what procedures are recommended for reducing the appearance of cellulite? ++
I'm 23 years old and have horrible cellulite and thin skin ruined by stretch marks I got during my growth spurt as a teen. I also had been pretty overweight until last year. currently I weigh 135 lbs. at 5'5". my fat, lumpy, droopy thighs and buttocks really lower my self-confidence, especially because no one my age seems to have such a problem to the extent that I do.
I told the fitness board about my problem with lumpy thighs, and people there said that toning the muscles in the lower body through exercises such as squats and lunges would help (in addition to cardio, to lose overall fat), so I started doing Jillian Michaels Killer Buns & Thighs a few days ago and hopefully I'll see some good results over time. (I had been doing other exercises previously, but I suppose not enough to produce a result. I get bored easily, and frustrated if I feel like it's not helping.)
however, I wonder if I should get a special procedure done. I've read about mesotherapy but I'm not sure if it's safe. I'd even consider liposuction, although I'd have to save up for it. I understand that there isn't any substitute for a healthy diet and exercise plan, but because of the damage done to my body during puberty, I feel like there's only so much diet and exercise can do for me.
This. I've seen some major results with this method +++sansam8/1/2012 12:51AM
