You know what? I don't think I can rock dramatic eye make-up after all

Hi all,

I've finally reached a very harsh realization. I'm always tired and I always look it no matter how hard I try not to and dramatic eye make-up just draws attention to it even more. It makes me really sad as I have so many dark, colourful eyeshadows but these past few weeks, I've been steadily feeling worse about myself because all I see when I look in the mirror is an exhausted mess. I think I actually feel better about myself when I do softer eyeshadow with a simple sweep of dark eyeliner along the upperlashline only. I've been swapping for mostly dramatic eye make-up to try and reignite my love for dramatic eyes but it isn't working. It's kind of like an end of an era for me. I won't give up my vampy or red lippies of course.

Lou

i can't do drama because of my coloring. I have an "innocent blond" look that prevents me ropjskellis6/14/2012 10:31AM
