yes and because all of you belong to a forum, the matter is horribly exaggerated and all of you instead of being understanding feed off of each other and make it bigger than is should be.

Do you honestly think that we would have over 3000 of one color in stock to support all the orders placed? do u think essie even has 3000 of 1 color in stock? I don't even have 1 bottle of pink parka in stock to make the 2009 kit. The items were erroneously listed.

Believe what u guys want - I've apologized for the error & will send a free bottle. And because of the forum, many of you have decided to be understanding decided to contact amazon and say inappropriate things to amazon, we are now not allowed to give all the buyers a free bottle. A few buyers have made turned a simple error into a situation where other understanding buyers can benefit.


anyhow... I'm still willing to send the 1 free bottle because we do care and we do feel bad. For those who accept it, we will be glad to give.

Selling online is not as simple as everyone thinks - mean buyers make it even more difficult. soon there won't be any online sellers offering great items for all.
