My Xmas NOTD: Wet n Wild Fantasy Makers Confetti Glitter Franken +++

Ironic that this was a glitter from their Halloween line! :P This is my Xmas mani anyway heheheh. Dumped this into suspension base... took 4 coats of Seche Vite to smooth it out!!!
