I was both shocked and saddened to see that UD is getting rid of the original Naked palette but I think I've found my replacement in this little gem from Smashbox. I'm not sure how recently this was released but I know it's not part of the original releases from about 2 years ago (I purchased the "Smoky" palette then and continue to love it). "Minimalist" is a great assortment of 8 cool toned neutrals. The left hand shadows are more brown toned; the right side is cooler and more grey. The top 2 shades are the lightest and I guess are meant to be base shades; one of them is more shimmery and the other more matte and the palette contains an assortment of matte and shimmer shades. All are soft, nicely pigmented and apply with little to no fallout. With UD Naked comparisons, the shades are:Deco - a peachy champagne along the lines of UD SinNude - think UD Naked or Buck (or MAC Cork)Cinnamon - a shimmery pinky/brown taupe, a bit like UD YDKJava - a matte dark brownVanilla - just what it sounds like - a light, matte cream shade. I find I have to be a bit careful with this one since, if I try to apply too much at once, I get white bits of powder in my lashes so I take my time and press this on carefullyHang - a lovely matte taupe that is great as a subtle crease shadow or a "one and done" allover the lid/into the crease colourPortfolio - SUCH a pretty colour - it's the cooler counterpart to Cinnamon and very like UD Pistol or Sidecar (but without Sidecar's fallout)Cruise: a perfect cool, darker taupe brown that's a bit like Password from UD's Naked Smoky palette (also d/c now)I'm glad to have this as an alternative to the original Naked palette. I don't like travelling with palettes I can't replace so Naked will now be staying home. Minimalist is very bit as good (maybe even better since there's little fallout and it is smaller).

I like this but I don’t love it. Its not horrible. Hasn’t caused a breakout and most definitely makes my fave less powdery. Spray too much and you’ll look dry. The scent isn’t actually as big a deal as others are saying, but maybe I just don’t actually drown in it lolThe spray mechanism has gotten better. It’s a staple in my cars makeup bag. I keep the bare minimum in my car for juuuust in case. I don’t notice longevity but I do notice that I’m less greasy looking by the end of the work day compared to when I have no setting spray at all

I absolutely love this foundation. Foundation in my opinion is the most personal preference product, so obviously this might not work as well as it does for me for everyone, but for my normal to oily combination skin (normal cheeks and super oily tzone) this is my favorite foundation I own, and I own some very expensive ones. I don't have dry skin but I don't know why anyone with dry skin would buy a foundation that is described as matte and then have sad face when it clings to dry patches (for dry girls I've heard great things about their cushion foundation as a dewier option, but I've never tried it because I already know it wont work for my skin type). I've always bought high end foundations, but I've seen so many youtubers raving about this one that I was curious. I was at Walgreens and there was a sale on wet n wild to where the already ridiculously cheap photo focus foundation was reduced to 3.99 (seriously), so I grabbed two shades on a whim thinking what the heck. Can I just say that I was SHOOK. I think this finish is perfect for skin like mine because not as flat and lifeless as full on matte foundations, but not too dewy to where my face is an oilslick by noon, but the finish is stunning. It's very buildable, and even when you build it up to fuller coverage it still looks very very skin like. It lasts well, not anything crazy (I for one don't particularly care if a foundation lasts 18 hours because I'm never going to wear it that long), but with setting spray it'll look nice for a good 10-12 hours with minor touch up translucent powder in the afternoon for oil control. For all of the people complaining about the smell, it doesn't bother me at all but it is noticable straight out of the bottle, but I think it's important to mention the reason you smell that is because they don't put any perfumes in the product, which is great for people with sensitive skin I would think. I would rather smell the foundation than smell a bunch of perfumes. I have the shades nude ivory and nude beige (my skintone is neutral leaning slightly warm), and they're perfect for me because nude beige is me with a tan and nude ivory is me without one, so I can easily mix them together in different ratios as i fade from 1 to the other. The shade range is decent for a drug store foundation in my opinion, theres a warm neutral and cool shade for fair to deep skin tones. I also love that they write the undertone right on the bottle to take the guess work out of trying to shade match at the drugstore. With the price point it's easy to grab more than one and customize. I would prefer a pump as well, but the spatula is better than just an open bottle, I just usually dab some of each shade on the back of my hand and mix together and apply from there. It applies beautifully with both a beauty blender and a blurring foundation brush (I use the beauty blender for fuller coverage and the kabuki when I want something lighter). If you have combo skin and want oil control without the full matte flat face look, TRY THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

