Can someone pls recommend a cleanser that's hydrating but washes off well, takes off makeup and r/o

doesnt strip skin? I have combo skin that's leans toward oily/greasy, but my usual Purpose is getting too drying for me now that the weather is cooling down. I use DHC's cleansing oil and follow it up with a cleanser to get rid of the oil and any residual m/u and not leave an oily film on the skin.

I tried CeRave hydrating...removed absolutely nothing and felt greasy. I'm willing to invest, so price not so much of an object.
