HELP!

I made some swaps for some rose scents with some ladies here, and now I can't find their names, addresses or what I was supposed to send to them. I have some items that I know I'm supposed to swap, because I separate them when I arrange a swap with someone.
I know this sounds dreadul, but I'm ill and in and out of the hospital, and get confused easily.
If I've swapped with you and you haven't received your end, PLEASE message me with your details and I'll get the swap mailed out on Monday. Thanks so much. If you've heard someone else mention they were supposed to swap with me but they haven't received theri end, please either let me know who they are, or let know I'm looking for them. Thanks so much. I don't want anyone thinking I'm a swaplifter, I'm not.
