Primer/ Corrector -sisley -Instant Perfect

on 10/16/2018 3:13:00 AM

It is an excellent primer that is mainly made of silicone oils, dryer silicone elastomers, emulsified by oil-in-water emulsifiers (Peg-100 Stearate, Glyceryl Stearate) and stabilized by a polymer-complex.
This structure will result in a lighter-feeling (almost watery perception) at application. The added Glycerin in the water-phase will prolong this sensation while also providing some hydration.

The product is somewhat difficult to apply and one has to work fast using the minimum possible product so application will not end in balling-up and “peeling” on the skin. This will result in an easier application of foundation (BB-cream etc.) afterwards.

I find this product a refreshing welcome among primers with its lighter feel. After mastering application, it holds up pretty well to its claims, namely to mattify.
It keeps foundation in place fairly well and shine-free most part of the day too.

It is fragrance and colourant-free and all in all an excellent choice.

The only scruples I have with this is the outrageous price for the meager amount of 20 ml.

Moisturizers -sisley -Paris Black Rose Skin Infusion Cream

Can't believe the immediate improvement and results. I got this as a sample and will purchase as soon as I run out: very pleased with how great my skin looks after using this cream! it is super plumping and hydrating. In addition, this is the perfect pick me up for when my skin is look dull and irritated. Very soothing and hydrating, my skin loves this stuff. I apply it at night on top of my serum. I wake up with the softest, bouncy baby skin. You can't get better than this.
The only downside: the steep price tag...

Masks -sisley -Black Rose Cream Mask

on 10/9/2018 4:34:00 PM

I like it but I don't love it. And for the price, I need to love it. I had wanted to try the Sisley Black Rose Cream Mask for the longest time. And when I did, I found out it's just a nice moisturizing cream. There's no smoothing or plumping or brightening or ANYTHING to justify why this product costs as much as it does. If you're going to spend that kind of money, you might as well go La Mer.

Honestly, there's nothing wrong with this product except for the price tag. No, I would not buy this again.

Fragrances -sisley -Eau De Campagne

on 10/8/2018 4:30:00 PM

Eau de Campagne is a wonderful green galbanum first on, though not being a galbanum fan, this is way too much so for me. But it dries fast to a delicious herbal cool, with a moment or two of nearly 4711 European-ness in there, continuing on to a fresh herbal cologne. It will be too masculine for some women, but I would call this unisex. I like this very very much. A great refreshing cologne for hot months.

Bronzers -sisley -phyto-touche gel (sun glow gel)

I love this stuff, have been using for years. Dont be afraid of the high price- a little goes a long way, and it lasts well in its tube. Easy to apply and work in, it is foolproof! I am a redhead, and it looks fabulous on the "peaches and cream" complexion.