I've been interested in switching some of my skincare over to Murad and so got a sample of this cleanser from the lovely skin care SA at my local Sephora. She gave me quite a generous sample but in all honesty, this stuff smells so vile I can't even use it. Cleansing my face is a process I generally enjoy but I don't even want to use this stuff because of the smell. At first, I thought perhaps the sample tube had gone "off" from exposure to light around the clock or people touching and contaminating the tester but then I read the review just before mine and I realize that this is the smell. I can't even bear to use it long enough to find out if it has any noticeable benefits. I'm so glad I got a sample rather than just buying this "blind".

I bought six colors: 3 matte and 3 cream. The mattes are a heavier lip color and not that super matte look that is popular right now. They last semi-long on my lips but definitely feel like there is a coating on my lips. The creams are lighter weight and the color is more sheer. I like the cream formulation better. Both last for a couple of hours when not eating so basically same wear time. The packaging is just ok. Clear plastic with a gold ring. The best thing is that you can see the color through the lip case but overall I think the case looks cheap. Plus the lipstick has to fit the grooves because one side is flat. I don't love that.Overall a good cruelty free line but in terms of color and wear I think Revlon lipsticks are better.

Suzi Will Quechua Later! is part of OPI's 2018 fall-winter collection, Peru. It's a cool-toned, dusty mauve-pink creme, a really beautiful colour. It (and several other pastels in this collection) looks like it belongs in a spring-summer collection, although the pastels are muted instead of bright. Still, I love the colour and would definitely wear it again.

Everyone is different depending of skin type. This is the HG for sensitive dry skin which I have. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this foundation if you have oily or oily combination acne prone skin. I've been looking for a new foundation for months now until I went to Sephora and the girl recommended it. I have old acne (cystic) ice pick scars and discoloration (yay for me) I need full coverage matte foundation. I tried everything ELDW, Fenty, Born this Way, EL maximum cover, smashbox Hydrating foundation, Nars all day foundation, they all made my skin flaky and crepy looking and totally would dry out my face in certain areas at the end of a work day. I messed up my skin barrier by exfoliating too much with glycolic acid, I wish I hadn't done that ugh. I had oily skin ever since I was a teenager now my skin is so sensitive and dry it's a nightmare and so annoying. I go get samples of foundation before I buy them so it's always good to try out before. However I'm 38 and was expecting the dryness to start at some point? I set this with powder and my skin still doesn't get dry at the end of the day. Also I have deep tan cool undertone and Almond is a good enough match, I wish they had a better color range for us women of color.

This is one of 5 new limited edition balm stains. I got Moonlit Pink (nude pink), Twilight (gray lavender), and Prismatic Purple (dark purple). They all have fine multicolor shimmer--silver, pink or blue, which makes the color look different on the lips and from the tube. I like Moonlit Pink best--it looks light brown, but goes on lips a MLBB light pink nude. They all have a mint flavor, though it's strongest in Twilight. There is also a black one--for Halloween?

I bought this because it was on sale during ulta 21 days of Beauty for $23. I was wanting to try it so much and figured since the price was great I'd give it a go. I have to admit I've been loving the ordinary coverage foundation lately but hey why not try. This is also full coverage and actually more so than TO is. Which I like. Since I'm now 48 and starting to finally see some signs of aging mostly very very fine around my eyes. I have always had oily acne prone skin and still do even at this age. I have also been cursed with large pores. I use UD optical illusion primer which I love. This foundation is much thicker than te TO. It covers everything very well. I'm getting a flawless finish that I love. I use a damp beauty blender to apply. I haven't had any breakouts either. Overall very happy with this. For days I want that totally flawless look I'll be using this. While I still also love the ordinary coverage foundation too for an everyday usage. If your looking for full coverage give this a try.
