs my hair down too much, and it makes it seem too dull. The bottle is also annoying, the shape makes it hard to control how much can be squeezed out, and the lid is so small that if you want to store it upside down, it topples over easily.

I’ve got the peachy mattes palette which I love, and have been waiting months to come back to the states to pick up this new peach palette! Gosh I was so disappointed, the shadows are extremely chalky, in both colour and texture. The amount of fall out from the shadows is terrible, and the colours didn’t show up very well either, they are very powdery. I returned it back to Sephora the same day I tried it. What a shame! Hopefully the next one will be better.

I wasn't sure whether to rate this a 4 or 5 ...I'm going with 5, since it's an almost perfect drugstore dupe of my favorite discontinued blush (Stila Cheek Color in Bud). Bud is probably my favorite blush of all time, and Rose Silk is almost exactly the same except it leans very slightly coral/orange. Not to say that Rose Silk is orange in and of itself, but it does have that undertone on my skin more in comparison to Bud, which comes off as a complete and perfect neutral on my NW13 skin. I like Jordana blushes because they're highly pigmented and last all day, and they're also dirt cheap (around $3). My favorite blush by Jordana is the shade Blushing Rose, but Rose Silk definitely deserves to be praised as well.

This mascara is a drier non-WP formula, so if you like that, you’ll like this mascara. The formula is a little wetter than I like when you open a new tube, but it dries to just the right consistency within the first week. It then stays that way for 3-4 months when it starts getting a bit flakey. Being non-WP, the formula can smear if your eyes get wet, but I didn’t really experience that much. The brush is a little on the large side for my liking, but it is one of those nylon spoolie brushes, which I do prefer. The reason I put that I wouldn’t repurchase it is incredibly similar to Mabeline’s Full n Soft (non-WP), which is MUCH cheaper.

$3.00The instructions say to use the wax first. I've tried it both ways. The wax is not really like a wax, more like a cream. It is kind of greasy and does not last in the heat of Florida. The wax applies lighter than it looks in the but the powder applies darker. I have it in light and the color is ok but a little too dark. I find it hard to work with and it smears easily. For the price, if you can find the right color and have great brows with no sparse areas, it might satisfy you. The brush is awful, I use other brushes with it. I really doubt I will hit pan on this because I really don't find it easy to use and the color is not that flattering, too dark and not the right shade. I gave it 3 lippies because it is affordable but I would not repurchase it. I like ABH or Milani pomade. Both have colors that are much better for me. I used to use Vincent Longo Bi-powder pomade in blonde and it was perfection but for some reason the blonde is no longer available.
